It's been on my to do list to get our SUV detailed for manyyyy years now and finally finally there was time in my schedule to get it done! I called a bunch of different places and asked for quotes. This place came out on top based on four reasons 1) the super highly related reviews 2) the customer service talking to the person on the phone 3) the option to come do the service at your house 3) the Yelp discount From the initial phone call, to scheduling the appointment, to the actual service everything was really amazing and beyond what I expected. When I first called, they answered all my questions and were very warm, friendly and great to talk to. A wonderful first impression! Thanks to other yelpers, I discovered that they provide a 15% discount if you tell them you found them on yelp. Which was a great perk!!! Next the other thing was convenience. They provide mobile service so they can come to your house for an extra fee of $15 to do the service. I initially booked that just because life is busy and hectic and convenience is key. We had scheduled it for the following week. Then a few days later I get a text saying that it was going to rain and if we wanted to reschedule. Due to the weather, I texted that I will bring the car there instead and changed my plans so that I would be able to drop the car off. The day of, there was a scheduling mixup, but I called and spoke to the manager and he reassured me that I can bring the car in and everything will be taken care of. And he sold onto that promise- I brought the car and left it there for a couple of hours while I finished my Christmas shopping! One thing to note is that the actual service shop is a bit hard to find. However they texted me pictures of the location and that was super helpful, especially since I'm not great with directions in the first place! I picked up the car and everything was great. They even cleaned our car seats free of charge which was really appreciated! They put all the things they found in the car in a bag which was good. So if you are looking for a place to get your car detailed I HIGHLY recommend this place! From the customer service, to the scheduling mixup fixed right away and the communication to the final product everything was great. A couple things to note that may be helpful 1) if you say you order through Yelp, you get a discount! 2) they offer mobile service: they can come to your house for a small fee 3) make sure to take any things out of your car beforehand as that will minimize the amount of things they will put in the garbage bag! I took out everything from the trunk but next time will also do a quick go through of the car if anything inside too that is visible at least. After the service your car will feel super brand new ! I definitely will be back to bring the car again, and even maybe our other car there too in the future! read more

Unfortunately, we got off to a rough start. I sent a message on Yelp to multiple detailers looking for interior service on my 2015 Honda Accord. I got a message back from JB Mobile with a link to all their prices and to book online. Because I reached out through Yelp, they also offered a 15% discount. I booked immediately and even messaged them back that I booked it and got an enthusiastic "AWESOME" response. I booked Friday morning for a Saturday afternoon detail. I called them at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday because I hadn't heard anything from anyone about confirming time or place. I got a lady on the phone who was not able to find my appointment. She let me know they have a new system and when I booked it from the link provided, it went to their old system (only 30 minutes before my scheduled time did they realize this). Seems like this is something they should fix or not send that link if the appointment is going in to the wrong system. They rescheduled me for the following Saturday since they are closed Sundays and weekdays did not work for us. When I checked their site again, there was a sale I could combine with the 15% discount I received. I asked them to refund me the difference between what I paid when I booked it and what I would have paid had I booked later for the following Saturday. After some back and forth, they agreed to refund me and that was that. The day of the detail came and they asked if I was available earlier. I was only available 15 minutes earlier, and so they showed up earlier. Our detailer was friendly and got to work as soon as he arrived. Exactly two hours later the job was done. I did go with the basic interior detail, even though I knew I had heavy staining on my seats. I was completely aware this would not make them disappear completely, and that was my choice. I think he did an amazing job and my absolute favorite part was the floor mat detail. I knew I was going to cover up my seats as soon as the detail was complete, but the floor mats were looking old and they did a complete 180 after the service. I did research and looked for the best reviewed car detailing company with the best value. I decided JB Mobile Detailing was the right company for me. They did a good job removing most of the swirl marks and putting a ceramic coating that will last 5 years. A couple things they could have done better was removing the swirl marks on the piano black trim of the car. I also noticed that they did not wipe off the ceramic coat dust on the door jams. There is also white residue which I believe is the ceramic coating that is on the black rubber parts around the windows. But overall, for the price, I think they did a good job. Amazing service. Ordered a interior and exterior detail and the technicians that came out were prompt and communicative. They gave me a heads up that they were running a bit behind and if it was ok to come out later. I don't typically wash my car but I recently came back from a rental where there were fleas and I was so paranoid that I had brought them back into my car that I wanted to get the inside steam cleaned and detailed to ease my emotional suffering. I figured I might as well get the exterior done as well! When they came, they used their own water supply (given the San Jose water restrictions) and took care of everything.
