I had some discomfort with my back and neck. I'm an office worker and regular at the gym. I was referred to the Doc by my some of his patients who were very satisfied with the treatment so I decided to give it a try. First of all Doc has a great personality. He is the kind of person you want to be around. Strong, knowledgeable and skillful professional. He knows his stuff. Loves what he is doing. And gives his heart. After the treatment I felt relief right away. Body felt light and free of tension. It takes not one treatment to fix your body, but just one session made a huge improvement on my body. It's beyond this world. I felt so deep and woke up like new born next morning. I highly recommend Doc. At least give it a try.

I was recommended this gym by good friends... they kept telling to go for a while... I wanted to see what they fuss was about... I come from doing fitness in many multiple gyms & on my own so I kinda know which gyms are leggit... ane my first week has been tough for me to wake up but I am sore & I'm feeling some muscles .. this gym works no kidding but you die everytime. What I love omg it's a great environment Jody is a positive person like I said I been around lol... I even like the music it's not too much crazy and I love that Jody is a Christian (not a pushy one) but I love that he brings motivation & encouragement... many specialty gyms have moved away from that and only encourage the strong ppl but here they encourage everyone... I feel encouraged to keep going & I'm coming from being traumatized from some previous experiences at specialty gyms... no one told me to review this place this just came outta me... I can honestly say this Is one of the few really really good gyms in town. More to come I'm looking forward to my future there

Good CrossFit gym. Equipment could be better but they make upgrades constantly. On the smaller side but has everything you need.

Pretty solid gym overall, but there are definitely some things that could be improved. The biggest…read moreissue for me is the layout. It's basically one large open space where everything is mixed together--treadmills, weightlifting, and machines all in the same area. There are a couple of smaller rooms off to the side, but for the most part, about 95% of the gym is just one big open room with equipment stacked everywhere. It can honestly feel a little overwhelming. When you look around, it feels like a zoo at times with a huge number of people bouncing from one machine to the next. That said, I didn't really have an issue waiting for machines, even when it was busy--it's just crowded almost all the time. On the positive side, they do offer a lot of amenities: a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and showers. I used the steam room and showers, which were nice, but keep in mind you need to bring your own towel and your own lock for the wall lockers. A day pass is $10, which isn't bad at all for what you get. Parking was pretty easy, and they also have a protein bar along with premade healthy meals available for purchase, which is convenient. Overall, it's a decent facility with good amenities and value, but the constant crowd and open layout make it feel more chaotic than relaxing.

The pool deck screens are covered with yuck, flying bugs in the handicap shower, today paper and old bandaids on the cement. Water was cloudy last Monday and Tuesday pool was closed. I have shared pictures with main office, and been told they are working on it. 40-50 folks work out in the pool every morning but staff acts like we don't work out in the gym so we are just a bunch of old people. Shouldn't take 3 weeks to clean pool grates, and kill bugs. Dont look at the window sills by the equipment facing the pool. Brown sweat is gross.

The Iron Office is nothing like that. this place has a different energy entirely. serious equipment, serious people, but zero intimidation factor. everyone I've encountered here has been focused and respectful and nobody makes you feel like you don't belong. the equipment selection is legit. if you actually want to lift and not just use machines, this is your spot. free weights, barbells, the kind of setup that serious lifters actually want. open 24 hours which I use more than I expected. late night sessions after work are my thing now and not having to think about closing time is huge. William comes up in a lot of reviews and for good reason. knowledgeable, encouraging without being pushy, and clearly invested in the people who train here. that kind of community doesn't happen by accident. I've been going for several months and the thought of going back to a Planet Fitness or LA Fitness genuinely doesn't appeal to me anymore. The Iron Office just hits different. if you're serious about your training or you want to get serious, this is the gym in Fresno to be at.

After moving closer to the Nees location, we started coming here regularly and were honestly shocked by the difference. Compared to the other locations, this one feels neglected. Especially during the summer, it is so uncomfortably hot inside. With temperatures being 105+ degrees lately, the A/C should absolutely be running, fans should be going, and it should not feel as muggy and stuffy as it does. The other locations don't feel this way at all. On top of that, there are times it smells unpleasant and overall just looks like it's not cleaned or maintained to the same standard. I have noticed a cleaning crew more recently, which is appreciated, but for a private gym (especially one that has won "Best Fitness Center" four years in a row) I expected much better, particularly when the other locations are so nice and well-kept. This Nees location doesn't even compare. That being said, there are definitely positives. I love the equipment selection, it's never overcrowded, and the trainers/staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I just wish this location received the same level of care as the others because it has so much potential.

And I can't forget how kind the girl working the ActiveMeals counter was with answering my questions (on 8/17/23). She made the recommendation, then the smoothie, then turned my world upside down! (Don't get jelly, wifey.) The smoothie was delicious. But I forgot you're here because of the gym review, so read on fitness freaks. The front desk staff is nice and attentive. They have plenty of GB3 trainers working with individuals, as well as housekeeping staff keeping this joint clean. The space is quite a bit smaller than I remember from our previous visits 8 years ago. But to be honest, it just looks like they've utilized there provided space more efficiently, which is NOT a good thing. Being spatially aware of my surroundings, I set myself up near the straight and curled weighted barbells so as to provide space for those who need to grab their weight and for those to pass me and the person doing seared cable rows in front of me. Out of proper consideration, people were avoiding passing in both directions. I could have taken the barbell elsewhere, but those spaces were occupied by motormouths and other fitness folk. Another example of this was at the flat bench press. It is positioned painfully close to the decline row machine that, 1) the guy using that was courteous enough to move his bag but providing him little foot room, and 2) when he sets the leverage bar handles back to rest, the handles stick out with just enough space between them and the end of the barbell from my setup of less then 14 inches. Sure I can pass, or GE can, or I change my weight from an awkward extension, making me concerned that a less capable or older feller trying to put 45s on could likely injure themselves. I did opt to share my machine with a trainer training a person looking to improve their health, so that's always a positive experience. The machines are in average shape, but they are lacking wipe, paper towel, and sanitizer stations (compared to other GB3s and other gyms.) This would put my review of this gym at 2.4 out of 5 stars. What brings it up to the 3 stars is the smoothie experience at ActiveMeals. $8 price withstanding, they saved this GB3 location from a negative review.
