Dr.Ranheim is thorough, detailed, extremely knowledgeable and sincerely cares about each patient. He takes a considerable amount of time to go through the test results before meeting with the patient and during the follow up appointments. I have been tested for some of the same problems and my allergies and issues were over looked by other doctors and Dr. Ranheim got to the bottom of issues that I have been dealing/suffering with for years! He is not only an extremely competent doctor, he wholeheartedly cares about each of his patients! I highly recommend Dr. Ranheim for not only allergies, but if you are feeling tired, irritable or just not right, most likely Dr. R. can figure it out and offer you a solution. One, like mine, might be high quality natural supplements...let I mention, at a reasonable price right there in the office! I can not say enough positive comments about Dr. Ranheim and his team! (Doctors who are willing to give substantial time like Dr. Ranheim are so rare these days mostly due to the healthcare system in the US...therefore, he is a gem worth the drive to the rural town of Lake Stevens even if you are not from Snohomish County!) I called Erik Bohlin seeking relationship counseling because he is located in Lake Stevens. I called Erik around mid-day, and he returned my phone call that evening. He mentioned that he was between patients and that he would speak with me briefly. After VERY BRIEFLY explaining to him that my girlfriend (of 8 years, whom I live with) and I were seeking some counseling for some communication issues we were having recently. His response was "I do not treat people in live-in, non-married relationships because studies show, that even if you were to get married, you have an 80% chance of getting a divorce. It stems from commitment issues". I tried to further explain my situation. During which, he talked over me. Not listening to a word I said. Isn't it a therapist's job to listen? Was he trying to tell me that my relationship isn't worth saving? I thanked him for his time, and hung up. Without going into too much detail, my girlfriend and I are in a loving, caring, committed relationship. But, we both have noticed we need to work on the communication, in order to bring us closer together. In our relationship we have, what we would like to think as a "progressive view on marriage" (specifically; it's a religious ceremony for a religion that neither of us follow), and that it's probably not for us. Bottom line: If you find yourself in Lake Stevens, in need of relationship counseling (not marriage counseling), there are much better therapists around that can help you. His inability to listen to me, and his outdated view of what a healthy relationship SHOULD be, are why I give him a 2 star rating.

I definitely suggest that you try to schedule an appointment yourself. Both times I was able to schedule my appointments on the same day as well, which was convenient. They called and asked if I'd like to come a little earlier since I listed that I had a hard time breathing, and I agreed to come in a half an hour earlier. I know there were walk-in emergencies that were taken, but I also saw some people who arrived around an hour before close and were turn away due to the earlier walk ins. Overall the space is very clean and newer or just kept clean for a medical facility. They have a lot of different rooms, and the one I was out in was pretty bug with extra chairs if you bring company. The nurses seems to all be friendly and genuinely care. I didn't feel like I was being judged for the fact that I vape or when I mentioned any other poor habits. After checking my lungs it turns out I had pneumonia. They gave me a nebulizer and ordered some antibiotics, steroids, and an inhaler for me. They gave me clear instructions and asked me to come back in when I was done to confirm my pneumonia away. I came back after 5 days (booked an appointment the same day) was able to get checked in and seen pretty quickly and was checked it and confirmed to be doing much better. The nurses from my earlier appointment even remembered me and we're just as friendly and caring as the first time Like I said I'm really surprised by the poor rating but I also realize that people are more likely to leave a review if they have a complaint than if they're happy with the service. I definitely recommend this place, I will definitely be returning if I need to go to urgent care. I feel very confident in suggesting this place for urgent care needs.

This was one of my first appointments trying to get back on track with my health after suffering a miscarriage. She is exactly the type of doctor that I dreaded finding, that she would make me not want to seek help. While explaining myself I ended up crying, obviously embarrassed, I tried to pull myself together. But it really got to the point that after a few minutes I had to ask her for a tissue because they were right behind her head. It was strange to me that someone in healthCARE clearly didn't care. She supposedly sent out a referral that then was noted as, "waiting on patient." When I went to a new clinic they mentioned never having seen that note on charts and were unsure of what it meant. I would have preferred she simply not take me on as a patient than to be treated that way. It was not a pleasant experience. Even in her email regarding lab results she referred to me as, "she" and "your." Impersonal, unprofessional, no follow up, and uncomfortable. Don't do it.

Every time I got a bill, I contacted them. After 5 months they reduced the fee from $75 to $25. I don't owe them anything! I was sent to collections and wrote a mailed letter explaining the situation. Yesterday, I received a bill with multiple charges, no dates for them and $47 interest on the original $75. I now owe almost $400!!!! I've been going to the Everett Clinic for over 20 years. I am DONE and they'll NEVER get a penny from me.
