Ideal Nutrition is my go to when I need a quick, tasty and calorie conscious meal. They even have microwaves in-store so if you'd like to dig in immediately you can. My husband and I have been on and off customers of Ideal over the last couple of years. Over the years they have increased their prices but even with their current rates they're still a great deal considering the portions you're receiving. read more

I stopped in tonight for the first time on a friend's recommendation. I bought three meals, chicken, tiki masala, chicken, Parmesan, and Korean barbecue chicken. I cooked the Korean barbecue chicken for dinner, and it was all gristle and garbage chicken not even chewable. So after I threw that away, I made the chicken Parmesan. The chicken was a little better, but still very tough and not very delicious. I never opened the chicken Tiki masala. I'll be giving that one away. It seems like a lot of people like this place, but for me it was a fail. I would not go back. Also, there is no expiration date on the packaging. read more

of Ideal Nutrition I recently tried Ideal Nutrition, and I'd like to share my thoughts on their offerings. As with any experience, there were both positive and negative aspects: Convenience and Pricing: Positive: The convenience factor is a major win. Ideal Nutrition provides fully prepared meals that are ready to heat and eat. For busy individuals or those who want to avoid cooking, this is a game-changer. Positive: The price point of $7.70 per full meal is reasonable. Considering the time saved and the quality of ingredients, it's a fair deal. Positive: I appreciate their "buy one, get one free" promotion. It's a nice incentive for repeat customers. Positive: BOGO sales for items about to expire are a smart move. It reduces food waste and benefits both the customer and the environment. Customer Service: Positive: Allison at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She patiently answered my questions about the different foods available. Good customer service goes a long way! Pricing Consistency: Negative: While most items are priced equally, some exceptions exist. For instance, a muffin should logically cost less than a full meal. It would be great if they adjusted prices more sensibly across their menu. Environmental Impact: Negative: The biggest downside is the lack of a recycling program. Each meal comes in a plastic container with both a bottom and a lid. Considering the growing concern about plastic waste, this is a missed opportunity. Suggestion: Ideal Nutrition could take inspiration from companies like Lush (a cosmetic brand). Lush encourages customers to return clean, empty containers for recycling and offers discounts in return. Implementing a similar model would be a positive step toward reducing waste. Also, for some fitness enthusiasts it would be nice to offer some protein by the pound in addition to chicken like pulled pork. In summary, Ideal Nutrition offers convenient, reasonably priced meals, but there's room for improvement in terms of pricing consistency and environmental consciousness. If they address these issues, they could become an even better choice for health-conscious consumers. read more

I used to religiously come to ideal nutrition, but the prices went up which I don't care about but the portions are literally so much smaller now. The chicken parm is literally half the size it used to be, and the macros on the packaging appears to still be the same. Something isn't adding up. read more

I am absolutely astonished by this place! I often find it difficult to balance my job, school work, and daily life responsibilities. As a result, this impacts my ability to prepare fresh and healthy meals during the week. However, Ideal Nutrition has provided me with a great avenue to eat tasty and hot meals without compromising on price or quality. The Wellington location is right next to the LA Fitness gym. This gem is well-maintained, and the store is always clean. Every time I visit, the staff is super friendly and always ready to offer help if I need it. Some of my go-to favorites are the Chicken Caesar Wrap, Baked Chicken Parmigiana, Paleo Cowboy Steak, and Paleo Turkey Burger. Each meal costs less than a movie theater ticket and is always made fresh. (Tip: if you freeze them, they last twice as long). In addition to the dinners, they also carry breakfast and lunch meals as well as kids options. Workout drinks and beverages, such as Celsius and coffee, are also available in the store. They even have merch! I hope this store becomes a new trend as I cannot imagine my weekly meal routine without Ideal Nutrition. read more

Tried this place on the recommendation of a friend to help with help with healthier eating habits. I went to the storefront as it was close by and purchased 4 meals. I was interested in low calories and low fat. I have tried 2 of the four so far and it been great. The value for money is great. Some maybe able to get two meals out of one as it's pretty filling. All the food is made fresh and takes 2 mins to heat in the microwave. It can also be frozen if it's not used by the recommended date. The only drawback is the container are plastic and I did not see a recycling program offered for retuning the containers. The store is clean and staff are friendly. I plan to return soon. read more

So I have heard nothing but good things about this company but they were never close enough to me to go out of my way and try them. I was extremely happy when I found out they were coming to Wellington. They are super close to me. I am a forever customer. The place was super clean the people are very nice and the meals are not only affordable but GREAT TASTING. I have not had a meal I didn't like yet! It's very fresh and so convenient. I will never have to worry about what I'm taking to work for lunch ever again. Beware* the meals only last about a week unless you freeze them but that's because there are no preservatives which is a plus. I recommend to everyone. read more

Let me start by saying I'm a picky eater. I started seeing lotsa gym goers next door coming and going from this place and I was a bit skeptical. Boy was I wrong. Portion size is perfect and huge selection of chicken, steak and pork options. Im a protein guy so I hit up the paleo section. The grilled chicken is a good size breast and seasoned perfectly. Very healthy, low cal, low sodium, no preservatives with some yummy veggies. My fave is the grill chicken with sweet potatoes, but the broccoli is good too. I am on my first week of the delivery service and I love it !!!!!! I was getting so bored of making salads and packing the same thing for lunch all the time. This is great variety for my lunches for work weekly. Every meal so far has been so delicious. You never know when it comes to meats how they will heat up but these meals are fantastic. I recommend them to anyone for all ages. So delicious and so convenient. Where on earth are you going to get a meal for 7.70? No where. Especially a healthy well balanced meal. Found out about them from a friend. Went a week ago and purchased $100 worth of meals for my household. Have tried 3 of the meals so far and they have been fantastic. I am not a big fan of microwaved food so when I can I put the protein in the air fryer. The portion size is just right not too big not too small. When you walk into the store you are greeted with "welcome in" and a smile. The staff are more than willing to help you find what you need. read more

Wow! The Wellington Bolay was a solid success as we catered our Sons and his wife's Baby Shower! Nicky presented a menu spot on with our liking! Something for everyone! Both Troy and Ken are very friendly, personable, and took so much time answering my questions. They know their stuff! Unlike other stores I have been in, I did not feel the least bit pressured to buy anything and they helped me narrow down my options based upon my personal needs and goals. Wellington is lucky to have such a great supplement store with genuine owners. I wish I had a place like this in LA. I will be back on future visits to FL and will definitely be ordering from their website instead of going anywhere else.

It definitely appears to be a popular place for people to study and work. I ordered a hot latte since it was a little chilly inside and I really enjoyed it. My partner also really liked their vanilla frappe. Their croissant sandwiches were also really good. I did the ham and cheese, my partner did the breakfast sandwich with candied bacon which he said was amazing. If I am in the area I would go back.
