The first time they restored a leather recliner and repaired a tear in an expensive leather jacket. Both jobs were excellently done. So, we had them restore the top of a dresser which had water damage and it turned out to be a perfect match to the matching chest of drawers (see pics of before and after). We considered buying a new piece but the restoration was well worth it as it was an old but very good piece of furniture. They are very pleasant and helpful. We were waiting on the delivery of 6 dining room chairs yesterday when instead of chairs, the poor independent contractor delivery guy handed us an envelope with the words GOOD RIDDANCE printed on it.
