Sagar came today to detail my Acura RDX. Honestly, I have never detailed the car since I bought in July 2015. After having 2 kids now. It's impossible to clean it myself. We discussed about any issues I had with my car. I had stains on the interior roof which was what bothered me the most. Asked for a quote for a ceramic coating and paint correction for 3 different vehicles and got an answer and transparent price quoted within an hour of my inquiry. Sagar was patient professional and knowledgeable as he broke down the costs and educated me on the processes and steps it would take to do the ceramic on my brand new 21 Hyundai Palisade as well as my 16 Hyundai Sonata, and since I had a newer car needing less paint correction, he gave a discount on the 2 Coat 9 year Ceramic Graphene 10H package for the Palisade. It was comforting to know the pricing is transparent and not far off from iDetail's menu prices. Price was almost half of what many professional shops including double take auto were quoting for longer lasting coating and with paint correction included. I noticed the other shops were not including paint correction and buffing in their ceramic coating quotes. I am posting the job iDetail did on the Kia because there was a scrape and heavy paint correction needed on the front left bumper from a parking lot we needed paint correction on.
