Terrible Experience - Botched Botox Injection and No Accountability I'm extremely disappointed and upset with my recent Botox treatment at Vio Med Spa Solon. What was supposed to be a routine procedure turned into a visible mistake. Worst of all, the company has refused to take any responsibility. During the injection, the injector hit a blood vessel multiple times, causing immediate bruising and discomfort. I expressed concern, but was told it was "normal" and would resolve. Unfortunately, it didn't. Within a day or two, a large, linear bruise developed straight down the center of my forehead - something that clearly indicates the injector struck a vessel more than once in the same area. When I called days later, the injector apologized and recalled hitting the blood vessel twice I've had Botox in the past with zero issues, so I know this is not a typical side effect when done correctly. It was clearly the result of poor technique and lack of caution. What's even worse is how the clinic has handled the situation. I reached out for a plan to address the damage - but instead, I was met with cold, dismissive responses and zero accountability. I was a member at vio med spa strongsville for years , loved it. I decided to move over to vio med spa Solon and am having a good experience thus far. Their membership prices aren't the best across the board but their injectors and estheticians seem educated. Obviously, don't cheap out on your face! It's been over a week and the owner of V/O Med Spa in Solon still hasn't contacted me via phone or email even though the manager told me that she would. I have contacted my bank, had to get a new bank/debit card in order to be assured of this buisness not having access to my account and automatically withdrawing additional funds. In my opinion, This has been a painstaking and unjust rattling experience. Not only shocked that 3 police officers were called while I calmy waited for the owner to rectify their misleading agreement, but the time it has taken to change my automatic withdrawal payments to several other buisnesses. I want to start by saying that the esthetician I saw was lovely and I liked her and was excited to continue my skincare journey with her. My issue with VIO med spa Solon is their management and business practices. On my first visit I was told it was fine to bring my young child with me to my visit. I live very far from this location and I only decided to continue on with membership enrollment due to the fact that I liked the esthetician and I was told my daughter being there was no problem. There are also no signs, or statements anywhere in their policy stating children cannot accompany their parents into the building. When I showed up for my appointment, a woman stopped me at the door without even greeting me, telling me who she was, or asking for my name. The first words out of her mouth were that I couldn't come in with my daughter. Now i'm an understanding person and I get that if a business chooses not to allow children, that's their right to do so, however they need to communicate this policy with their staff as well as their customers. I took a two hour flight and drove an hour there (hour back) to make this appointment. All to be turned away at the door without as much as a friendly hello. I asked if i would be refunded the money I have been putting into this account with Vio which now cannot be used because I can't travel to appointments without my child (once again the problem isn't that children aren't allowed the problem is that I was informed the opposite). The woman basically shoo'd me out the door saying she would reach out to me later. Hours later, still no response so I called to see if I would be refunded and to cancel my account. I received a repulsive email stating that "I would not be charged a cancellation fee for that day", the appointment that i flew 2 hours and drive an additional hour to attend and was turned away at the door. The email also stated if i wish to cancel my membership that they would charge me $300. Wait so now not only has my inquiry on being refunded because I cannot use their services been completely disregarded, shes now telling me that I owe them money. I'm appalled at the way this location handles their relationships with customers and there are so many other wonderful med spas in the area, I highly advise you chose another location or a different business entirely. read more

Recently my friend was treated very poorly by this franchise, in my opinion. She was just asking to cancel her contract and get her money back. Instead of giving her her money, they called the police. In my opinion this is unconscionable . She was calm and not causing any trouble, yet they still chose to call the police. read more

Just recently got my first facial done here at their new spa location and I won't be going anywhere else! This spa is VERY clean and all the ladies here are wonderful. They make you feel right at home and very comfortable from the second you walk through the door to the moment you check out! They also have awesome incentive/reward programs to help you save money!
