Some of the dumbest people in the business. Just moved to Cleveland recently, but I have been in the aesthetic business for the last decade needed something quick and affordable to get a laser for my rosacea. I know the Sciton laser very well, they call 20 minutes before my appointment and say they will not treat me because I have a contraindication on my medical chart. (The contraindication was actually treated by The Sciton BBL Laser, confusing ) If you are looking for a BBL laser treatment may I recommend VIO Med Spa, NuIQ, or Cleveland Clinic for god sake. Let me start by saying that we had just moved to the area from DC over the summer where I had a cosmetic dermatologist that I absolutely loved. I'm a very uncomplicated customer. I use botox for crows feet- that's it. My DC practitioner was able to make my crows feet disappear with 12 units of botox. 5 units in my left eye and 7 in my right. Fast forward to August and I am shopping for a new technician. I call Ideal Image for information where they IMMEDIATELY FaceTime you with a "consultant". The consultant is nothing but a sales person not a medical or dermatological professional. Anyhow, after confusing me to death, the consultant tries to get me to sign off on a membership and 800$ worth of work... I CALLED FOR TWO SPOTS OF BOTOX and this woman is selling me lip filler and botox everywhere. I tell her no and that I really just want my crows feet done. Realizing that this is a failed sale she makes my appointment at the wrong location. I catch the error after the fact and have the location changed. Now here's where I get angry. I'm not sure if it was the product or the practitioner but the results were awful. I had the same amount done as I had at my DC practitioner and the results were nowhere near as successful. I went back where they pumped me with 8 more units and while this helped, the results I desired were never achieved and quickly faded at that. I spent 300$ in crows feet botox for C+ results at best. I started going to Ideal a month ago. I have had a Brazilian and facial wax. Both times the aestheticians were very nice as were the receptionists. However, today, I was lucky enough to run a few minutes late and was offered waiting or meeting with another waxer. I chose to go with another, I had several things to do. My fault... I know. Anyway, OMG I was blown away by the customer service and care given to me by Jasmine. Her enthusiasm for her role had me calling my daughter and coworker to book an appointment with her. Call response time was great and I was able to jump on a zoom meeting with a professional that day. They listened to me and what I appreciated the most was the consultant's honesty. She explained that the services I was requesting had a high chance of being unsuccessful because of certain physical attributes I possess. Even though they have the best lasers in the business she wanted me to be aware of the fact that other places who offer these services may take advantage of people who aren't as knowledgeable in the area of hair removal. I received laser hair removal treatments at this location on 4 areas. There is about 90% or so hair reduction in those areas, the treatments work and the results are pleasing. The treatments are pricy and a bit painful, but would I do it again, Yes. The facility is very clean and the girls are make you feel comfortable. read more

I have been here a few times. A couple of their non filler services were great and i had no problem with them. However their filler i.e botx leaves more to be desired. I have been gettin this in my forhead for yrs...not consisitantly though and i never had a problem til i went here. The forehead would wrinkle n move...just days after injection, otherplaces i did not have thos prob. Ideal image told me that i had a tolerence and that i would need more. Tried that. Same thing. Went to another facility...no problem. Forehead froze the way i want it n no issues. Most likely they dilutw the product more so while yes the money per init sounds attractive, but its not if you have to keep goin back to get more, where they will also charge you again. Other places i have been have free touchups as needed....which at new place i dont need touchups bc they do better work, dont dilute as much or something... read more

Worst experience ever! I would give -5 stars if it was possible. My husband went there for a lower back laser hair removal, they offered him a deal for the whole back for 3000$ , but since he is hairy mostly on the lower back he went for the lower back one which costed 2000$ for 10 sessions. Five of these sessions were done so unprofessionally and they had left lots of patchy areas which they should have done( so instead of doing the whole lower back they kind of removed only half of it). I got mad at my husband for not telling the lady who was performing it to be more careful since we paid a lot for that. Anyway men are men, they never tend to argue about stuff. The positive side ( at least so we thought) , is that he had lifetime warranty and he could go back after the sessions finished. Today on the last session we learned that there is a copay for every extra session which is 90$, and the worst thing is that he needs extra sessions cos the hair is still there , not that dense of course. They are scammers , if you care for your money stay away from these piranhas! I wish I had read the reviews before ! This is what his back look like after paying 2000$ ! PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO RUSH YOU THROUGH THE CONSULTATION. They'll have it all on the computer, click through it (without showing you the paperwork)and have you sign on the little black screen. Ask to read the fine print before you sign anything. They do NOT provide refunds under any circumstance and you are typically spending a few hundred on a service here. (My fault for not reading the fine print, I'll admit.) I purchase one syringe of lip filler on November 17, 2018 for $450. Returned the next day (the 18th) and had the entire syringe placed in my lips. (Keep in mind I was told that it should dissolve NO SOONER than at least 8 months) I was feeling discouraged two weeks later when there was absolutely no visible difference so i called and made a follow up appointment. I returned for my follow up on Saturday December 1, 2018 and had "after" pictures taken. They then showed me the before and after pictures taken on the company iPad and tried to convince me there was a difference. Totally no difference. They tried to reassure me by saying "it's a subtle difference." They then offered for me to buy a second syringe. Well of course I'm not spending an additional $500 for the same results. SO I kindly declined and asked to speak to the manager who wasn't there because it was a Saturday. I hope this saves many from going here. I contacted Ideal Image through facebook specifically for Ultherapy on my lower face. I was contacted by a representative in Texas. I explained to her what I wanted and that I just wanted to look refreshed after dealing with trials for my sexual assault, which also included separate trials with BWC, because my assault was at work, needless to say the trials placed a toll, and I wanted to something for myself that was nonsurgical and noninvasive. The representative from Texas advised me that they do not do the Ultherapy lower face without doing the neck and I trusted what she said and bought both. I found out the day of the procedure that wasn't true and the Nurse, Tracy (They don't give last names) explained while laughing that it wasn't true, I didn't need to buy the neck area like Texas representative said. she also stated that she will not commit to telling me that what I was told about the Ultherapy was true, she said it doesn't give firming, or any lift, its very minimal in seeing results, and she proceeded to tell me how painful it is, all this while laughing. We sat for thirty minutes discussing things and she advised me the only way to get any refund is to do partial of the treatment. Scared, humiliated because of the nurse laughing the entire time as she was explaining things to me, I reluctantly took a deep breath, and went through the lower face procedure, with the plan to have the refund on the lower neck as the nurse and manager stated, and leave well enough alone. Needless to say after waiting since November 20th to have my refund I was advised by Marion or Marian(not sure of spelling) with no last name because you know they don't give last names, that I wasn't receiving any refund. She basically explained, that I , a rape victim, had to undergo another procedure there, I can pick it, and although I don't want to go there, I am petrified of this place, and I don't trust them, must have a procedure, or forfit my $800. I'd rate their treatments and nurses doing the treatments as 5 stars. But I have to give a three because of the price game they play with you. If you're interested in going try to get a quote from the front desk, do NOT go through their sales people who give you the free consultation. I went to Simone and she 1. lied about it being painless, it's not the worst thing in the world but it does pinch sometimes and 2. she overcharges you. She originally quotes me $7000 for a bikini package and underarms until I talked her down to $5000 which she said was a "great deal, I've never seen my supervisor go that low!" BS. The girls at the front desk admitted I was overcharged and the package is usually around $3200, so she quoted me almost twice as much! The nurse practitioners and front desk staff are great! I had laser hair removal and I have dark skin and dark hair. Their price packages are overly priced and don't let me start on ALL the paperwork you have to sign. I saw a hair reduction in the area that I had the hair removal treatment on but it was still not drastic enough. I had the area that I originally had laser hair removal on treated by Haber Dermatology (in Beachwood, OH) and the hair is either gone or very fine and I can barely even see that hair. I wish I had read these reviews before signing on. Yes the receptionists at the front desk are very effervescent, courteous, make you feel welcome and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. That is where the pleasant part of the experience ends. There was some pressure to sign on the dotted line quickly and assurance that I was getting a great deal although, in actuality, the prices were some of the highest I have ever encountered for laser hair removal. $800 for my chin! I had my legs, underarms and bikini line done for about $1600 with excellent permanent results at a facility in New York City. Which brings me to my main issue. When I discussed the procedure with the consultant I let her know that there was a good chance that I would be moving back to NYC before the end of the treatments. No problem, I was told. There were Ideal Images all over the country and I could have my records transferred to one of them. I did move back to NYC after my second treatment. There were three Ideal Image facilities in Manhattan. I chose the most convenient, signed the form and had my records transferred. When I called the place in NY, I was routed back to Strongsville where I was told that not all Ideal Images had a reciprocal agreement. In fact, there were none in Manhattan. When I asked where the closest Ideal Image was I was told Long Island, Albany and another city (Rochester or Syracuse). I pointed out that none of these places were anywhere close to where I was and I need a more viable option. The woman I spoke to said she would check into it and get back to me. I received an email giving two locations in Pennsylvania which according to the email were each an hour and a half drive from NY. SERIOUSLY!? I'm afraid the people in Strongsville don't have a firm grasp of the geography or traffic conditions in the NY metro area. The locations given would only be an hour and a half each way under the most perfect traffic conditions and there is no way to do it without paying tolls. Am I expected to drive three (or more) hours to have a procedure that takes less than a minute? It would be a day trip involving taking time off work! Does this make sense? Not to me. I responded to the email that I found their solution unacceptable and expected a refund of the balance. That was weeks ago. No response - crickets! Ignoring me will not resolve the issue. I am writing to the BBB and filing a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office. It is unfortunate that something so simply remedied is going to become an even larger issue. I had a really great experience at Ideal Image. I was very insecure about the stubborn fat on my belly, and a little nervous about invasive procedures. I read about coolsculpting on the Internet and decided to give it a try. When I entered the center the front desk staff were welcoming. They were laughing and sounded like they were having a great time at work. When I met with the consultant she addressed all of my concerns, and made me feel comfortable. I was unsure about spending so much money on myself, but the consultant worked out a payment plan that I could afford. The nurses were very professional and my treatment was pretty quick, it took about 2 hours total. The nurse and the consultant called to follow up with me after my treatment as well. I HAVE NEVER HATED A BUSINESS MORE. I came in for a consultation some time early December with Savannah. I talked about a lip procedure. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go through but she insisted we see how much my payments would be If I financed with Fortiva. 30 minutes later after the consultation I called and told her I cannot go through with this and to cancel my appointment, pending charge etc. I called to cancel the credit she signed me up wIth & there seemed to be no issue . I later get an email telling me I owe a minimum payment. I called over FIVE times trying to cancel the pending charge because I GOT NO SERVICES DONE. Each employee that picked up told me there isn't anything they can do and that a manager would have to perform this in the system. NOTHING WAS DONE & IM STILL BEING HIT WITH PAYMENT ALERTS. These people are quick to charge you but refuse to cancel a pending payment you didn't' even get done . I did not think I would have to steep this low, but it looks like the only way to get this resolved and taken seriously is to get the legal team involved. read more

The front desk people are wonderful. The nurses are also good. The lady who did my consultation left many important items out. She never mentioned the fine hairs along my sideburns would not be removed. This was the area I wanted gone the most. Then after a couple sessions I noticed the nurses weren't doing an area I had chosen to be treated. I mentioned it to the nurse and she had to check. Turns out I was mislead. Not a very happy client. The service was great and it worked well overall but I did have to go back and use the co pay for a touch up on the bikini area.. Hopefully that does it because I don't want to pay any more for this when it should have all been taken care of but I was definitely overcharged as well, be careful when signing up, supposedly you can haggle them for the price which I kind of just assumed what the price was it was.
