It was still able to turn on but the charging port was not working. I called a few places and they all said they couldn't fix it. Luckily, I called Payless wireless. Instead of telling me "no" right away, they told me to bring it in for them to look at- which I did. They kept it for a day and Nasser was able to fix it.
