I would make this review zero stars if I could. I got my phone back fixed the first time, spent 300$, and they replaced my back with a back that did not work. I brought it in a second time, they replaced the back again free of charge, then my phone would restart every 3 minutes and no functions were working. I brought it back in for the third time and they fixed the inside again, and I had to leave for Florida the next day. I realized my phone and speaker were not working, and I called them to let them know about it. Then the glass broke on the corner and they would not fix any of it for me. 300$ down the drain. Everything went well. Saw 3 different people and all were nice. Got my phone back in about an hour and they said 3, so bonus.

I had their tech Jason come out to look at my phone, he deemed the phone unrepairable. My fiance was not given any information other than my new phone would be shipped overnight. Come to find out there was much more of the process than just that. Jason did not inform her nor I the extra steps to get my new phone. He had my contact information to tell me anything or could have to my fiance what I needed to do. I was expecting a new phone the next day and never received it. I called the store and spoke to Steve the manager and asked about the incident, and once again explained what SHOULD HAVE been said. I never received any sort of paperwork or even an email on what needs to happen. After the terrible experience nothing was done on the company's end. Get it together. Horrible customer service. Awful- took our phone in for a black screen issue, they fixed it and it worked fine for 2 days. Fell on to a carpeted floor and immediately went to black screen. The phone had a screen protector and a case on it. Would not stand behind warranty of normal use. Yes it was dropped, but come on, every phone is going to fall at some point. Worked everything out on the phone with Samsung and the Samsung rep gave me a reference number and said that I would be able to use that number to get my phone repaired. I am glad I called to verify before making the trip, this is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever interacted with. Not only did he spend the whole conversation cutting me off and interrupting me, but he was absolutely zero help. Completely annoyed to even be speaking with a customer. I hadn't even had a chance to relay the conversation I had with the samsung rep before he was raising his voice saying he wouldn't touch the phone, which he is apparently terrified of working on. In Sept of 21 i dropped off my ipad 11 pro for a screen repair. It was fixed and returned to me in 2 days. No problem Until i got home and realized the facial rec wasnt working and the ipad no longer charged, despite being plugged in. Both of these worked with no problem before i took it in to get repaired. Now, here we are in DECEMBER and myself and my wife have gotten nothing but the run around and next to ZERO answers as to when i will even GET my ipad back from a problem THEY created. I have ALWAYS had to call for an update...and the response is nearly always the same "it's at our ipad specialist store and we can't give out any more information as to when it will get fixed or the current status" Ive been promised numerous calls or emails from managers only to receive none. As of today 12/5/21, they STILL have my ipad and i STILL have no answers. It's completely and utterly unacceptable. read more

New store, new employees, rocky customer service experience. Honest staff. Called to ask about fixing a Fire Tablet that wasn't charging and was told it'd be possible, just bring it in. Drove 20 minutes north to drop it off, new employee wasn't sure what he was doing so I asked for someone experienced. Luckily that associate recognized the device, took it back to quote the work and was honest about it being cheaper to buy a new one. My only irritation is the misinformation from the night before. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR UNLOCK CODES. REFUSE they have no right to your data. I called ahead to see if the store was open for walk-ins due to COVID. During the call I asked about cost and availability. They had the components and price was in market costs. I arrived and dropped off the phone. Service ticket was issued by AlaaEric E. Other than signing their Service Ticket terms nothing was said about their policy of requiring the phone to be unlocked. After three hours the store called back to indicate the repair was complete but needed my password. I indicated to them I was not going to give out the unlock code. They then said they I had two options that they would wipe (factory reset) the phone or I could give them the unlock code. I then told them if they reset my phone I would get my attorney involved. After that they said they would replace the old components back into the phone. The repeatedly claimed that do to being an Authorized Samsung repair store this was Samsung policy. After telling him I doubt this was their policy he ended the call by hanging up. I then called UBreakiFix corporate and they continued the policy lie by saying it was Samsung policy. I then called Samsung and confirmed with Support this was false and a lie. EDIT: Again they are blaming Samsung in their response for requiring an unlock code I've already confirmed this not to be true via Twitter Samsung Support and calling Samsung Corporate Tech Support this is not true. I would advise to stop the blaming Samsung as they said they are looking into this. Fix the device and have the customer sign a warranty wavier. You don't need to access phone data to repair it. read more

Asurion appliance repair came out 4 times to our house. Our dishwasher is still broken. They want to come out a 5th time to replace the same parts. With a 4 hour time window each time, my husband and I have missed 20 hours plus of work and still have a broken dishwasher. They said they are following their "process." Absolutely terrible costumer service. Dropped off phone for repairs and they said they could not guarantee it would be finished that night because it was only a few hours to close. They said that they open at 10am and it would be ready in the morning. No problem. Fast forward to the next day where I have gotten no contact yet, I finally called to ask when it would be done and they told me within the hour! When I called 2 hours later after receiving no contact from them I was told 30-45 more minutes. After another hour I decided to check again and what did they tell me? 30-45 more minutes. When I finally picked it up they told me that they had a computer issue earlier that set them back, then why not say that and why keep leading me on and waste my whole day waiting? My girlfriend and I had both brought our devices to be fixed their previously but we will not be coming back. read more

I took impeccable care of my pixel 3A, bought just last Black Friday from the Google Store. When the speaker phone/ringer speaker stopped working, Google told me to bring it to these guys to have the speaker fixed. The website offered a van that comes to you (which I selected) but that's not what I got. I had to bring it to them after waiting 3 weeks for a part. I dropped it off overnight and when I came to pick it up in the morning the screen had a crack!!! Steve put a complimentary screen cover on it (it was for a different phone and lots of dust in it) and denied that it was cracked, even saying, "How do I know it didn't have a crack when you dropped it off?" I was so appalled, I stood there sputtering that it wouldn't have qualified for the dag-gone warranty. I knew he was hoping I would swear at him, but I just stood there staring at the guy like 'how can you lie straight to my face' then he offered to fix it if I waited a few hours. I don't trust this place, so I left. Within 2 weeks I could also tell that the battery no longer lasts the 2 and 1/2 days per charge that it did prior to them keeping it overnight. I now have to charge it daily. I am absolutely devastated, disgusted, and disappointed in this business. I gave feedback to both Google and Ubreakifix. No response from either entity, not surprised.
