Just for comparison sake, a labradorite smooth tumbled palm size stone at House of Intuition on Melrose was $46, and I got an incredible large heavy sphere for $50 with this guy. I am still so thrilled with my finds! The shop owner was very knowledgeable and nice to us! We had fun playing in his collection. My friends picked up some very special pieces from him too. So imagine my surprise to see the specimens they have on display and the legit fossils too. This includes fossilized leaves, fish, prehistoric creatures, and some really cool dinosaur eggs that are insured for millions behind a safe. Some of this stuff you'd be hard pressed to even see at some actual museums! There's also a cool fireplace with staff shout outs (at least for the Xmas stockings), celebrity photos and autographs, as well as the opportunity for you to choose a geode to be cut too. Some things are super cheap being around $5 and other things can be hundreds, if not thousands if you're an avid geological collector. Staff are super friendly and informative.
