Like the name states they are a weight loss clinic/ office. When you first make an appointment with them they do blood work and a complete evaluation of your body, eating habits, sleeping habits, stress, exercise, and life style. From there they offer specialized weight loss programs related to your goal and life style. I only have about 35lbs to lose and have chosen a more natural route but they do offer prescription appetite suppressants. They explain EVERYTHING thoroughly so you walk away knowing what you are taking and how if affects your body. I love knowing the difference between all the veggies and how they help to break down proteins. Their whole goal is to get you off any medications and onto all natural supplements.. i.e. if you are on high blood pressure what can you feed your body to help. Same with diabetes and other health issues. For the first couple months, you have to check in weekly to check your progress and adjust the supplements as needed. They offer B12 shots for $6 and sell all the vitamins they give you at a reasonable rate. Your first visit is $125 because it includes lab work and so far I have spent about $20 a week in vitamin adjustments and B12 shots. Next month should only be $50-$70 for the monthly supply. If you get the prescription appetite suppressant you may be paying more. I have lost 10lbs in 1 month without drastically changing my lifestyle! Office is super clean and sterilized. The staff is extremely professional and kind. They definitely make you feel like they care and are going through this with you. The wait times are ridiculously fast! Today I waited a whole 2 minutes. Never more than 5 minutes AND they are open during lunch time!

I did the trial session with a friend on a Friday at 5pm and it was full class but not excessive. My guess is about 40 people in a large room. First you do about 5 min of active stretching and some cardio like running in place or butt kicks, arm swings, etc. Then they go right into explaining the stations. Then they set up several stations/exercises with about 6 people at each station. You work out at your own level, push yourself as hard as you want to. They do come around and check for help. Great session overall within 45 min. I didn't see any wipes to wipe equipment down and that is my pet peeve when people don't wipe down equipment. I get a little weird since you do sweat in the classes. The equipment is in great shape and nothing looked tattered. Just bring your own wipes. The water machine is outside of the main workout room so you have make sure you have plenty of water with you. Otherwise you don't have time in between the transitions to get more. People put their drinks, bags, etc all around the edges of the room so sometimes you have to navigate around that if they aren't paying attention to where they are placing things. They have several areas where you can workout with weights like in a small gym setting in a different room and a cryotherapy chamber. The bathrooms are clean and overall it was a clean space. Just not the weights and main area.

The week of the event, I…read morecalled to modify just my massage because I was five weeks postpartum, dealing with a painful PUPPP rash and stitches in my back from a biopsy. I asked if there was any way to adjust my service, and I was told they would work with me and that the owner would call me that week to discuss a solution. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. Attached is a photo of what my back looked like the evening before the massage (mind you, this was all over my body).
