Some of the services they offer are passport photos, shipping via UPS, Fed Ex, and the other major carrier that is 3 letters long and starts with a D (I have a terrible memory and that's the only reason I'm not listing that company's name). They also rent mail boxes. Need a bag of packing peanuts they'll get you fixed up. Need to send money via Western Union yep, they can do that too. Need to fax something, yep another thing they can do. Price wise I suspect they may be a little higher than some places, but for a small company I think they do good at not over inflating their pricing. I've always received friendly service so that's a very good thing they've got going for them. Stop in and see them if you need one of their services (which I'm sure there are several I've not mentioned) and I'm sure you'll be as happy with them as I am.

The employees at this location are wonderful. They've all been there several years and are truly knowledgeable. I've always been able to come in with a question and leave with a solution. I cannot say enough about how great the customer service is here! I've used Metro PCS for years. Now that they're owned by T-Mobile it just means better, more wide-spread service with the same reasonable pricing. 10GB data plans are only $40/month.

Asked to set up another time for Monday, since the business I was looking to have my couch picked up from was closed on Sundays, but I got a confirmation email saying my driver was assigned....for Sunday. Tried calling back again to get it changed, again no answer, and just received a text from them saying it got moved to the 30th. I needed a new battery for my iPhone. They had one in stock and were able to replace it in just…read moreover an hour. I had to give them my husband's number to text when it was ready because I didn't have another number. Customer service was great! My battery health capacity was at 73% and I could easily my new one at 100% health capacity. My phone was only 30% charged when I got it back because they said that's how new batteries come. It would have been nice to get my phone back fully charged, but I'd also rather have my phone back sooner. They are located between Vitality Bowls and MOD Pizza at Centerpoint. They take walk-ins but only allow 2 people inside the small building at a time so you may need to stand outside to wait. They are currently closed on Sundays but that may change. My 5 star rating is because I happened to catch someone at the store when I picked up lunch next door and they squeezed me in when they're normally closed. Thank you so much!
