I just finished healing from my last surgery from beating breast cancer and received a promotional text of a $200 off filler on Feb. 20th and thought how nice it would be to treat myself to a little glow up! I booked the only time they had left, 5pm and went from there. Now, I need to escort my 70 year old close friend to his poetry feature at 6pm the same night and work the next day (which I can't miss) so I called to see if there was any way to do reschedule to Tuesday. The girl, Jazmine, essentially scuffed, which is super rude, and wouldn't even ask if it was possible! She just proceeded to tell me how it's because Dawn is doing it with a rep so I couldn't pay in advance but I could call Friday morning to see "if they had any left" which suggests it's now product specific and not any filler as the message suggests. I'm just so incredibly disappointed. It genuinely feels like they'd rather lose the $800 I was intending to spend, getting me back as a client, and not be kind to someone who genuinely needs it to save $200. To be clear, there was no "we're sorry this won't work out but we'd love to see you on another day, here's we can help", just oh well, here's what I can do to spend money with them. So glad I've continued receiving all their promotional ads and reached out to book time with them to be treated like this. Just had my first lip injections from Dawn and her assistant Rachel. They both were SO kind and professional. I was in and out in under and hour and the only reason for it even taking that long was because I was a wimp and light headed afterwards. They were very patient with me and offered snacks and water while I laid back and they chatted with me to distract me. My lips look even and full, without looking too large even while they are still swollen. The place is clean and welcoming. I am very thankful and impressed with my experience here. Dawn and Yancy are fantastic! I went in for an IPL treatment and ResurFX laser treatment. I was a little nervous but Dawn made sure to go over in detail everything that would be happening, including pain levels. Luckily the IPL wasn't as painful as I expected. Then Dawn numbed my face for 30 minutes for the ResurFX treatment. During the numbing process Dawn stayed in the room with me the entire time and talked to me. It was very comforting (sometimes you don't know what to expect from treatments). Everyone is so awesome and they make you feel very relaxed while you're there.
