Any other company would have pushed me to get the floor and wouldn't have cared if we used it or not. That was my concern. In case it rained for hours, the party would have been moved inside and the floor would have been a waste. They even gave me a tarp to cover and protect the dance floor. Of course it got cloudy as soon as party started so we left the tarp on for the first hour. But then it cleared up, we rolled back the tarp and everyone to the dance floor! Also, If you rent a tent , the delivery goes from $65 to $45! I've lived in Chicago my whole life and we've been in Wisconsin for the past 2 years. Every party we've hosted has had Top Choice equipment. Great prices, products, amazing professionalism and great staff! Thank you!

However, we were disappointed that despite a confirmed 11:00 a.m. setup time, they showed up nearly two hours late. When the venue contacted them, the delivery team claimed they had a drop off window and not a hard time. The delay seriously disrupted the wedding timeline--forcing rushed setup, delaying the caterer, and causing our florist to miss another event. The owner admitted the miscommunication was an internal issue and offered to send additional bodies to assist in set up. This was discussed with the venue and not the point of contact personnel provided for the day so it was not replayed as an option to other vendors. Afterwards, the owner offered us a future credit and a small reimbursement for the inconvenience. I am revising my initial review to include the accountability taken.

It's through him that I heard of the Central Street Busker Festival that took place the next day and his line was loooong! Most recently, we went to his show last week that the Mt. Prospect Public Library held for spring break. That was very very well attended, with a long line of folks waiting to get in (and that's with all of us registered to attend!), but the show was a lot of fun. He did a little magic, a little comedy, and some fun balloon tricks. This guy has been doing this all his adult life--unless that's also a joke and part of his act--but regardless, he's great at his job. I'm looking forward to seeing him again and my little one having the chance to pick her balloon creation on her own.

Service rep said "we noticed that our prices were below national retailers (Home Depot) so we increased prices and haven't updated it online". Kind of sketchy if you ask me. Rep was decent, machine was decent, but I just don't believe in false advertising. If you advertise a price online you should honor that price. Kind of a scam to get you in the door and then up charge you cuz "they forgot to change the website". Who knows how many items are falsely advertised at the wrong price?
