first of all I paid 2200 for my treatment it's not that much but to me it is, so I got 60 units of Botox 1 and half syringe of filler ok so I told her forehead crows feet and chin dimples with Botox and my lips and nasal folds with filler so we do half of the procedure when she was done my lips they were not even one side was bigger she said it's because I already had un even lips , ok so make them even I said she said it don't work that way if ur lips are uneven so will the filler NOT TRUE, that's why some of us do this so we' can balance what we had un balanced in the first place . I leave come back two weeks later my forehead is not moving but the between my eye brows still has the wrinkle , my chin still dimpled and crowd feet still there so ur telling me u put the whole 60 units on my forehead ?? The filler that I was gonna nasal folds done I said put in my lips fix the m and what's left will do my folds well she stuck that needle so far in my lips fix it bled for 1 hour she said I have a blood disorder that's why I bled to death nearly , long story short my filler is above my lip not even in my lip and the folds I have 2 spots of filler sitting on my face I'll show pics in a second Heather was my injector not sure who gave her a license to do this but she's not good and when I told her she didn't even bother to offer to fix my issue so that should really be a 1 star but I give her 3 for No effort thank Heather I won't be going back !! The receptionist was rude and barely acknowledged me and the tech was dismissive, inexperienced and was in a rush. I couldn't wait to get out of there! I should have just left! Do not sign ANYthing- they have you sign for a service and then keep billing you! Their billing department states that it is "a contact" and try to send you to collections! I thought I was getting a "deal" -instead I was angry by the time I left! Then I kept getting billed on a monthly basis and had "thugs" calling me to collect money on a service I never received and never asked for. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and won the dispute- but am still getting harassing calls. The had a "contract" that was signed electronically- it was NOT signed by me! I've used this location several times and have always been satisfied. That is, until new management took over in January. I made an appointment six weeks ago, told the girl who answered the phone exactly what I wanted done, however she didn't quote me a price like they usually do. When I went in today, I discovered that the girl who scheduled me put in the wrong area of my face ( I was supposed to get Ultherapy), and the technician made it out that I was "switching areas" and it was going to be a problem, that they would have to try and get the manager on the phone to get approval for the "switch" and it was going to be a time consuming "dilemma ". Ridiculous. After arguing that I wasn't switching anything, that the girl made the scheduling mistake, they tried to charge me $1800.00 for the small area I wanted done. I had my whole face done last year and it was $1100.00. Again, ridiculous. Needless to say, I left without getting anything done and will never go back. i spent 2000 with ideal image look at the pics on google reviews. I have to big bumps on my smile lines and my lips are all blistered up and feel like I have marBles or beads under my skin. It's like a lump. Both my smile lines and my lips I got fillers. they won't return my calls and I have a wedding to attend and in less than 2 weeks and after days of calling they called me saying u can come in so they can massage my face and lips for the big marble like balls to go away. This is not my first rodeo. I had written a review which stated my complete disappointment with this place, the customer service replied with an email to contact them which I did, and as I had expected, NO RESPONSE from them! I went in for a cool sculpting appointment on my lower abdominal area. I was told that it wasn't a painful procedure only to find out how wrong a statement that was. I was in so much pain and felt like I was going to vomit. I started getting overwhelmed and anxious when nobody answered my request to come to my room. I had to scream out to someone in the hallway to remove the clamp off my stomach. It was awful. The girls who were working in the office were sympathetic and assured me they'd cancel my account and that I wasn't alone in the way I felt during the service. I lasted 5 minutes. My appointment was supposed to take 1.5 hours. I later found out I was charged 2000.00 for a service I did not fully receive and can not physically tolerate. This is called theft. Nothing has been reversed or "cancelled". I absolutely will not pay for a service that wasn't completed. I've never encountered anything like this. It's deplorable all around. Costs thousands, it hurts(they also make you pay for numbing even when paying thousands for package), and ALL the hair is still there. I've been trying to contact my connection from the top.... In the summer I was in class tact with a lady who fixed my laser time frame because of a whole mess. Well I signed a contract, got it in writing what the contract meant to make sure k understood correctly and I did. Well 4 months later the place tells me I have no more sessions when I have 12 months left! Got a random email saying "they inquired to extend it and it's denied" even though I didn't inquire to do so as I've already signed a new contract summer 2021 and it's in my contract. Plenty if time to experience a change if a change was coming. NO CHANGE AT ALL. I've been having laser hair removal services for almost 2 years here and on my most recent appointment the nurse covered my legs in burn marks. The treatment was so painful I had to have her stop before it was even completed. I have been over a half dozen times prior and never had this issue. I'm just praying the burn marks fade and don't scar my legs. Do not waste your time with this place! They stole my money and lied to me! I was told I could receive a refund if I decided I didn't need the extra svc I paid for. After my first service, I saw 0 results, the procedure was beyond painful, and in the months after I was swollen and numb and VERY uncomfortable. I decided I did not want the other procedure. BEWARE of the sales tactics here! Similar to what you will see with other reviews, it is true that they pre-sell services that you may not be eligible for and then refuse to provide refunds. Clinically, I was not a candidate for cool sculpting for which they told me I would need 6 rounds. The corporate office argued with me about whether I was treatable or not even though I have my chart, which states I was not treatable. I requested my contract, which they did not provide. They also stated that they only provide refunds if someone is contraindicated for a treatment, but their online terms and conditions DO NOT state this. They also blocked my number so I could not contact the person who was working on my case. The nurse at the office even told me that I would be able to get a refund but I have been refused it. I would understand if they refused a refund if I simply didn't like the results but I was not able to even get the treatment I paid for. Do not recommend anyone give their business to Ideal Image at any location. I went to Ideal Image in 2010. They wouldn't take my money directly, forced me to sign up to a third-party company "CareCredit." I tried to set up monthly automatic payment with this company and they kept charging me $39 late fees. (Late fees on automatic payment?) Needless to say this company was not reputable and Ideal Image didn't do their research before partnering with them. After that experience, I went to Laser for Less in Scottsdale. They charge $100 for an area when Ideal Image charges $350 (Prices: Legs/Per session). I went here for work on my lower abdomen. I was told I was a perfect candidate since I had just had a baby & had extra unwanted stomach fat. I really thought it would work since they state that if you aren't gaining weight & maintaining your weight after each treatment it will work. You wait two months in between treatments (I had two) & then three months before your final consult to review before & after photos. What a waste. I actually lost 2 lbs from my first set of photos & the freezing did absolutely nothing . Even my nurse made the comments that you couldn't tell. What a waste of way too much money. I have gotten laser hair removal with ideal image since 2019, I was told it would be 75% off, (which is such a lie and was manipulated into going through with it with all of the excuses as to why they are the best and so forth) As I did at the end of my membership that I had signed papers saying it would be FREE LIFETIME guarantee hair removal. Asked the lady if after so many sessions of my laser hair removal if I have hair grow back I can come in for free touch ups? I was told it would be $25 for touch ups.. I thought that that was an ok deal considering how much money I paid up front.. further more i didn't get all of my sessions in for that treatment membership because COVID shut them down. Once things started to open I asked for a touch up, and to get another service of hair removal, I went in for another membership service and the touch up, paid $35 for my "LIFETIME GARAUNTEE" for the first membership I paid for and now I called to schedule another touch up and was told that the price has raised to $100 for touch ups. Most of the staff I believe are Registered nurses.. and they keep the integrity of your skin by being inquisitive and professional! I love love love this location. So easy to get to and really clean. The woman behind the desk always greet me with a smile and I feel like we always have something to talk about. The laser techs Morgan and Janet are so gentle and they educate me on what's going on and they are always professional. I've been in for about 6 appointments and they make me soooo comfortable before the laser procedure. Yes it hurts. But it's soooo worth it!!
