My dog (9 year old Lab) and she has Kennel Cough. I call and complained about this situation. All I got was rude answers that I had signed a release, kennel cough precautions (like vet injections) don't work, etc. All excuses, but never did I hear an apology. Kennel cough is spread by dirty kennels, dirty water dishes and exposure to other dogs who have it. Bottom line is that I will find another place to board my pets when I travel. Their attitude really says they don't care!

At one point she fell asleep in the tub and he had to get one of his boys to help hold her up to finish the job. When he was done she looked and was acting like a new puppy. He had been nicked a few times as well without them saying anything to me. He has always been left a little longer than I care since his hair seems to grow quickly. Lastly, it has always been more than 4 hours of wait from start to finish. I don't like that they are washing / grooming other dogs when he is there. I make an appointment so I expect him to be taken care of with a call for pick up once he is finished. All other places he has been to it is 1 1/2 to 2 hours max.

On a hot summer afternoon during our road trip through Colorado, my husband mentioned getting ice cream at the Dolores General Store, the same store that looks like a converted auto repair shop and sells paint.... I had my doubts, but figured there was no harm in checking it out. I was surprised to see that they actually have an ice cream counter with large tubs of ice cream to choose from. We were barely at the counter when an employee showed up to help us; he was very pleasant towards us.

I wanted to make sure that I find the best and most responsible breeder for a Biewer puppy. Out of all the breeders I've researched, RMB was the one that kept going to, not only because I felt that they truly cared about their puppies, but also because they want to connect and support pet parents as well. After 3.5 years of waiting, I finally found a puppy that I wanted, Charlie (AKA Sir Mason). I'm head over heels, in love with this little love bug. He's exactly what I wanted: the most affectionate, intelligent, funny and eager to please puppy. He potty trained in no time, and learned tricks within a few minutes, I am constantly impressed by what he's able to do, and excited for more to come. By the way, Rubi has been a huge help throughout. From the second I asked for pictures and videos, to answering questions, delivery, preparing me before Charlie's arrival, to now, whenever I have questions, she's been here to support and really wants to make sure that Charlie lives his best life. The lady who answered the phone said that they would take care of disposing of our previous fur baby. Then, with no further questioning on my part the lady said, "I'll be honest with you, we just send the bodies to the landfill." That is not what we needed to hear after just losing our pet. I would recommend that the staff be trained in how to handle the pain of a customer losing a valued and loved member of their family.
