Will that never happened. These items was rented for my mom's 80th birthday celebration, the ​distance from the venue and her storage unit was on opposite sides of town so we asked if they could be picked up Friday evenings instead of Saturday morning and she did allow us to pick up late Friday evening which was a great help. At this point I'm feeling pretty good about the transaction BUT on Sunday when we returned the items I asked when we would get the $50 deposit back and she replied, give her until Monday to go over her books. But I'm thinking to myself what does you going over your books has to do with you giving me my deposit back. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I said ok, well it's now 2 weeks later and she still has not returned my $50 deposit. I have tried to call, text and requested the money via Cash app all with no reply. And I forgot to add her communication was very lacking a week before we were supposed to pick everything up. Once she finally returned my call she stated that her teenaged son had her business phone. REALLY! WHO DOES THAT!! AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE FRUSTRATION. I wanted to like this company. They botched the delivery by not bringing all of the items ordered…read moreand replacements that were not approved for others. They also apparently think the smallest bed goes into the master and the largest in the smallest room. That was one factor that shouldn't have occurred since all of the beds were supposed to be the same size (it's what we paid for). One of the TVs has some other client's account information programmed into it so you can't even use the special features available. We were missing key kitchen and bath items and we notified them a few days after delivery when the delivery men who noted the missing items while delivering apparently didn't do anything to make sure they were delivered later. This was just the start. It's now been 15 days since that initial delivery and they still haven't brought the items requested. What makes this worse is that we had just arrived after 3 flights and little sleep. The delivery men let themselves into the home with the keys in the lockbox. They handed me some keys after I requested them while they were there (we arrived in the middle of the delivery from our last flight). We didn't leave the house for 10 days because of COVID and we work from home and do not leave the home regularly normally. One day I went to take my dog out for a walk and found out that the keys they handed me didn't work in the doors - none of the doors. I raise this issue with them. They tell me they don't have my keys. I keep raising the issue with them. I'm continuously gaslighted over these keys. I only have these keys and the mailbox key in the entire house, yet apparently I'm the one who can't figure it out. The corporate gaslighting and failure to rectify a safety issue - I mean their men have my house keys and I can't even leave because I can't lock the doors - is a huge problem. The gaslighting was just insult to injury. This company will protect itself over its clients and the safety of your family is inconsequential to them. Having someone come to the house today - faster than the delivery of the missing items - to replace the locks for the entire house over this. Buyer beware.
