I don't even know where to begin with my amazing experience! Best one stop beauty shop! Marie, miracle color worker. I had gone to another salon a few times for a root touch up, it took a few visits before I realized they were using a level 1 black on my level 4 brown hair, and it was starting to look like I was wearing a wig. With my wedding just a few weeks away I was convinced I was doomed. Nope. Not even close. Marie managed not only to lighten everything back up but did the most amazing highlighting/melting (I don't know the proper terms for it) and I had the most amazing hair in my life and no damage or fried pieces. (picture posted) Sara, makeup guru, she should be in Hollywood somewhere with her skills. I don't wear makeup on normal basis, I have had it done by many many different people and brands throughout my life. I have never had someone be able to do it in such a way that I still felt like myself but an absolutely flawless version that didn't smear, run, or wipe off on things or feel thick and heavy. It also lasted perfectly for more than 15 hours. My mother who hates makeup was so impressed and loved it so much she has had her makeup done twice now! (picture posted) I also tried her eyelash extensions which are absolutely fabulous. Taisha, she does it all as well, but she was key when I couldn't really decide on what I wanted to do with my hair for the wedding. With a couple questions and a few photos of completely different styles I liked, she managed to magically put together the perfect combination of everything I liked into one beautiful perfect hair style. Came here about a year ago for a heavy balayage / ombre with Sabrina. I had virgin hair that was light to begin with and the result was good. However, the blonde became brassy/yellow relatively quickly.. These days I get my hair done at a different salon and the blonde doesn't brass at all... My sister got her hair done with Sabrina about a week later. Her hair is a natural medium-dark brown and had been dying her hair with dark box dye. Not a problem, Sabrina told her. My sister wanted an ombre/balayage with brown, cool tones... Towards the end of her appointment it seemed like Sabrina was in a hurry because her friend was coming in next to get her hair done after my sister. Her ombre came out a brassy, brassy orange and was very stripy - it looked like one of those 'before' pictures in those hair transformations you see online. And for almost $300? She tried it out for a few weeks but ultimately ended up going back to the box dye, thank god. If you want to get your hair done here..... either have light virgin hair (level 7-8) to begin with or book your appointment with Marie... Although she has never personally done my hair before, she seems to be more experienced. read more

Wish I could give this place a 0 star but I don't have that option. I show a picture of what I want at the consultation. She tells me she can do it so we make the additional appointment. Once my hair is done, I notice it does not look like anything like the picture! So I text her and she tells me she will fix it and to come back. Once I get there she tells me I need to pay another session for HER MISTAKE. Boss comes in the conversation and I would think she would be nice but nope both ladies were getting loud and arguing with me so realizing how disgusting customer service is, I leave and never come back. I'm more upset of the fact I paid for my hair and it didn't come out the way I wanted and had to change it somewhere else. DO NOT GO THERE WAY OVER PRICED AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

I called for an appointment, was told needed a consultation first since I had never been before. I explained I lived an hour away, she said that was fine to send an email with my current hair and what I wanted. She stated she'd respond with pricing and process, and to setup appointment. It had been 4 days so u called to verify they received my email. I was told they did and I would get a response that day. It has now been a week and still no response. Karmah is freakin awesome. I called kind of last minute hoping someone can fix my hair that was done by someone else. Karmah stayed in contact with me to notify me of any cancellations and had me send her pictures. Luckily enough she was able to get me in and spent 7 hours on my hair even past closing to finish her work and achieve the ice blonde I've been working towards. All I wanted was a balayage for the summer so I wanted to lighten up my hair. But before I told the stylist I don't want too blonde bc it doesn't look good on me since I have dark hair. So karmah did my hair and for the first 40 minutes we were discussing what I wanted. After she finished my whole head was covered in copper blonde almost like tiger stripes. It did not look like a balayage at all and before hand we agreed on a picture and color and she did not deliver. So I went home and called back bc I wanted to tone it down. So when she saw that I wanted to come back she called me up and was arguing with me on the phone for a half hour. So un professional and so much attitude was given to me. Not my fault u didn't do what I wanted in the first place. After that she blocked me on Instagram but I didn't care bc I will never go back to that salon read more

She lifted black "box " die out of my hair- not an easy task- and am impressed with her skills and am thankful for her expertise. I was discouraged to begin the process of removing the black from my hair, knowing it would cause damage and was so happy to walk out with a beautiful balayage and healthy hair!
