Not worth the money. My review is to help someone else. I went to this clinic for weight loss…read moreinjections. It's extremely expensive, but if you lose weight, it's worth it. The problem is, the clinic does not make the price equitable to results. It was my third month coming in, and if you get under 7 mg, it's $375 a month. I was at 6mgs my 2nd month since I had previously been on the medication 6-7 months ago so they started me at a higher dose. In my 2nd month, I lost one pound. The girl tried to gaslight me, and say it was because the clothes I was wearing. I told her I wear the same types of clothes and shoes every single time because of my job, so no, it's not my clothes. She asked me if I wanted to stay the same, and I told her I lost 1 pound, so I should go up to 9 mg. She said she would ask the nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner told her that I should only go to 7 mg because 9mg would be too much. Look, I'm no medical doctor, but if the lower dose isn't working, then it should go substantially higher. And once you hit 7 mg, the price goes up to $475. No surprise she put me right at 7mg. Common sense says, if you're in pain, you up the dose in ibuprofen or Tylenol. If one is not losing weight, you up the dose to increase the weight loss because that's what the medication's for. I told her, it's not worth $500 a month for this service, and said no thank you, and walked out. Do yourself a favor, buy it online. My doctor recommended RO.com, but I never did the website, because I'd rather go in person. But for service like this, and exorbitant price gouging, don't even waste your time. Giving lower doses might make some customers come back over and over, but for most people, you lose the business.

If I read the other reviews before I made my appointment I would not have gone in. That being said…read moreI am SO glad I did! My experience was great. They took a lot of time getting to know me and my ailments. They did a Soft Wave treatment on my feet as I've been having a lot of foot pain the past 5-6 months. I was not expecting much from one treatment, however I was thrilled that my feet were noticeably better when I got home. Everyone's experience is unique but I would highly recommend giving them a try. I went in for the $49 introductory special and was charged $49. I have not been able to go in for the follow up appointment due to scheduling on my end so do not know the cost of any ongoing program. But I can say that my one appointment made a huge improvement for me that I'm still reaping the benefits of.

If you see an ad by "Power Total Health", chiropractic services in Clovis, don't be a fool, like…read moreme, and schedule a first appointment for $49.00. I have suffered from peripheral neuropathy for over 20 years. On my first appointment, I met with the chiropractor for 5-8 minutes. Then I met with a woman, named Jax" who explained peripheral neuropathy and how they treat this. I was with her for a good 45 minutes. Then off for treatment, with another woman which lasted no more than 8 minutes. At my second appointment I spent almost an hour with Jax. She talked more about their treatment but mostly focused on things we had in common, self disclosure, and her professional history. She suggested that I apply for a Care Credit card, where you aren't charged interest, if your bill is paid off in a year. I told her I already had this credit card. So then she tells me treatment should last six months and it would cost me $13,000. I told her I could not afford this so she says she's going to give me a discount, ($8000.+ for six month treatment services) since everyone I met at Power Total Health liked me so much. I laughed and told her she probably tells everyone this. Then I was sent for treatment, with the same woman who provided treatment during my first appointment. Treatment lasted no more than five minutes. As I was leaving Jax the chiropractor and the woman providing treatment are waiting for me at the front desk. Jax said that my Care Credit card limit was $6000. and suggested that when I get home to request a higher limit from Care Credit and handed me a contract for six month services, provided by them. I stupidly signed the contract because after my first visit, my left foot felt about 30% better. When I woke up, the next morning, all of the numbness and tingling came back. Plus, everyone at Power Total Health were so nice and seemingly knowledgeable. I felt hopeful. As I was walking to my car, I thought I had made a big mistake. The more I thought about signing the contract, the more I thought I had been scammed. I thought about turning around and telling them that I had changed my mind about being a patient of theirs but it was after 5PM and their offices were closed. The next day I tried to get in contact with them, through an email they had sent me after my first appointment (requesting my personal interaction and opinion of my experience with them...since everyone was so nice, I wrote a very nice opinion about my first visit there). My email could not go through this time. So I went to their website and told them that I had changed my mind, no longer required their services and asked for a refund (they had already billed me for $6000. on my Care Credit card. Eventually, they refunded me $5,625. They charged me $375. for my second appointment where treatment lasted less than five minutes. Imagine that! When I went to their website to leave them the message that I would no longer require their services, I noticed that my review was being displayed, on their pop-up. I requested that they take my review off their website numerous times, without success. After a month of my first appointment, the pop-up with my review said I wrote this two weeks ago. Again, I went to their website and told them that I wrote this a month ago, not two weeks ago and again requested that my review be taken off their website. A week later, they changed the date of my review from 2 weeks to 3 weeks. I am writing this because I made a huge mistake by having two appointments with Power Total Health. Be careful with companies like Power Total Health!!!! Power Total Health is not a Better Business Bureau accredited business. The BBB gave them a rating of C+ because they did not respond to one complaint filed with the BBB.

Sami G came to my rescue when I was at my wits end both emotionally and physically. I was sick with…read moreno light at the end of the tunnel. It had been 6 months of agony and meetings with a nurse practitioner, two ER doctors and finally an obgyn before I was diagnosed correctly with endometriosis. The diagnosis however, did not help me find a cure, it only added more questions. I took to searching the internet, talking to specialists and browsing medical journals only to find out that most "cures" required heavy doses of hormones and surgery. These "cures" also ended with most women having a hysterectomy a few years after diagnosis depending on severity. While surgery to remove endometriomas was a must for me, I was weighing my options against taking the hormones (much to the dismay of my western medicine physicians). It was then that Sami G saved me- one week before surgery and the decision to send my 33 year old body into menopause. Her knowledge in the areas of health, specifically nutrition, was my life saver. She more than encouraged me to listen to my body and stay strong in my decision to take a natural path. Her history with women and hormones gave me the hope I needed to stay on course. Sami G spent time going over the nutritional changes I needed to make in order to heal optimally from the surgery and to help cure my disease. We went over recipes for bone broths and juicing, and we talked about meditation and exercise. She really gave me a PLAN, something I was seeking for so long! She checked in on me after surgery and continues to be a great guiding light. I will be forever grateful for her service and will keep her at the top of my list for 'go to professionals' when it comes to anything related to my health. THANK YOU SAMI G!!!

I have requested numerous times access to my lab results (weeks ago) and been completely ignored. This is incredibly unprofessional and, I believe, warrants a lowering of my rating. Further, I received correspondence requesting that I remove this review for a partial refund. I declined this offer. I have checked my spam folder as well as my inbox. None of my lab results have been sent as requested not do I see any response at all to my multiple inquiries, the last of which was March 14th. I have attached the confirmation from the practice that shows the email was received. I have also attached the email from April in question that merely stated my results will be in the portal (Which my access to has been revoked.)
