Karan was able to fit me in super last minute and did an amazing job! He walked me through the whole process and was a pleasure to work with. My exterior and interior look amazing! No dog hairs left in sight and overall the car smells GREAT! You definitely get what you pay for and I can't recommend him enough.

This was the best service i've had. Worked with me on getting an appointment early in the morning about 7AM. Came on time, speedy, and the interior and exterior are too fresh. Karan was super nice. 10/10 would recommend.

Sikka is super professional and did an amazing job on my car. He was super quick and thorough, and has great attention to detail. Every item in the interior was cleaned and conditioned perfectly. The exterior was also done amazing, and he got a bunch of stuck on bugs and a little bit of paint off. Very happy with the service and will definitely be returning when I need another detail! He also has great prices compared to going to a bigger detail shop, plus he comes to you.

Getting ready to sell my 2nd car and decided to get it detailed. While looking on Yelp for detailers, came across Sikka's. His quote response was fast and reasonable. On top of it all, he could come the next day. Ended up getting both my main suv as well as my coupe detailed. Both vehicles look as good as new! He also gave tips on how to maintain the paint and what to avoid to reduce damage. Will definitely get this service the next time we want to get our cars detailed.

I found the car with the specifications I wanted from cars.com listed at this dealer but I was…read morehesitant to drive from SF to Fremont. The last few cars I bought were from craigslist and couldn't be happier. I loathe going to car dealerships, I especially thought these smaller lots would have even slimier car salesman. I was happy that when we arrived the car was still there and the guy (Rami?) wasn't pushy at all. He was running around helping a few other people so he didn't keep asking us questions and trying to "sell" the car. He gave us the keys for a test drive by ourselves and off we went. When we returned we had questions which he answered and even went down on the price just a bit, it was at a great price to begin with. He told us we'd need to get new tires for the car or he could drop the price a bit more and we'd get our own tires. That raised some concerns because the car is a 2006 with only 23.400 miles so why did it need new tires? Usually tires get more mileage than just 23k miles, we asked if the tires were original or switched and he couldn't answer that. I had run my own carfax before arriving (he also gave me a free one) and it had a good history plus it was serviced at the SF Honda dealership so I called them before going down. That gave me some reassurance. We settled on a price (I'd be getting the tires changed myself) and the buying process went pretty smooth and quick. A few things to make sure... * the front license plate was in the trunk so we asked them to put it on and they did. * we double checked the spare tire and it wasn't in there. they got a new one and put it in. don't assume it's in there. * i received two keys to the car but both seem to be valet keys. i didn't find this out until a week later. when i called to ask them if they had the main key or could get me a main key they said they couldn't. they have what they gave me. that's a bummer because the trunk latch in the car is locked and i can't unlock it with a valet key. to get a new Honda key is going to cost me $200. Check all the details before you leave! Overall it was a decent experience at the lot.

I had a really frustrating experience trying to use the road hazard warranty I bought here. I had…read morejust purchased new tires from this location about four weeks ago, within 2000 miles of driving, when I ended up with a flat. I specifically paid for the Road Hazard Protection so I would not have to stress if something like this happened, but when I actually needed it, it turned into a headache. I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment on Saturday and was told it would be a quick inspection. Instead, I sat in the waiting room for over two hours with no updates before finally deciding to go home. After that, I had to call multiple times throughout the afternoon just to get any information. It was not until around 4:30 p.m. that I finally heard back, and even then, I was basically told to come back later. They did not show me what the issue was or offer any kind of solution for my tire problem before sending me on my way. I had to return again on Monday for a follow-up, and that is when they used the fracture to dismiss my claim after I showed up. They then tried to charge me about $95 for a replacement tire, which is more than I originally paid for the tire itself, despite having purchased their Road Hazard Protection. When they looked at the car, they pointed out a small fracture in the factory aluminum rim and said that was the issue. However, the possibility that the fracture could have been caused by driving on the flat tire was dismissed and minimized. This was never seriously considered or discussed as a potential cause. What does not make sense to me is that after the tire was inflated, it held its pressure all weekend. That further suggests the fracture may not have been the original cause of the flat. Still, that possibility was not acknowledged. The whole experience left me feeling like the road hazard warranty I paid for was not there when I actually needed it. Instead of helping me figure out what happened or standing behind the coverage, I was left waiting, chasing updates, and ultimately being asked to pay more than the original cost of the tire with no other solutions offered.

The staff at this particular location are so friendly and competent. After checking my tires, they noticed tire rot on one of my tires and walked me through different options, super candid and honest with what I can do. I think the associate that helped me today was Izzy and his manager. He told me the years of the tires (2023s, 2024, and 2019) and levels (8, 8, 7, 6), reasons why only one of the tires might've shown tire rot. He even offered to get a second option from someone more experienced but I trusted his judgment! Ultimately decided to change out the tire with the dry rot since it was pretty bad, and I really enjoyed my experience here!

There was no attendant at the air check station. I waited a few minutes. Then I called (no one picked up) and finally I went inside. I caught the attention of one of the employees and informed him that I was waiting to get air for my tires. He said he would get an attendant and I confirmed that I should go back to my car. I wait in my car and no one shows up. I decide to now go to the Fremont location on Beacon. Normally, there is an attendant to check the air in your tires. I drive there. An employee acknowledges I am there. Another employee says someone will be out. I waited at least 13-15 minutes before I realized--I need to go back to work! All in all--I spent 25 minutes driving around to two different locations. I sat in my car waiting and did not get any air in my tires. I drove back to work with the signal still on my dashboard. Very disappointing experiencing at both locations but especially Union City.
