So where do I start. This place is literally a transformation center. I started out skeptical at first when I met Steven, but as soon as I accepted his challenge I started seeing results. The instructors are all amazing. Not enough words can describe how much passion they have. From Mio, Severo, Marcus, Amy and Steven. They put their heart and soul into their workouts. I immediately fel in love with their style and every week I got on that scale it was my fat just shredding. Don't wait any longer and take the challenge for yourself. Thanks AFF Thumbs up to Severo and Mio for those extra pushes during the workouts. Shout out to Steven for all the help throughout this adventure. I have become a permanent family member now that I passed my challenge.

First challenge of the Transformation Camp is complete!! Looking back I can tell you I put off actually joining to do a challenge for a longgg time. I was hesitant to spend so much money at once for another "diet". For me it wasn't just another "diet" it was a start to a life changing lifestyle. I couldn't thank the staff enough! The trainers.. Nikki Tc , Tony Tc, Hailey Tc , Hwanju Tc etc.. (most of classes I took) are amazing encouraging trainers! They push you beyond your limit to make sure you achieve your goals. I couldn't forget the front desk who are also amazing staff. Mio Tc , Maria Tc , Yoli T. Making sure you have all that you need to succeed. Being that my work schedule got in the way and I was very limited on availability to meet the gym times, Mio Tc is very understanding! I didn't make it an excuse to miss, very little sleep and restless days I still made it happen! Can't wait to start the next challenge!! Super excited. Can't go wrong with The Camp!

I weighed out early for my Pick your Challenge "PYC" 15 lbs membership challenge at The Camp Clovis. This was my 3rd challenge at Camp Clovis. I joined this challenge alongside my gf's I made at the Camp. When I said I am DOING this, I set my own personal goals above the requirements of the challenge. They included an extra 10 check ins, extra morning cardio, weight out early and have fun. I met all my goals! As well as weighing out 4.8 lbs over the 15 lb goal weight! I am not going to say this was easy AT ALL. It took hard work and discipline. ALOT of hard work but I enjoy the hard work and eating clean regularly now. More and more I enjoy the challenges and adding weight or running faster, the burn out at the end of class I used to dread, I look forward to now. I enjoy the compliments and helping motivate my AFF, challengers and members. Stand out moments this challenge- Doing box jumps with Bertha, looking like a well oiled machine just killing it, sweating our asses off and loving every second. Laughing with my friends in class, daily. Not buddies, not partners but friends. Last Sunday, running into Sammie in the parking lot at Camp Fresno For Sunday Funday, her "You guys aren't really here right now!? Ok, I'm parking and doing a double." Seeing my aunt at the gym surprise me at 6am. Ester yelling AMBER OR ROCKY from the other side of the room or outside Having Ody call myself and my husband the "power couple" when we check in. Working out with hubby, it's fun to have been married to so long and still push each other the way we do. Motivate each other, get stronger and healthier together. Now at 4:30 am, Babe, wake up, let's go! Lol! This challenge I went hard from the get because I have done this before, twice. Cheating the initial week on my first challenge. Putting myself in a hole between the "off" week of challenge 1 and challenge 2. All of this, I learned and told myself, had I just "followed the damn instructions" the whole way through, what could I have done. Soooo that's why I set my initial goals for myself. The only way I would make it is if I met those, at least that's what I told myself. Now back on the right track after the holidays, a slew of birthdays, getting back into habits I needed to break and just feeling sluggish and the extra weight again telling myself to handle it. Happier, healthier and stronger, mentally and physically. I ate a damn chicken salad and my "cheat" meal yesterday after. Why, because it tastes so damn good! I started at The Camp a size 14 nearly 16, I am now a size 6 nearing size 4! Able to run much longer than I have EVER been able. Where I am now exceeds any goal I had joining because you don't think of the mental or I didn't when I joined but the physical only. The mental plays a HUGE part on the physical. If you aren't mentally there, your mind is going to plant that doubt that you don't need. Bad enough to have the outside haters, don't need to have that within yourself too. The "family" they talk about in orientation is NOT a marketing scheme but the reality of the moral at The Camp Clovis. You meet so many people here, all with the same goal. You make the call, send your message for a reason. To prove it to yourself, to better yourself, for something that you want to change. In turn you end up expressing your joys as well as frustration with your fellow challengers and some of the members. Everyone is willing to help, give advice or just encourage you to not quit. Each started in the same place, myself included. I love sharing what I went through to help as well as the ones that helped me when I started. This isn't anything I have ever found out of any gym aside from a personal trainer, then, after thousands of dollars. The encouragement was gone and back to trying it on my own. Numerous failed attempts to say the least. It is much more than just physical appearance once you grasp the idea that it is a lifestyle change. Your mental state will utterly change as well as your self confidence. If want to truly make a change, The Camp will give you the tools you need for success as well as meet some AMAZING people along the way. If this sounds appealing, make the call, reaching out to The Camp is the best decision you will ever make. I am a 150% firm believer of that.

I love Camp Clovis and highly recommend it! It doesn't matter where you are on your fitness journey, this place caters to all. Trainers (Amy, Carlos, Marc, Mio, Rhonda, Steven, and Tony) go above and beyond to make each class engaging, challenging, and fun! They helped me with my form and provided me with an extra push when the workouts got tough! I've attended 30+ classes and I can tell you that each class is always a little different. Steven Diaz, The Camp Director, is super supportive and provides guidance to help you stay on track to meet your fitness goals. In addition to the trainers, the other Camp staff are also very kind and informative! They always greet members with a smile and are able to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. "Losing weight" has been on my to-do-list since forever. As the new year unfolded, I decided action needed to be taken. So, I took on the 6-week challenge with a goal to lose 20 pounds. Today, I'm proud to say that I not only beat the challenge and lost 21 pounds but I'm also taking on a second 6-week challenge. Though the weight loss is great, I feel that my experience with the camp didn't stop there. I can definitely say that I'm much healthier physically and mentally since joining the Camp's 6-Week Challenge. I'm excited to see what I'll achieve by the end of this second challenge! I definitely recommend that you guys give the people at The Camp a shot!

I successfully completed a 20 pound challenge at The Camp. This was my first challenge and I had a fantastic experience. The 20 pound challenge begins with paying a deposit. I received a very specific meal plan, detailing exactly what to eat and how much to eat. To receive a refund if your deposit you must complete 30 classes in 6 weeks, lose 20 pounds or 5% body fat, make Facebook posts after each workout, and fill out survey information at the end. Weekly weighs help stay accountable on your diet. This was one of my favorite aspects. I received coaching from trainers Steven, Mio, Severo, Amy, and Maria. Each trainer is a great combination of motivating and encouraging. No two workouts were exactly the same, keeping it interesting for the entire six weeks. Overall, my experience at The Camp was overwhelming positive. My only critique is of the actual workouts themselves. The workouts are circuit style, generally with anywhere between 4 to 10 stations. Each station is between one and two minutes. I personally prefer interval training with max effort intervals of 40 seconds to a minutes with a short rest. One to two minute stations require yourself to pace a bit to make the entire station without taking a rest. But the workouts did get me in much better shape and were overall enjoyable and challenging. If you're looking to start a weight loss journey The Camp is a fantastic place to go!

Taking the six week challenge at The Camp Transformation Center -Clovis has been one of the best decisions I've made. At first I was a little hesitant to join because I felt like it was nearly impossible to lose 20lbs in 6 week and the initial sign up price was a little scary as well. However, I needed something to push and motivate me to get healthy and what better way than money!! I thought the initial payment was a lot but learning that I could possibly win it back was a huge motivation to get me in there. After the first week of workouts and my first weight in I was down 7.6 lbs and more motivated than ever. All the coaches are amazing and supportive. The director and coach, Steven Diaz (Sgt. Pain) is amazing. He actually cares about you and your fitness journey. His classes are very challenging yet very rewarding! He's very informative and answers messages/questions at all hours lol. Ericka Cantu is another amazing coach, her workouts are tough yet she keeps you motivated throughout the workout. Amy is another tough trainer. I always left her workouts feeling the burn knowing I would be sore during the upcoming days. Amy was always there to make sure your form was correct during the workout. During the six week challenge I learned how to eat better/healthier, I began to love/craze the workouts everyday, and even started feeling better no more bloated feeling! I have 100% more energy through the day!!! I finished my first six week challenge today and I am officially down 23.2 pounds and couldn't be prouder of myself! Can't wait to start my next 6 week challenge on Sept 9th.

BIG changes! I could not believe my eyes haha

Joining the camp was one of the best decisions of my life! I hesitated at first to join because I thought it was just another fitness program trying to get money. I also thought 6 weeks was too short of a time to lose 20 lbs. However, I decided to join because I wanted to support my brother and sister in their fitness journeys. In the beginning, I felt like a stranger because I did not know anyone. However, that has all changed after 6 weeks. I know nearly the entire Clovis Camp Staff and many members. I am now part of AFF! The nutritional seminar gave me a reality check of how serious this program is. I remember them saying that we will be using HIIT for our workouts and could not have any alcohol or sugar for 6 weeks. I instantly knew that this program is something I needed. I have always wanted to get in the best shape of my life and I knew that this place can take me there. Although I succeeded, there were many obstacles along the way. My body had to adapt to the physical demands and it took nearly 3 weeks. I was sore almost everyday the first two weeks. I had to foam roll and stretch outside of The Cam to relieve the soreness. I also went out for town a few times during my challenge and I did not meal prep so I ate at restaurants. The biggest obstacle was when my aunt passed away from pancreatic cancer. I took nearly a whole week off to go see her at the hospital and attend her funeral. The staff here is beyond AMAZING! Steven is an excellent director who always answers questions and he is one of the hardest trainers. He can take you to hell during a workout but bring you back so much stronger. Severo was goofy and always made silly jokes but he demanded effort from you all the time. Mio plays awesome music and is always energetic. Jose is quiet and chill but his full body workout sessions speaks volume. I did leg days with Amy before and I was not able to walk for a few days. Jasmine and Myra always helped answer questions at the front desk and gave tips. My coordinator Athena is a great communicator. She answered questions nearly everyday and even made videos to give us fitness tips to keep us on track. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Camp to anybody out there. If you want to make a healthy lifestyle change or enhance your health, this is the place to be. Personally, I accomplished my goal of losing 20 lbs in 6 weeks and I am striving to beat the next challenge of losing 5 percent body fat. I hope that even more people join in the next session to give me even more motivation and support. Let's all go BEAST MODE!

Great place to invest in yourself! I struggled through my first class. My form was bad. I was weak. I had little endurance. While running laps for warm up, I imagined myself running out to my car several times. I never doubted the program, I just didn't believe in myself. At the end of class, Severo TC said it would get easier, but his smile at my co-worker told me otherwise. I cried a little on this inside. LOL. Five times a week, I felt like I was beat up, but every day I felt better. Eating clean and FTDI (following the d**n instructions) was challenging yet doable. The week 1 weigh in made me a believer. I began to think, maybe this was a hill I can climb. Today I completed my 6 week challenge and have lost 22.4 lbs. And I can do push-ups now (non-scale victory)! This was just as much a mental transformation as it was a physical one. Thank you: Steven TC for your heart and passion for this program. Severo TC for making us laugh so we wouldn't think of the pain (no pain, no gain). Amy TC for your killer leg days and great pep talks. Gabby TC for your encouragement and guidance in class and Myla TC for your encouragement online. Thanks to all other trainers and staff who have all been very helpful as well. Here's to the next 6 week challenge; I'm still looking for someone I lost long ago.

The camp is the only place that holds me accountable and pushes me beyond my comfort zone. I've tried other gyms/boot camps and this is the only one that I see results with. They give you everything you need to succeed... you just have to be willing to put in the work! There is no magic pill like everyone wants to believe, but they provide you with all the tools necessary, so just put in the work and you'll be amazed by how awesome you start to feel. My husband and I both joined and followed the instructions. By the end of the six weeks, he lost 31 pounds and I lost 23. We are moving on to the second challenge and are excited to continue our weight loss journey together. Worth the money!!

I am a believer, a convert to a life of fitness thanks to the Camp. It started by entering the pick your challenge (PYC) 15lbs 6 week challenge and lost 16lbs in six weeks! I was a non-believer at first but then the nervousness and non-exercise fan slowly faded. I lost weight at the Camp Clovis. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. This place is like no other gym I have been at. The trainers and attendees motivate each other to do our best. I highly recommend The Camp Transformation Center Clovis, I believe...

I hit my heaviest, and it was time to do something about it. A good friend and coworker introduced me to the CAMP, I wasn't too excited about it at first. I joined the CAMP for the 21 day detox and noticed results within the three weeks. I decided to join as a member and decided to push my self more with a challenge. The staff is very helpful and trainers would demonstrate proper form of workouts. The trainers also pushed me to do an extra rep or two when I was drained and tired. They truly do care about you being successful during the challenge. The true challenge happens outside of the transformation center, the eating habits. They provide a strict FTDI meal plan and also guidance on where to find delicious recipes that are approved. The meal plan is straight forward and gives you details on exactly how much food needs to be eaten. Thank you Steven for all the help and assistance. Trainers Mio, Severo, Amy and Marc, a BIG THANK YOU for the challenging workouts and motivation to never quit. The CAMP is truly a transformation center not just a gym.

I Lost 3.8 % Body Fat over the last 6 weeks! I did not reach my goal but I'm more than happy with my results! I'm mad at myself for not staying active in the gym up until this point, but now I'm back in the groove and can't wait to see how far I can go! This being my 2nd challenge with The Camp I truly know it's the best way to get you into shape if you stick with it! There was some cheat days and many missed homework/workout sessions but you know what! I still lost inches & I'm damn proud! The scale is honestly just a NUMBER because my non scale Victories are where I can see the most change! Getting the courage to join the camp gym a second time in a new city was a bit uneasy when trying to show up when you don't know anyone, but all of my instructors and camp mates were always so nice and the energy during the workout always made me push that much harder! Thank you Steven Diaz for always checking up on me to see how Iv been doing and letting me tell you how much I hated the carb cycling! I'll be honest The process isn't easy but when your surrounded by awesome people that are experiencing everything your feeling it makes it that much easier! Thanks to all the other trainers Severo TC Amy TC Mio TC Clovis the workouts are AWESOME and I always leave the gym dripping in sweat and feeling like I crushed the workout ‍ Iv decided to challenge myself not just for 6 weeks but for everyday and become a member. ILL BE CRUSHING MY GOALS! If your hesitant or sceptic about this, I know the feeling but I assure you you will not be disappointed!

Maybe the most I encountered on the floor was 10 people. Truly a dream come true when you don't want a crowded gym. Trainer knew how to modify exercises for my injuries. If you feel called to join, you should, trust your gut. My experience is just that. Whoever reads this will have a different mindset, attitude and life lived experience.

I took some time to research other gyms in the area. I've seen friends attending this gym and…read morefollow them in instagram. I gave it a try and the staff is instantly welcoming and helpful. The gym equipment appears to all be in great condition and works. I enjoy the added services like leg compression and other recovery equipment machines to help in my journey. I leave feeling good and inspired.

I moved to CA about a little over a year ago and have been coming here a few times weekly ever since, what drew me to this place is the equipment. They have a lot of dedicated weight lifting machines, some of which is state of the art. Overall hard to find in Fresno, especially in good condition. I don't use the amenities, but they also offer about every amenity you could ask of a gym, plus they have very accessible hours. Two big reasons for the review I left: AC and atmosphere. I don't think they turn on the AC, it is usually hotter inside than it is outside and it's been over 100 degrees lately, I'm looking for somewhere else to do cardio. This is coming from someone who's a healthy weight - leaning underweight. Someone could easily pass out from heat exhaustion, it's a legitimate health concern. The second reason being the atmosphere, (granted the establishment itself can only do so much) this place attracts lifters with big egos and bravado who will intentionally step over people. Before coming to Trinity I've gone to many different chain gyms, brands and locations, in CA and my home state. I've never once had the type of negative experiences I've had here. Multiple times I've had people take equipment/weights that I was clearly using while maintaining eye contact. If it had only happened once or twice I wouldn't mention it, but it seems to be getting more common. It's not a one off thing at this point. For what it's worth, common decency and proper gym etiquette isn't lost on everyone here. But it's worth noting if you'd like to avoid these situations. I come alone and I keep to myself, this shouldn't be a recurring issue. Again, management can only do so much about it, but considering they can threaten to charge me extra for the one time I left one plate on a machine then they certainly know who's commonly acting like a jerk. Plus, this is an issue I've never had at any other commercial gym. I will say the owner and front desk attendees seem generally very nice.
