Dave is an absolutely amazing home inspector. Incredibly lucky to have found him. We were looking at a property that we knew would require significant renovation work and wanted to get a ballpark estimate of expected work and costs - so this was not your typical home inspection. We picked Dave because we thought his experience in construction would be very useful in such an atypical home inspection request. Dave arrived at the site ONE HOUR before our appointment time so that he could do a walk-through of the exterior of property beforehand and even got a chance to look inside before our arrival. He pointed out many things that we wouldn't have known as he walked through the property with us. He even prepared a document that outlined high-level estimates of repair costs for various components of the house. Dave was exceptionally professional and extremely easy to work with. He responded to every phone call, email, and text message within minutes. Punctuality is always important and I am usually 15 minutes or more early. Upon my arrival at the property Dave had already arrived earlier and assessed some of the outside. As Dave walked us through the home he verbally reviewed items with us and took notes for his own report. His meticulous attention made us feel knowledgeable and comfortable by the end of the inspection. During the walk through Dave took the time to answer all of our questions as well. In the following days a detailed report complete with photographs of items we had discussed throughout the inspection was emailed to us.
