This place is completely unprofessional. I went for a consultation of my underarms a lady brought me into an office and only spoke about he prices and which one one I wanted to buy. When I asked questions she got annoyed. I immediately got up as I was not going to waste my time. The manager has the audacity to tell me I came in with an attitude and that's why I wasn't satisfied. First time getting laser anything! I purchased a groupon for 6 sessions on a small area. I chose my under arms. Located on the corner of a small warehouse like complex. The place inside is very small and even though I arrived a few minutes after my appt, they saw me immediately and took me into the room. Just called 5 minutes ago to inquire about their Melasma/Brown Spots laser treatment. A hispanic woman answered the phone "Alo." I asked "Is this IdeaLaser?" and she responded "Ges." I asked her if she spoke English and she said no and put me on hold. She came back and said "Technician is busy." I asked if I could speak to anyone else that spoke English and she left me on hold for over 8 minutes before I finally hung up. I am of Hispanic heritage myself but my Spanish isn't great. Review Please save your money and do not go there for anything. Especially for melasma treatments. They took 1,200 dollars worth of treatment from me which they swore would work. Sold me a perfect story in my most vulnerable time and then once treatment was done never picked up the phone or cared to follow up. I consistently asked if there were any real results or if it was a high chance of removing my melasma from my upper lip with one of their treatments called " Cosmelan" they claimed it was shipped from spain and that's why it was so pricey. I believed. And after one treatment, horrible burning and minimal peeling but melasma spot never faded. They tried again ... second time .. nothing. If anything it got darker. On top, the owner (odalys) was rushing with my treatment because she had some where to go! I mean, who doesn't like a provider to take their time on them? She would! Furthermore, I tried to get a hold but it seemed impossible. I gave up. No one followed up or even cared to reimburse me with another service. ( not that I even wanted anything done at that place again but it is the principle) the owner it's I think JUST a cosmetologist and there's no dermatologist in sight for these treatments. So needless to say, I went to a REAL dermatologist and got a real treatment that costed only a visit and the medication total 200 vs 1200 for something that didn't work at ALL. I should have known ... I walked in there and there wasn't a soul in the waiting room. (Both times) again, go to a reputable place for your face and do not waste your hard earned money in a moment of desperation like I did. Super unethical. This is the first time I've ever reviewed at all, let alone negatively on something but every time I have to pay monthly to my credit card for a treatment that they swore was effective it just upsets me. I have been going to Idealaser for two years now. I had originally purchased a Groupon for laser spider vein removal. After completing my Groupon appointments, I decided to try the skin rejunivation treatments. Also, six months ago, I alternate getting micro-needling facials. Vivianna, the Esthetician, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. My appointment usually last 2 hours which includes cleansing of the face, applying a numbing cream before the laser procedure and ending with a vitamin facial mask. I am doing tattoo removal here and the service is amazing. They are very accommodating of my schedule and treat us very nice, even when i go with my 2 toddlers they are nice to me. They make you feel at home, offering you coffee, water and sometimes even treats. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to go into my session. I purchased a coupon from Living Social and the deal was too good to be true. Six laser sessions for $99. I chose the bikini area which equals a very narrow strip on the left and right sides...if you want more then guess what you have to pay anywhere from $75-$85 a session. The environment not the best. It is located in a small office park type setting. Website conveys a more credible environment than I found. Appear to only have one working machine although there are three total rooms w. machines, and I've never seen a doctor there. Usually there is only one girl working the front. But I had committed and began the sessions. Initially I thought I was getting results and it was a little uncomfortable like a rubber band snapping. But by the third session I noticed no pain at all and wasn't seeing improvement. So I'm not sure if the technician was doing the equipment wrong or what. But I definitely did not get my moneys worth. Still love the idea of laser but will invest in a more reputable environment. read more

She told me she was a Dr. and is the one that does the treatment. I felt she was pushing too much for it, and got the impression she just wanted to get my money. When I went home I checked her information, and she is not licensed to do veins. She only has a license to do hair removal. So there is no way I would have this done there. read more

I explained the situation and they still did not wave the fee. It is a small place with only one employee, looks clean but cheap. Please don't waste you time and money at this place. It is the most un professional place I have ever seen. They always have new people working there I guess no one last, so every time I went they would ask me what was I getting done instead of them knowing by my documents so they wont be able to tell you if is working for you or not or if you need another machine. Also, like 5 times I had to wait 40 mns before they started with me even though I had an appointment and I was there on time. The worst part of it all is that if you get that package deal where you have as many session as needed until all the hair is gone, after a while they will tell you some bogus excuse that your deal expired and that you need again to start paying for sessions even though that wasn't what you agreed in the beginning. This place is awesome! Very profesional and cleaned. Ladies who do the treatments really know their stuff. They have board certified doctors to do more invasive (injection) procedures like botox, sclerotherapy, etc. For the rest Barbara and Odalys are great.
