Purchased a 2019 Civic on 7/23/2021, it was raining so I wasn't able to inspect the car fully and took Jordan's word that the car was in good condition. I took the car home and the next day one of the wheels was flat. I have a Quick Jacks 5000 and was able to put it up on the lift. To my surprise, the entire undercarriage has scrapping (from being lowered excessively) and the entire undertray is missing. Also, the front fender liners are worn with holes from the front tires rubbing them. The front fenders have been rolled and paint chipped from the wider wheels hitting them. read more

We looked at one of their vehicles, liked it initially, started the purchase process, and canceled because we found issues as part of our due diligence, one of which we couldn't live with. Sales staff discussed the issues candidly and refunded our deposit when we decided to back out, which made what could have been a very bad experience into a net-positive one. Unprofessional, terrible customer service, and the worst communication I've encountered. May 27th I purchased my vehicle and yet to receive my license plate. I've received 2 temporary plates since and on Friday Aug 14th Tristan lead me to believe I would get a 3rd temp plate till my license plate arrives. Saturday at closing time Tristan requested I drive illegally with an expired temp plate 26 miles to pick up a dealer plate. Because he can't drive 30 minutes to get it to me. He encouraged me filing a complaint with BBB, which I have done. read more

The salesman was friendly and communicated well. The finance guy is terrible to work with. Unprofessional and pushy with no business ethics. We drove up from Tucson to take a look at a 2500 that had a sticker price of 25k but went up to 28k when they put on aftermarket rims and tires. Took it for a test drive and it rubbed hard at u-turns, felt like it was going to rip something off, brought it up to salesman and he already knew. He said they could possibly return it to stock and knock off a grand and we left with no intention on returning. No integrity whatsoever. He also managed to try and BS my girlfriend about tires, not knowing I spent 6 years in the tire industry. So, this company put 3 year old tires (tires were 2017, not new as implied) on rims that probably cost a grand total, jacked up the price 3K, didn't do their due diligence in test fitting, or just didn't care, then offered to knock a grand off to return the stock tires. read more

PLEASE READ!!! Please take this review and run with it. Run fast and do not buy a vehicle from this location or their other location. Absolutely terrible service. I bought a 2013 Lincoln MKZ, and took it back 2 times within the week I bought it for many issues. They had took it over to Iconic (also terrible) to look at why it was making a thud noise when I turn the wheel to the right and left. Iconic said it was "air going up under the tires". I'm assuming a mechanic place knows what they are talking about, right? No, a couple months later I take it to a well known service center and they give me a list of MAJOR issues wrong with the car, control arm is torn, front struts are breaking off, etc. I contact Devin who I worked with to see what they wanted to do about it, and got the typical we aren't doing anything about that. 5 MONTHS I've had the car, and the issues that were diagnosed were due to the same noise/issue I had when I brought it back. AND if Iconic had diagnosed the issues correctly, I would have turned the car back in then and there or BROWN AND BROWN would have had no choice but to fix it. Their response was not our problem. Even though they no longer use Iconic as Devin made very clear. This place buys junk cars and puts them straight on the lot. Disgusted with the way they handled this and the type of business they do. This place treated me like a second rate citizen because of having bad credit. We did end up buying a car there because of the price (it had a previous accident it turned out). We asked for two things to make the sale. New tires and a spare key. They flat refused both and said take it as it is or don't take it. We got it because it was in our budget . Now 8 months later all of those cheap tires it came with needed to be replaced and we still have no spare key. read more

I worked with Brady and got a 2007 Camry for my son. Going in I knew the car wasn't going to be perfect and would probably have some problems since it was an 07 with 200k miles on it. They put brand new tires on it and it's running great. We went through Hugh's FCU and got a 4.5% interest rate so my payments are next to nothing. Brown & Brown wholesales are the main company for Mesa Motors. I have called the main owner Andrew Brown and he won't return my call. I think the attorney general's office is my best bet, and small claims as i was injured do to the car's malfunction, 2nd degree burns, time lost from work and no car. To just let customers hang is not fair. All i want is my money back as i am left with out transportation with a disabled wife and 2 kids....I want this matter resolved PLEASE. even a trade in, but i am going to use Car Fax.. everyone should use Car Fax for any car any dealer, This is a nice car, just blown up....Please Mr. Brown fix this.. Awesome people sold me a great car couldn't be happier

So I went to this location after being approved through westlake financial for financing a car. I found an impala ss 06 for 7k. After everything was said and done Brady financed the car through their own buy here pay here company, Mesa auto finance at a higher rate with extra fees. I wasn't expecting this but went with it any ways since he offered to repair the car for me in several ways. Since then I've taken my car in for an oil leak that was fixed for about two weeks and the car is now still leaking oil. They said they were fixing the power steering too and that still sounds terrible. The air conditioner he said could be repaired too and isn't blowing warm on one side, only cold, still not fixed or even looked at. I also don't understand how he couldn't at least throw in any new tries he gave me mis matching tires that I have to immediately replace. The intake box is broken so I bought a brand new K & N intake which he said he could install on the second repair. Now he won't respond to my texts or call me back. I am going to file a claim in court and hopefully make them pay for a repair that I was promised. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, worst experience so far... just go to a normal dealership this place will rob you. read more

Excellent service! Came here after a horrible expierence with another car dealership earlier in the day. Brady was the only guy there with alot of customers in the office. He met us all in a timely manner and assisted with questions with ease and confidence. I never once felt as if he was too busy for me eventhough he had a pavked lot of people. I test drove two of his suv's he had on the lot and decided right then and there. He ran credit on me and bam we were rolling. Gave me different payment options and scenarios all while staying honest and even standing his ground a little when negotiations came:). I like that about him. It was fair. I got what i wanted at the payment i wanted. Period. No hassel no hidden anything very professional. He even stayed lateer than usual to make sure i was satisfied with my purchase being the night nefore valentines day needless to say his wife im sure wasnt happy about this..lol but he took the wifely lashing so to speak to make sure i was taken care of and happy. I went there and bought a 2005 Volvo XC90 and i love it...i got a good deal and the service was great! I dont have the best credit and all other dealerships turned me away...but not them, they got me financed and in the car i wanted with little money down. All around best dealership i have been to (and i have been to many) they are also very professional...i felt in no way uncomfortable and i am a young, skinny, attractive woman...they are one word...AMAZING! read more
