THEN he didn't charge me and wouldn't allow me to pay even though I offered to. Will definitely be back the next time I break my screen or any other issues crop up.

By far and away, the most disgusting, repulsive, lying personality I've ever dealth with. Everything I say here is backed up by hard evidence. The guy scheduled appointment with me for phone battery replacement. Said he'd need to get some glue for this and assured me he'd get - appointment was 5 days away. On the morning of the appointment, a couple of hours before I had to come over, I shot him a quick message to confirm he got the glue. He said No and said the phone repair is high risk and he didn't wanna do it. I told him this is my only phone, I need to use it a lot for calls and meetings, and it's kind of dying. I asked him if he knew he's not gonna do the battery swap, why did he take the job, sat on the appointment for 5 days, and didnt reach out? If I hadnt contacted him I would have come over for the appointment he was never going to honor. He started getting defensive, and started lying to my face about "telling me he needed parts", then he started accusing me of "threatening him", being rude to him and started threatening me himself. He started telling me he'll report my account to Yelp and that he'll sue me. After I politely asked him to go away and leave me alone TWICE, the guy kept messaging me over and over, while telling me I'm harassing him... He gave me "final warning from Franchitti's Fix LLC". I stopped talking to him and he kept sending me harassing and threatening Yelp messages, and another one just arrived, while I'm writing this very review. I'm a busy person, and don't often post Yelp reviews, but I felt with how much of a piece of work this guy is it's worth my time to warn others, because I'd hate to see innocent people walking away with the horrible feeling in their stomach, after wasting days on this guy, like I did. If you're scheduling an appointment with him - know that it means nothing to him, and he's most likely not gonna honor it. If you will "have the nerve" to ask him why he's not doing the job he took on, or confront him why he took the appointment and wasted many days of your time waiting for it, without telling you he has no intention to do the job - expect to be lied to your face about appointment being scheduled in the first place, expect to be threatened with being reported to Yelp, and to be sued. After you try to gracefully extract yourself from the conversation, and take your business elsewhere and put this guy behind you - expect him to continue harassing you with Yelp messages and threatening you for a while longer, in order to get a rise out of you and make you say something he could use to accuse you of misconduct, while he's simultaneously accusing *you* of harassing, disrespecting and threatening him. Alternatively, if you have a shred of common sense - STAY AWAY, and DON'T EVER CONTACT this guy in the first place. The choice is yours. EDIT: This is an edit in response to business owner's reply. Apparently, asking him about the glue he said he needed and would get is considered "hostile or disrespectful behavior", because right after he said he doesnt have it on the morning of the appointment, and I asked him why he made me wait 5 days and didn't tell me he's not gonna do the job, he started saying phone is "high risk", because it's thin and foldable. Don't be hostile to him, y'all - don't ask him why he's refusing to do the job, when you wait for days and come over for a scheduled, and confirmed appointment. This guy can lie all he wants, but one thing he cannot do is tamper with the evidence - he does not have access to modify chat history.

Went to him for a phone battery replacement. He is local, and honestly, he has low prices ($45 +tax for the battery replacement). He told me that his battery is not original product (ie, not Apple battery). That's fine, I just needed my phone to hold a charge. The new battery he replaced with was WORSE than my old battery. It went from 94% to 70% in less than an hour! I went back the next day, and his mannerism was abysmal. He told me, that's a new battery, must be a problem with your phone processor. I didn't want to risk trying another "un-original" phone battery through him and asked for a refund instead. He begrudgingly refunded $40, minus $5 for service fee. As I was leaving his kiosk, he blurted, "And don't come back." Like why? It was unwarranted, he could've just said nothing and let it be. Of course I wouldn't come back after such an experience. So I left, not only with a faulty battery, but also upset by his rude mannerism. The guy was angry at me for his own faulty product. And then gave me attitude for it... ;( Anyways, lesson learned to not go cheap. Went to Apple Store later that day, they ran diagnostics. Everything is fine with my phone. New battery ($69), and surprise surprise. It works just fine! I would advise anyone to avoid this place -- it's not worth the risk, nor the time and frustration, and overall horrendous customer service.

Brought my phone in to A to Z Wireless in Parkway Plaza, to have the charge port repaired. They said I had to replace the cellular and data antenna in addition to the charge port as they were on a single part. They cracked the screen in the process of the repair and charged me for a new screen, although they claimed to have given me a good price on the new screen. The new charge port worked fine however now it randomly drops calls and can barely connect to a Data Network. Took it back in four separate times and one time an employee admitted they used parts from her broken personal phone to make my repair. They also pointed out after the repair that the key feature of the phone, the waterproof aspect, was forever destroyed. Spoke to the owner / manager and he admitted to using the employees personal parts during the repair but still refused to refund my money. Sleazy outfit. ---UPDATE challenged the charge with my credit card company. They lied and sent pictures of someone else's phone showing water damage to the credit card company to avoid refunding my money. These guys take sleaze to a whole new level read more

I went in the store upset because my phone was locked by tmobile and I needed my phone to be unlocked asap!!!!! I was told by tmobile that it would take a month to unlock which is bull!! The guys there who helped (Amin and Adrian) kept informing me that tmobile is super expensive and that they can definitely help me out. They asked me if the phone was completely paid off and I wasn't sure entirely. They let me use their phone to contact my ex and he said it was paid off. While they were processing the order to unlock it, I see an email notifying me that it will be unlocked tomorrow so right away they cancelled the transaction and didn't charge me anything for dealing with my attitude. For helping me out, I bought a new case with screen protector and left a tip in their jar of good karma. I was so impressed with how clean and organized the store was, and it was super easy to find. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The two employees were incredibly helpful and so sweet to my children, which is rare to find these days. They were patient, understanding, and made the whole visit stress-free. My husband got a privacy screen installed--it only took about a minute! Meanwhile, I found a new case I love and a magnetic PopSocket. My Samsung Stratosphere charging connector went bad couldn't connect and take a charge. This phone retailed for $599, but Verizon Wireless told me "so sad, can't fix it, you need to pick out a new phone, cough up $$ and re-up for another 2 years". BS, under two years old and works great except for the micro USB charging/connection port, so I hit Yelp. Found some places that could replace screens, but could not fix the charging port issue, though they all knew about it and shared it seems to be a weakness with Samsung phones. Then I stumbled on A To Z Wireless. They knew of the issue and told me they fixed it all the time. Sent them my phone, they fixed it and got it back to me all for $85 within a week. Awesome!! In every aspect. Ask for Mr. Leif not only are their rates great but they're super quick. Unfortunately I had to pick up my phone until after work but they finished repairing my screen within 30 min. They're super friendly yet professional as the Same time. They'll work with you in the best way to benefit you because they understand what it feels like to not fully have the item that's stuck to our hands all day. This store was recommended to me by another shop in the Mission Valley mall. Bought my son his first smart phone last weekend and needed a cover and screen protector. My son had a million questions and Leif, the associate there, was very friendly, helpful, and patient. I particularly appreciated that Leif was not a pushy "sales" person but was more customer service oriented. While shopping around for the phone, A to Z was recommended to us several other times as well. We will be checking here first from now on for stuff for our new phone! read more

Needed a screen protector and new case for a phone I just bought. Was referred to this place by old friends and took my lady to get her a case too. Tiara greeted us and was real cool and professional. She wasn't pushy at all and took time to get us both what we wanted. She even charged my phone while her and my lady went through cases. She helped us understand what was going on she gave us recommendations and she took great care of us I recommend at least trying this place before you go anywhere else thanks Kit. I returned the phone and canceled service after 20 hours under the Metro Promise when I could not get any service. Still waiting for my refund after 2 months, corporate and the store keep pointing the finger at each other, taking no responsibility for the refund issuance. This place is the absolute worst. I wish I could give zero stars. They broke my perfectly fine working iphone, which just had a cracked screen. They have you sign a piece of paper when you drop it off, that basically says they aren't liable for any damages . So these idiots who have no idea what they are doing, can break your expensive iphone and not be responsible for it. Wow, that's the last time I go anywhere but the Apple store. read more

It was a pretty good experience. I had just broken the glass of my phone, and I was worried about the cost. This guys are really good at what they do! I brought my I-phone 4 in after dropping it, the front was broken, the back and the power button. After dropping it off within a couple hours, i get a call it was fixed. If you have a phone that needs to be fix I'd suggest going there! read more

The screen was cracked and then the phone laid in water. Ugh. So, I scrolled through Yelp reviews to figure out which place looked least likely to take an ungodly amount of money from me. We rolled the dice and tried this spot. The guy, Adrian, was super nice. He told me he would test the screen to make sure that it was the only thing that needed replaced. He opened the phone and saw that there was water damage, but not to lose hope. Because the phone was dead, I left it there while they looked into it. He ended up calling me later and told me it only needed a screen. $75. That's it. Anyways, now she's back there on her damn phone again... If you need your phone fixed, check them out. Well worth.

If your iPhone goes into Recovery Mode and you don't have a recent backup... all hope is not lost…read more Take your finger off the Restore button and bring your iPhone to Kyle at Logic Fix. I was absolutely panicking because I had recent photos and other important data that hadn't been backed up yet. (I manually back up my photos to an external hard drive, and I hadn't done so in about a month.) The day before, I was at the beach and my phone got splashed with a little water. It was never dropped or submerged, but around midday it went into Recovery Mode. I couldn't find anyone willing to even discuss whether it might be a hardware issue. Over and over, I was told my only option was to restore the phone to factory settings... even at the Apple Store. I found data recovery companies online, but they were expensive and would have required shipping my iPhone across the country for an unknown amount of time. Thankfully, the team at DC Computers recommended Logic Fix. Kyle took one look at my situation and explained that, because of the water exposure, there was a good chance it was a hardware issue. He was honest from the beginning and made no guarantees. He explained that if the memory chip had been damaged, my data might not be recoverable, but he knew what to look for before telling me to erase everything. In my case, he found and replaced a failed sensor, and in probably less than half an hour my iPhone was back to normal with all of my data intact. To him it was no big deal, but to me it meant getting back priceless photos, voice memos, documents, and everything else I thought I might have lost. He also charged a very fair price. What impressed me most wasn't just that he fixed the phone ... it was that he understood preserving my data was more important than simply getting the phone working again. Instead of immediately recommending a factory restore, he took the time to diagnose the actual problem first. I really hope I don't need another iPhone repair anytime soon, but if I do, Logic Fix will be my first stop. TL;DR: Kyle is honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. While everyone else I spoke with recommended restoring my iPhone to factory settings, Kyle looked for the underlying hardware problem first. He quoted me a two-day turnaround, had my phone repaired in under an hour, saved all of my data, and charged a fair price. I couldn't recommend Logic Fix more highly!!

I fried my MacBook (liquid damage) and was recommended to contact this place, after speaking to several places that didn't really assure me they can fix it. After speaking to Tony on the phone for 10 minutes, I got a good feeling that he knew what he was talking about. So I immediately drove down and he explained process to me thoroughly, and gave me best and worst case scenarios. Tony was very knowledgeable, transparent and professional - he went above and beyond to resolve my issue and fix my MacBook to have it running even better than before. He literally saved me! I found this company on Yelp and decided to give them a try because of all the great reviews. The…read morephone part I needed took a couple of days to come in, but I didn't mind waiting since Gabriel sounded honest and genuine. After getting my phone repaired, I started noticing issues right away! People kept saying they could barely hear me, that my voice sounded staticky or like I was underwater. Around the same time, I also noticed the back of my phone was starting to come off. I decided to take it to the Apple Store, and after running a diagnostic, they told me the back of the case hadn't been properly cleaned or sealed before being put back on. Which explained why it was lifting. I texted Gabriel to explain what was going on and asked if he could take another look. He agreed but has rescheduled several times, leaving me waiting around each time. I've been patient with him every time he rescheduled or didn't follow up with my texts. I truly hate to leave this kind of review for a small business, but this is not how you treat customers. I paid $200 for the repair, and honestly, I was better off with my broken phone
