Ok...I rarely give 5's. Or...I try not to anymore. Something about someone who constantly gives 5's is a little strange to me. Like, I expect to meet this person and they're just ridiculously hyper all the time. Squealing at every little thing. I digress. Too much. I give PhotoBeats a 5, because they are great people, and work very hard on making sure you have great memories for your event. My organization booked them for a gala, and it was a blast having their photobooth out. Both children and adults (non-profit youth agency, of course our gala's going to have children!) enjoyed posing and taking pictures at their booth! Each shot allows for 4 different pictures, and you have about 5 seconds to run around in a new pose. Quite amusing to see grown-up's playing a mini-version of a Chinese Fire drill (minus the car). They keep all those pictures in a file that you get at the end, so you can be a part of memories you weren't a part of. I've been to other booths where the screen was so sensitive that just walking in will start the darn thing. Umm...I don't need to have a photo of my friend's butt as we're walking in the photo area....mmmkthanks! Clearly, I like the booth the best. They also have excellent photographers, running around documenting your event. After the photos, they must pour hours into editing and making sure nothing is out of place. Like, for real. If there's even a brown leaf in an otherwise brilliant green tree, they'll get rid of it. They have a DJ you can hire to do music at your event, and afterwards? Yeah, photobooks and other keepsakes to remember whatever event you hired them for. Oh, and did I mention they're affordable? We finally got our photos. My husband contacted the owner after my failed attempts since August and my brother's follow up calls. Thankful and glad we received the link to download. We saved everything as quickly as we could. My husband was told that the owner was away on medical leave and had thought he sent the info out beforehand. For the stress and worry, I would suggest shopping around for a photo booth vendor unless it's not a big deal whether or not you get copies of the photos. However they did have the best pricing so perhaps we got what we paid for. read more

I went to a Bridal Show at the Ritz Carlton and had a blast. As a future bride, everything about my wedding has to be fun and I'm going to be honest, perfect. Although some of the vendors weren't as helpful as I would have liked (they only had one wedding dress vendor) my favorite was PhotoBeats! They are truly a one-stop shop for all your technological wedding needs. Photobooth, photography, photo books, DJ, and lighting. I have these weirdly sized photo frames for party favors and they said they are willing to not only print out photos in that size, they're photo booth will print in that size! That saves me so much time on party favor prep. They don't take themselves too seriously and as a gamer I loved their pixel tie and pixel bows they were wearing. A team of people who seem to know how to have fun while doing their job is a breathe of fresh air during this stressful wedding process. Everything impressed me, but their iighting packaing had me squealing like a little girl. I was quoted $2,000 from my venue, just for simple regular lighting, Photobeats beat that and then some. I booked PhotoBeats for my wedding and Natalie and Alan were AMAZING!!! I booked a little last minute and I was trying to coordinate from far away but Natalie and Alan made booking and making decisions so easy! Natalie was also super accommodating when it came time to design the printout backgrounds; she sent me multiple options and made many modifications to try and find the design that I wanted. On the day of the wedding, they were on time and super professional. They brought so many props with them and they definitely made sure that everyone who was taking pictures knew what was going on and was having a fun time. Their equipment was new and the photos printed super quickly. At the end of the night, everyone said that they loved the photo booth! My husband and I recently booked the photo booth and DJ for our wedding in October. They were really fun and helpful! Natalie was really easy to work with, as she helped us customize the design for our photo strip and settle the details for the day of so that everything could run smoothly. The photo booth itself was an awesome contraption! It was a sturdy camera, and the booth itself was open air, so our friends didn't have to cram into a dinky box for the epic group photos. PhotoBeats had wide variety of back drops to choose from, and we also loved that our package had unlimited prints, so each one of our guests had a copy to take home that night. Overall, great quality prints, no technical issues, and everything ran very smoothly for the night! What more can you ask for?? The staff on the day of were really friendly and nice as well. James the DJ was awesome to work with as well! We were slightly particular in our song choice for the reception and dancing, so we actually gave him a list to work off of. He was willing to help us edit our first dance song to cut it down, and he also really got the feel of our song selection. Not only did he play the songs from our list, but added other great hits too that we enjoyed as well! Our guests were ready to get down on the dance floor pretty quickly, which is huge for a crowd of shy Asian people! Our friends were gettin' their moves on all night long! We just had our wedding and hired them for a photobooth. They had awesome props and the workers were great. Very energetic! I've been to many weddings and have seen many different photobooths and they all don't compare! Best price i found by far with high quality photobooth and props! This was quite possibly the best photo booth company my high school has ever hired for events. Let me preface this post by saying that my school is HUGE and has enough students to form our own nation state (only a slight exaggeration there). The owners/ team professionally handled all of us with ease and even managed to impress us so much that we were talking about how amazing the photo booth was weeks after the event itself. The equipment was also definitely not something to be forgotten. The state of the art photo booth was very well designed to be flexible and fit many more people into the frame than a traditional photo booth does. One big bonus was the speed that the pictures were delivered (almost instantaneously) and there were enough copies for each of us in the frame, even for that photo bomber that came in at the last second. And the pictures (in great quality) were available to be downloaded on the photobeats website the day after. As I happened on their website, I noticed that they could also be hired for professional photography and other events as well. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing them around, and with their immense popularity, I doubt it would be long before we see them again! read more

My husband and I hired Natalie to shoot our engagement photos last year up in Napa Valley. We went to various locations and had a blast with her! Both Natalie and Alan were punctual, professional, helpful and respectful! Natalie made sure that we had our poses down as well as giving us pointers on where to stand, etc. Even though it was really hot that day, they were true champions! They made our engagement shoot memorable and fun! Couple of months after that, we met up Natalie to shoot night time engagement photos around AT&T Park and again we were not disappointed. Our photos came out beautiful and our friends absolutely all love one of the photos we took there (which you can see in the photos section). Since she continually amazed us, we asked her to shoot our ceremony at City Hall; again one of our photos was a big hit with our friends! On the day of our reception, we utilized James, their DJ who did a wonderful job of keeping our guests dancing (since we had kids there, he made sure the music was appropriate). He came right on time and set up before the guests got there which made our day less stressful! We also hired their photography booth which was a HUGE hit with our guests; we were pleased at how professional they were but again, they came early to set up and test out the equipment which again Made our day less stressful. THE BEST! I held Bring Your Kids to Work Day and we decided to have a photo booth for the kids and parents. I contacted a few other places before I had contacted PhotoBeats and I must say - they were the most affordable by FAR! Natalie was very accommodating to either make a banner for the photo strip or use something we had designed. Team showed up on time and setup quickly. They were able to make a few adjustments as requested - zoomed in more and quicker snap rate in between photos. She was able to get through a line of about 60 kids quickly. The team packed up quickly and was very efficient. Many parents have already given me rave reviews as well. PhotoBeats is awesome! They photographed three events I attended: my high school reunion (the year before last), my friend's wedding (last year), and my own wedding (this year). I love all the pictures they took of me and my family and friends. Their work is solid, and I really appreciate all the delicate touches they put into our wedding photos - I really treasure the memories they captured for us and hope others also get to experience and benefit from their photography and related services. They don't miss anything: Especially for our wedding, PhotoBeats captured all the important moments, including quick things that you can easily miss in the blink of an eye. Important to me (since I also like taking pics, albeit not professionally), they were unobtrusive when taking photos, particularly candids (unlike thoughtless photographers who hover too closely to the subjects or who block guests from taking any nice shots of their own or from even seeing what's going on). They also didn't mind helping guests take pictures on their own cameras/smartphones (after taking a copy for us first, of course). They were professional and aimed to please, taking pics we asked for as well as suggesting pics and poses when we were stumped, to make the most of our time. Reasonably short wait time for photos: A batch of quality event photos always takes awhile to process, but to keep you from going stir-crazy waiting for them, PhotoBeats posts a few same-day previews, which I really appreciated - instant gratification! They were also careful to run them by us before they released them publicly, to make sure they were pictures we were happy with sharing. I'm glad I had PhotoBeats - some of my friends who got other photographers for their weddings told me horror stories of asking and waiting more than half a year to even see any of their wedding pictures (one couple visiting family over the holidays didn't receive their photos in time to show elderly family who weren't able to attend their wedding, which was really sad). This was not a problem with PhotoBeats - we got the finished set of pictures in two months (granted, we had a short wedding ceremony and a cozy number of guests - so if you have a long ceremony and a reception and a ton of events in general, it may take awhile longer, as processing time can vary depending on a lot of things). User-friendly delivery: PhotoBeats asked us how we wanted the finished photos, and we decided it would be fastest and easiest to get them online (though they can also mail them to you). Our pics were posted on their website (but password-protected for our friend's - it's up to you), easy to view (individually and in aggregate), quick to download (one by one, or all at once), and share (via the link to send to family and friends). It was all very simple and efficient. We went to Sausalito afterwards and she shot some pictures during the night time. She was very patient with us and helped us with fun poses. We are very happy with our photos and highly recommend Natalie for engagement shoots. Last December, we rented their photobooth for a party and took a lot of fun pictures. PhotoBeats offer excellent service and their pictures come out really nice. I attended over 10 weddings last year and PhotoBeats has the nicest quality photobooth prints. Their equipment is also new. I was recommended to PhotoBeats by several friends and put my full trust in them....until I completely changed my mind. The owners were only responsive in the initial signing of the contract and when they wanted their final balance. One month prior to my wedding, I emailed them asking to start customizing my photo strip design. I didn't get a response until a few days before my wedding. I was so stressed out that I was going to get a backup polaroid camera. On the day of the wedding, I was even surprised they showed up. There were no issues on the day of so I thought I'll give them a second chance. Alan promised me my photos will be uploaded online and will send me a USB in the mail a week after my wedding. It's been A MONTH since my wedding and I still have not heard from them after several emails. I don't know what to do at this point....By the time I receive my photos, my friends and I won't even recognize ourselves in the photo strips anymore. PhotoBeats was at my wife's 50th High School Reunion. On a table they had props from funny signs, to hats, masks and other things that make for funny pictures.
