As a business professional, life gets busy. Plus being a father of two kids under 4, I have less and less time these days for the toys but I want to keep them looking their best. I was referred to IMD from a friend and these guys are easy going guys that do a great job. I know that other car washes near me charge about $50-60 to wash the outside only. Some of them don't even use microfiber cloths and scratch your car. Interstate Mobile Detailing always uses soft microfiber cloths and they wash your car with DI water (DEIONIZED WATER is water that has been stripped of minerals, which lead to little/no water spots). Most places will wash your car with regular water and finish with "spot free rinse" (DI water).. Interstate does the ENTIRE WASH with DI water. The results speak for themselves. I had them come to my office to wash my car, which was most efficient for me. Once he arrived, I unlocked the car and came back about an hour later to inspect it and give the OK. Sergio helped me with my headlight restoration. He is _very_ professional and I can recommend him for your project for the following reasons. Communication: When he wasn't busy the reply came in few mins. If he's not replying for 30+ mins he's probably working very hard on another customer's car; he never missed to reply or ignored my nitpicking questions. Process: I sent him pictures in the evening. Sergio "just wants to come by and check" my car since he was nearby, around "9 PM, free of charge". Upon inspection he says he can start working on the car if necessary; really? It was awesome since I wanted to get it done ASAP. I knew how the headlight was messed up (I did it) so I shared some detailed story. He listens carefully and starts explaining how he's planning to tackle the issue. We had even more discussions while tacking the issue -- how to sand, where to improve further, etc. I appreciate his patience in listening to my (relatively inexperienced) opinions as an expert, and taking necessary steps to address my concerns right away. Not many people do this. Pricing: It was very competitive from the beginning esp considering he's working at night at your house. Surprisingly, Sergio offered some discount just because we both think the job could be somehow improved and "it bothers him". What an honest and humble man... I had to decline the offer because I know many would happily charge me 2x, doing the same job, and insisting "it is the perfect job". Damn I swear these guys are miracle workers or something. I got a 20 year old car I'm getting ready to sell that was nasty on the inside and I texted these guys pictures and they told me they can pull up to my home and get me right by the next day.
