Worst Experience Ever - Terrible Reaction After Eyebrow Threading and Dye I had my eyebrows threaded and dyed at this salon hoping to look cute for my family vacation, and it turned into a complete nightmare. Almost immediately after the service, I started feeling an intense reaction, and within a day, my entire face swelled up. My eyebrows became open wounds, oozing pus, and it was incredibly painful. I had to go to urgent care on the morning of my family vacation to the Caribbean, where I was given both a steroid and antibiotic shot, as well as an oral prescription. I was afraid to show my face while on vacation. People stared at me in disgust. This completely ruined my vacation, and I was left dealing with the aftermath of a severe bacterial infection caused by the salon's poor hygiene or products. I've never had such a terrible reaction to a beauty treatment, and I would never trust this place again. Be very careful if you're considering any services here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Just wanna start off by saying I have gotten threading and henna for over 15 years. This is hands-down, the worst brow experience I've ever had and now I'm walking around with a reaction on my face and taking Benadryl for the last four days. Like I literally can't go to sleep because my eyebrows itch so bad that I have to take Benadryl. Please don't sacrifice quality over you making money off of people next time. I'm not sure if this place isn't using pure henna or they're just packing their workers schedule too much that they're over processing the product in order to double up on clients at the owners request. I paid $75 to have to cancel my plans and stay home for the weekend icing my face. At no point did anybody ask me what shape or how thick I would like my brows. The owner seemed a little passive aggressive when I asked about pricing at the end due to the fact that just for henna was $55???? I asked her how much the henna was and her reply was quite literally well if the threading was $15 then that means the henna was $55 like I can't do simple math myself. Definitely not worth it find somewhere else that is gonna care about your skin and not just making money. I definitely feel like I got scammed for a quick buck.

My first time to visit the spa today. Shellsea did a fabulous job! I had a full face threading which included brows. She was thorough and gentle. I'll be back for my next visit. I have had many bad experiences with threading/waxing salons in the past, but can honestly say this was the best customer experience I've ever had for eyebrow maintenance. The team was quick, kind and thoughtful as they listened to my requests/concerns about sensitive skin. After my threading session, Linda didn't just apply a little aloe Vera. She rubbed it in smoothly with a short and relaxing mini-massage. The competitive pricing, customer service, timely availability and great outcome all will bring me back for another service. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

This is so they are able to charge if you are late or a no show. I was told by them that they expect clients to be accountable as they are, so I went along with it because I understood. They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!

Victoria was amazing, my lashes look almost fake but they're natural with the curl and tint.
