Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. On Wednesday I did my video pre-check and then I promptly received a confirmation text about my confirmed appointment for Wednesday at 3:00pm at the Fresno location. I immediately called back to verify my appointment for Thursday and they apologized and corrected the confirmation. Fast forward to Thursday at 5:20pm (right after I had pulled into the parking lot) I get a text saying that the nurse on the schedule is not trained to perform Cool Sculpting and my appointment has been cancelled. So I go ahead and walk in to see what is going on; the young lady at the front explains how this happened and that it seems to only happen with remote scheduling and apologizes. I'm more blown away that this is not a smoother operation; these sessions are not cheap. To be shuffled between two different locations and rescheduled/cancelled on twice before ever even setting foot in the facility is beyond ridiculous. At this point I don't believe rescheduling is even worth it, I will probably be requesting a full refund.

Anyhoo, I noticed in large Font, a sign in front of the Revision product line read 20% off on Revision Skincare. Well there's small font language underneath that I could not read from my side of the counter & that large 20% discount reads 'only if a customer brings in a toy for Toys for Tots.' Dang I didn't bring a toy so no discount for me. I don't know when I'll be back so I decided to buy the tinted moisturizing sunscreen that I use to buy at the other medSpa in town. I also saw the cutest makeup bag holding 3 Revision products & it's frustrating how prices aren't listed or tagged on the product. That bag with small size products was quoted to me for $175. Yah, not worth the investment IMO. As I look at all the Revision products, none has sticker prices on them. I know they don't come that way, but I've seen this product at other MedSpas & they manually mark the boxes with the price so you're not constantly asking staff "How much is this? And this? What about this one?' Only staff can see the price on their screen like it's some big secret. Not very transparent in my opinion. A different price can be quoted to someone else & there's no recourse because a price list for each product is NOT visible for all to see. Look at the pics if this is something for you. Remember skincare is an investment & one should protect that investment. Do your best to shop around I noticed & read their recent reviews in the last 6mos. Some were great, some not that good & some give the appearance as if they were written so the 1 or 2 stars wouldn't be the first reviews you read.
