Jess and Eduardo made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and had super fast turnaround times for both the sneak peeks and full album/video. DJ Ramon played the best songs (+ song requests) and the dance floor was lit ALLL night. Ryan and Trixie kept the balls rolling for the photobooth and dessert cart, respectively, and extra shout out to Trixie as the decor for the dessert and backdrop were the CUTEST! Lastly, Grace made us amazing desserts and the most beautiful wedding cake ever!!! Everyone at Cupkeyk Events was fantastic and so sweet to work with. I have not been reached back out to from this company. I had another vendor tell us to let go of cupkeyk as a vendor if I haven't heard back. It is unprofessional to not get back to a customer, especially one who would will be paying atleast $1.5k. If they haven't responded to get my business, I can only imagine how hard it would be to contact them if I hired them as a vendor. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.

So we continued and tried to enjoy our time. While taking pictures at some of the Photo Booth, some pictures might take up to 2 1/2 or three minutes to print out... One of the booths had a rope on it, but the green light was on, which indicated that you may still use the booth. Only my first time here I was thinking the rope was there because maybe someone was waiting for their pictures because the pitchers do take about 2-3 minutes to print out. And not knowing that it was out of service because there were no signs and the GREEN LIGHT was ON. we paid for our pictures and continue to navigate around to other booths to my surprise, a lady came out with a very rude attitude. Yelling at customers saying " WHO TOOK THE ROPE OFF OF HERE!" Her name was (Vionia from chile) she was so disgustingly rude to us that i finally said " hey im sorry i did that I wasn't sure I seen the green light on" she looked at us in disgust. At this point, we were just waiting for a picture to come out of another booth to get ready to exit because we did not feel welcomed. Viona came out and gave us a card to compensate for the pictures that did not come out of the booth. We appreciated that took the card and continue to try and take more pictures... SHE CAME BACK OUT LITERALLY TWO MINUTES LATER, GAZING AT US WITH HATRED IN HER EYES AS WE STOOD AND WAITED FOR OTHERS TO FINISH WITH THE BOOTH THAT WE WANTED TO GO IN SHE LOOKED AT US AND SAID " we are closing soon. You guys need to use that and take some pictures elsewhere" "we said I'm sorry, but we're waiting for our pictures to come out of this booth.." THE RUDENESS WAS SO OVERWHELMING TO WHERE MY SISTER SAID HEY, I'M NOT SURE WHY YOU ARE TREATING US LIKE THIS, BUT WE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. WE APOLOGIZE FOR TAKING THE ROPE OFF THE BOOTH. IT WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE. WE DID NOT KNOW IT'S OUR FIRST TIME HERE." "She continued to raise her voice and say well you guys are getting something for free because you took the rope off the booth" To where I replied, you can have the card back we can pay with money. We are not trying to get anything for free. SHE THEN !! SNATCHES THE CARD BACK AND WALKS AWAY. The manager comes around and tries to resolve the situation, but at this point, I feel very disrespected and honestly somewhat afraid to go back. I couldn't even enjoy time with my sister for her special day. She completely took our joy away that day. It was a horrible way to end our night. I hope they get friendly or people in that place because it is a bit confusing and with a whole bunch of others trying to take pictures at the same booth it can get a bit overwhelming, but I really do feel friendly or staff would be a great solution.

This is the only time of year we all get to come together in person and party it up, so having these photobooth memories truly means the world. Their staff were extremely patient as the drinks were flowing and we tried to cram way too many people in one photo lol. Each photo print-out had 3 snaps/poses and I must say -- the lighting was on point! We received the online gallery the next day which was shared with everyone to download and save their photos. Brian was so easy to work with. He had over 100+ templates to choose from, vertical & horizontal! We got to choose 2 different templates where the guests were able to choose which template they wanted. We got the packaged with unlimited takes and he even did 2 copies for us, so guests can leave one in our photo guestbook. He had a large box of props too! He photobooth printed fast and had no glitches. He setup on time and made the guests feel very comfortable. We were hesitant about our Vietnamese family who has never used a photobooth before but Everyone loved it & even went back a few times!
