Nicholle showed her how it was done and the bangs came out exactly how I had hoped! I thought this was a thoughtful, professional, and collaborative effort handled well by Savannah. When she decided to start growing out her roots she communicated that clearly to her stylist. Unfortunately her stylist decided she knew better (I wish I knew the name but I don't). She arrived to her allotment with all the commotion tools already out and when she asked why, the stylist said that she needed to either get the color treatment, or she would be charged for canceling part of her scheduled services. Keeping in mind that she had not scheduled colouring services, I was incredibly surprised by this kind of reaction. While I have not had a bad experience myself (the reason for 3/5 instead of 2/5) and they color and style hair quickly and well, I won't be returning based on the duplicitous practices. I would recommend this location for color updates on a one visit at a time basis only, not creating a lasting stylist relationship.
