Ideal wellness has changed my life! It may not be for everyone because it does require sacrifice and commitment, but If you have a lot of weight to lose and other diets don't work fast enough to keep you motivated, then this one may work. The supplements help with the cravings and I didn't believe it either, but being in ketosis also helps. My coach is amazing (Tara) and everyone is super supportive on the Facebook site. Only down size is cost. It isn't cheap but if you are super committed and you can reach your goal, totally worth it! I've lost 85 lbs in 9 months so far. read more

I like their online scheduling! That's all I like though. Ideal Protein is a repackaged Keto diet, which is the Paleo diet which is the Atkin's diet...all of which will cause you long term health complications from Ketoacidosis. However, the staff are ridiculously uneducated. I think in Lake Stevens one can get away with spinning wives' tales. However, with a high school level or beyond knowledge of biology, any patron will know the "LipoMelt" information they are sharing is incorrect. One of the technicians actually said, "Well if you eat a cheese burger or pizza the fat will go right back to where it came from!" The other technician sounds like a chain-smoker and didn't understand any of the "science" behind what she was selling, either. There are healing benefits from red light therapy, but wasting your money here is just that...a waste. read more

Ideal wellness is such a great weight loss program ! I've tried other diets and this one really works for me . The food is good and there are creative recipes to keep you from getting bored. I feel like I have tried it all so it was encouraging to finally find something that worked for my body! I have never felt better! My coach Jessica is so supportive and it is super helpful that she helps me track my progress each week so I understand my body's reactions to activity and diet. The staff and coaching program are wonderful. The weekly weigh-ins hold me accountable and my coach is always kind, motivating and nonjudgmental. There's a variety of food, making it easier to find some favorites that help with sticking to the program. I've had some off weeks, but with the support am able to jump right back in. Overall, this is the most successful I've been with a weight loss program that's helped me lose postpartum and pandemic stress eating weight! read more

I love this program! I have tried multiple diets/routines to lose weight and have never been as successful as I am with ideal wellness's program. I started out curious to what this place did with the Keto diet. I found their information right on track and what's better, they coach, support, and encourage you every step of the way. This is he Keto diet done right. Ideal Wellness makes sure your body is getting all the nutrition it needs to stay healthy and turn your body from a fat storer to a fat burner. Three people my husband and I know have lost a ton of weight, are more active, and living a healthy life style. My husband I are both participating and learning how to adopt a healthy lifestyle as we prepare to be empty nesters and have lost a significant amount of weight and inches. We're trying to hold off on clothes shopping til we reach our end goals, we'll see, might have to go sooner at this rate.
