After speaking with the front desk, I was informed that my vehicle had been towed by one of your drivers. Completely ignoring Mr Tire's negligence to confirm that my car was the correct one, I immediately called to ask why my vehicle had been towed only to be told that no one had towed from that Mr Tire location. I called four different towing companies after that only to be given the same answer. Eventually Mr Tire got in contact with the driver and the car was returned to me only after discussing police intervention. After the car was returned, I learned that the driver had gone to the wrong Mr. Tire location and towed the wrong vehicle entirely. The vehicle he was apparently supposed to tow was black, my car is gray. On top of going to the complete wrong location, the driver did not confirm the license plate and ignored the obvious mismatch in color. This driver completely failed to follow even the most basic verification procedures. To make matters worse, I got zero apology from the driver and was met with nothing but passive aggressiveness, and the car has driven noticeably worse since it was dropped off, shaking more than it did when I dropped it off in the morning. When I asked for the driver's name, he refused to provide it, stating that "it's not important," despite being responsible for the incident. I do. however, have a photo of him and the license plate of the tow truck he was driving. This entire situation was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. My vehicle was removed without any authorization, no confirmation, I was mislead about what had happened, and only regained possession of my car after mentioning police involvement. I will be escalating this matter and expect a response explaining how this happened and how to move forward.

They were able to diagnose and repair my Nissan Murano by Wednesday of that week and were pleasant to work with throughout. I can comfortably recommend based on a couple of repairs there over the past few years.

Went there because my Daughter needed a state emmisions inspection and very few inspetion staions…read morein Boone do them. We were told they didn't do emmisions until 1pm. We came back At 1pm and they took the car in and in a few minutes I was told rhe car failed because it hac a bald tire. When they pulled it out and I had paid for the failed in spection I ask which tire. After this myself who has been a inspector in another county for 30 yrs. and three other Boone safty inspectors could not find anything wrong wtih any of the tires. Do not take your car here unless you want to pay for something you don't need. I think they are dishonest or don't know how the proper inspection is done. They just want to sell someone from out of town a tire to pad the bill.

Ive been holding off from writing this review because I needed confirmation that they actually…read moremessed my car up. I also have been seeing others open up about their experience at this shop on AppStateClassified so I decided I need to write my review so they dont mess up your car, and dont take advantage of someone else. I made an appointment fairly easy and when I showed up I was very uncomfortable with the atmosphere in the shop. They didnt even remember my appointment which also made me more nervous than I was originally. I had to remind them that I needed an oil change, a change of tires, and to check the brakes cause I just had them changed at Honda of Boone and they were LOUD. They took a few hours to do the oil change, gave me no updates. No one wore masks, except one guy who wore the flimsiest cloth upfront and coughed the whole time. I dont even know if he worked there cause he spent the whole trying to make conversation with me, but eventually went to the back. After a few hours they said they finished and I had to remind them I needed my tires changed because one of the tires were cracking. They only changed 2 of the tires and left the cracking ones oddly enough. When I went back to my car, my oil gauge still said 0% and they came to fix that, NEVER gave me a sticker on the windshield when I should get my oil changed, and my brakes squeaked louder than ever. After I went to a different shop to fix what they did turns out THEY PUT THE WRONG OIL IN MY CAR MAKING MY CAR PREFORM EXTREMELY LOUD. Ive been to a lot of very sketchy mechanics and this by far takes the cake.

Not here, guy said bring it over and let's see what we can do. They didn't have my tire in stock but where able to locate one and install it within the hour. As for the 2 rims, they only charged me to fix 1 as the other was really bad and did the best they could but suggested I replace it asap. Great work, fast work, even better prices.
