I came here to check on the price to repair my iPhone. The screen was cracked pretty badly and it wouldn't allow me to type or do anything and so it was very frustrating. The technician was very nice and he had a Wu-Tang shirt on so I knew he was somebody that I could count on. I explained to him that my husband bought my phone from this location and that we always come here for all the repairs on our phones. He evaluated my phone and gave me a price of $125 to fix the screen. He had me fill out a paper agreement for them to fix my phone. The estimated time for the repair was 30-45mins. I walked around the mall for about an hour, just to give them time to get it repaired. Plus, there were a lot of people in line here for repairs and the store is very busy. I came back and my phone is now fixed and ready! I paid them the $125 + tax and a small tip. The lady who works here is very very nice as well. She has a cute rhinestone upper lip piercing and she is super customer service oriented as well as the Wu-Tang shirt man. They have an excellent selection of any phone case for any phone and any cellular watches, just a very great place to be for mobile device products and accessories. They replaced the screen on phone and then the phone would not work. I had to buy a new phone

The staff were kind and friendly when I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro Max for a back glass replacement. Same day I went in to get the phone in order to sell it. When I started it up the next day to take photos to list it, there was a few green pixels poking through the display, and the LCD had been damaged. When I brought it in (less than 24 hours later) they told me it wasn't their fault and they'd replace it at cost (130$ plus tax). There's no visible damage outside of this, I didn't drop it or even put it in my pocket. Kicking myself for not checking the display when I received it back, as I'd been told it was a simple back glass replacement and wouldn't affect the internals. Disappointing they won't take ownership for this issue. I wouldn't suggest you go here. read more

I recently messaged A to Z wireless through yelp on 08/10/20 to request a quote since I was experiencing ghost touching on my iPhone Xs display screen. A manager promptly replied to my message with a ton of helpful information, such as options I had between their types of screen display they provided also sent me links to further my research, warranty, location, and how long it'll take to fix my phone. After speaking with them, I book an appointment at 10 am - 12 pm on 8/11/20 and came in at 11 am was greeted by a gentleman behind the cash register. He asked a few questions, re-informed me what the manager had previously spoken about through yelp messages, I filled out and signed a form, then he proceeded to fix my phone. I stuck around and watched him do it since I was curious also, he was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Overall a very pleasant experience and felt welcomed. I didn't know what I was getting myself into but left extremely knowledgeable with plenty of tips. They also take extra steps others stores do not take to make sure your screen display color is up to par, so I appreciate that greatly. Everyone was wearing a mask in the store, so I felt safe, they're clean, the person who was fixing my phone also sanitized it, so I'm glad-- safe environment to be in. If I am going to pay 121 dollars to fix my iphone 11, I expect to be able to use it when I arrive home. I was told to connect to my itunes as the Iphone is disabled. I have and itunes is not recognizing my iphone. Now what? I cant use my damm phone. i have tried icloud, bluetooth, etc. All the times I have had to take my phone in to get fixed usually because of an LCD, I never had to connect it to Itunes because it is disabled. Came in to this store because it had good reviews, unfortunately I was disappointed. Went in to fix an iPhone 8 Plus screen and a iPhone XR screen both iPhones worked perfectly fine the only broken part were the screens, the lady said she would fix it in about an 1 hour for both and the would call us when she was done. Never received a call or text back so I just went back to the store to pick up my iPhones and at first it all seem fine but when we got home and try to set up the Face ID on the iPhone XR it didn't work but was working perfectly fine before so we went the next day to see if they could fix it, the lady that fixed our screens was not there so the young man said he will try to fix it so we left the phone and came back 30 minutes later and he said that the cable that connects to the Face ID was broken and it probably happened when the lady before fixed the screen and broke the cable so he said he can fix it with a machine that the have but they need fix it first and they would call us back within a week or two and didn't receive no word from them. So we had to go back and they said the same thing, machine has not been repaired and they would call us back and never received a call or text, in my opinion it looked like they were waiting for the warrant to expire so they wouldn't fix the mistake they made. Now we have to buy a new iPhone for my mother because it is not easy for her to unlock the phone using the pin and she can't remember other passwords that are saved with the Face ID. read more
