I had previously gone to one down the street which was awful and disgusting. So it was a relief to come here and see how clean and operational it is. I purchased a dog wash pass and have used it twice. Both times my dog seems to enjoy it. They have clean washing stations, a selection of shampoo, warm water, towels, aprons, and dryers. The dryers are like Luke warm, wish they were warmer. But they get the job done! I plan on continuing coming here for my pets needs and washing.

We will have to look into more of their services for our pup!

Our pup was wounded during a trim, some skin snagged with the shears, and though it was superficial, she started bleeding a good bit. They cared for her like she was their own. We were informed about it immediately, the bleeding treated, and she was dressed with some ointment to help stave off infection. The owner told me to call them if she ended up having any more bleeding, needed any veterinary care, or it otherwise became infected. If you have ever tried grooming a dog with clippers, you can understand how easy it might be to accidentally clip something you shouldn't. However, they still held themselves accountable and wanted to take care of us all. We've been back twice since then for grooming. Now I say this -- 10 years we've seen them for haircuts, and only the one minor incident. They are confident experts and guarantee their work.

But worse yet, she was treated so poorly that her heart was broken. She never drooled ever, before coming here, but now she does when stressed. She has learned NOT to trust that the world is a safe place. She is a Wheaten who is so loving and gentle - and Wheatens' spirits can be broken easily by harsh treatment. Make sure you know what you are getting into and if you need a trainer with a heart, this is NOT the place. they don't even look at your dog in the eyes, --they don't pet it ever- or treat it with love. I learned the hard way. It's been 4 months and my dog still isn't her old self. I have a clinical PhD and this is not how animals learn to behave in a safe, loving world.
