He had been nicked a few times as well without them saying anything to me. He has always been left a little longer than I care since his hair seems to grow quickly. Lastly, it has always been more than 4 hours of wait from start to finish. I don't like that they are washing / grooming other dogs when he is there. I make an appointment so I expect him to be taken care of with a call for pick up once he is finished. All other places he has been to it is 1 1/2 to 2 hours max.

My dog (9 year old Lab) and she has Kennel Cough. I call and complained about this situation. All I got was rude answers that I had signed a release, kennel cough precautions (like vet injections) don't work, etc. All excuses, but never did I hear an apology. Kennel cough is spread by dirty kennels, dirty water dishes and exposure to other dogs who have it. Bottom line is that I will find another place to board my pets when I travel. Their attitude really says they don't care!
