Jay is extremely professional and does not have the "used car salesman" feel to him. He is reliable and very communicative which is rare in the pool service industry. He initially worked with us during a time when finances were a struggle due to circumstances outside of our control and we are now back on track with a pool that has never looked this good. If you have an issue with the pool or equipment, big or small, he explains it to you on a level non experts can understand and offers different avenues for solutions without coming for your wallet to selfishly benefit him. The refill valve on my pool was stuck (think like when the floater in your toilet bowl is stuck) for 6 weeks without them noticing. Instead, they tried to say I "had a leak in my pool", which was not true. The constantly running water not only cost me a huge water bill, but also diluted the salt that was supposed to be in the pool. For 3 months this pool service company has not replaced the salt, although it is suppose to be included in my service. Now, since I've cancelled with them, they have not completed the obligations on my remaining pool service. I received an email from them today saying my final service was completed this morning, yet there are leaves in my pool. In addition, the salt level is 1300PPM under their care while it should be 3500PPM. This causes the whole PH balance of the pool to be off. Don't use these guys. They know nothing about pools. They have no accountability. They are a rip-off.

First time came the following Monday no issues after opening claim, my wife said the techs were a little little dry and serious towards her but they got the job done and quickly so no complaints. Second time, I had special plans for my daughter and the spa light gives out a few days before, Integrity said they could only get to it next Monday, which would really ruin the vibe of my daughters get together....I tried other service providers in the area, all suck at communication. Rich answers all the time and calls back quickly....truly appreciate that. He said he would try but couldn't make promises, well Rich delivered. He worked it out so someone could come onsite Friday before the party/event and I really appreciate it, Pentair is lucky to have a vendor like Integrity doing their work, wish they had MORE service providers in the area like Integrity, I guess warranty work seems to be an after thought with Pentair....I expect more from Pentair, but couldn't have asked more from Integrity, oh and Eli was the tech that came out the 2nd time, he was very polite and easy to talk to, thank you guys!
