I called at three different times . Morning at 11:38 am , 3:40 pm and 3:42 pm. It was within regular working hours of the business and In addition I also contacted the business on the form that's available on your website two times and one time via email on Aug 2nd. I understand that things can get busy however I would appreciate if the cancellation and rescheduling policy is strict then if someone can reply via email to reschedule the appointment. the service is not the issue the communication was. Unfortunately, the owner is super unprofessional and does shady business. My mom left the first visit with half an eyebrow and an ugly weird shaped eyebrow. We were concerned but my mom said that the owner, Renaye, said she would fix it and finish her eyebrows when she comes back for the touchup. We went back for the next appointment about 2 months later and of course it took like 4 hours to complete and she was working on multiple clients while my senior mother waited. When she was done she took $70 dollars from my senior mom and then sent her outside to get me to pay the rest of the bill. I was confused because I thought that the service was complementary considering she didn't do a good job the first time but she said it's $75. I wanted to just understand how her business works and she explained that she gave my mom invisible strokes that we couldn't see. I'm like okay. Then she got an attitude just because I was asking questions to understand and took back the card reader and changed the price to $100. I was confused because she just said it was $75 but apparently if you ask her questions about her service she adds charges to the bill. When I got to the car I was like she made me pay $100. My mon was like no she didn't and that's when I learned my mom had already given her $70 in cash. Renaye is a thief! Taking money from seniors and then over charging me. I called her on my way home to give her the opportunity to do the right thing and she did not answer my calls. I will be finding a new place for my mom and I moving forward and I suggest you do the same. Support black businesses but not if they are going to be ghetto, unprofessional and steal from their customers. She literally doesn't finish the eyebrows the first time so you have to go back in two months and pay her more money to fix it. She is a horrible person and a fraud that can't do eyebrows.

I finally found Stefani-Nicole on Yelp and I still didn't call. I finally got the courage to call (afraid to be turned away) and we had a quick call. She's very responsive and makes sure she gives you her full attention. She gave me an appointment right away and she kept me distracted by chatting away. Her space was warm, clean & quiet, & I felt welcomed when I arrived. We started with her drawing out what she wanted to do to my brows & after a quick look over, I loved what she created. Once we began the needling she checked in with me often on how I was doing & my pain level. After we finished the first run through, she had me look my brows over and we discussed what I wanted to slight adjust - that being said I was already in love with them.
