Had a galaxy note 10+ with a cracked screen, they fixed the screen! Yippee! Then the phone doesn't charge anymore. Headed up to mall in snow storm... Someone was there! Yippee! But not guy who fixed my phone, apparently, only guy who fixed your phone is only guy that can re-fix it! Not a yippee! So, stuck with a phone at 8% battery... Go to Warwick mall hoping to find someone to fix what they screwed up... I did! "The Fix" in Warwick mall had me out the door, and fixed the connection that was not connected from this places repair, for around 40.00. YIPPEE! read more

Ok. So I pay 150 without tax, to replace a screen on an Ipad 5th gen....and a few days later I notice white specs under the screen, in the way of the picture, and a few days after that, the screen starts lifting off and becoming unresponsive to touch and glitching all over the place. Ripped me off! Do not trust these people. By the way....they wanted to charge me almost $200 at first, and I had to talk them down for a looong time. It's a 5th gen Ipad that is probably not even worth the $200. read more

They had me in and out within 30 minutes with my iPhone that had a broken display. It was easy work for them. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here, trust me. I recently went here to get my screen replaced by a guy named Hassan, nice guy, but did a poor job. First of all, when I initially brought my phone in for repair they said that they had to make a special order because my phone was a "newer phone", thinking nothing of it, I agreed to follow through even though the price I was given was ridiculously high. It took over 3 WEEKS before the screen came in! Obviously they ordered some cheaply made screen from China or something. Took forever to come in. I come back to pick my phone up and there's glue all over the sides of my phone and the screen isn't seated properly, wasn't flush at all. The screen was lifted high enough off of the frame to where the inside of the phone was exposed along the edge of the screen. I expressed my concern about the inside of my phone being exposed to the elements to a guy that worked there named Razza, I believe, I told him that my phone is going to get ruined if anything gets under that screen. Razza says don't worry about it and he said that the screen that they had installed on my phone was defective and that they had to order another one because the screen I had was under warranty. I put in another order and leave with my phone. THE VERY NEXT DAY I see my phone screen has lines going straight down the middle, missing pixels, etc. I come back into the store (which mind you has been a huge waste of time and an inconvenience) I see this Razza guy again and show him my phone. He tells me that they can change the glass again but they won't fix the damage done to my phone -which was clearly due to their poor installation on their end- said he would call me when the screen came in but what's the point my phone is trashed. I had to go down the hall to T-Mobile and buy a brand new iPhone, a waste of over $1,000 because of these guys and their poor business and customer service. Oh and by the way they still haven't called me and it's been over a month. I was basically robbed by these guys. Huge rip-off and as soon as I get a second tomorrow I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So yeah, please go somewhere else, it's not worth it. read more

Got my phone fixed here recently watched the guy do it and he didn't even put all the parts back in upon questioning he told me they were not needed. Not even 2 days later and my phone will not work at all. I have been trying to call the store for 20 minutes now and I continuously get no reply. I do not recommend this place read more

Skip the Apple store. This was the best experience I've ever had at a mall. I went to the Apple store and was told my iphone 6, which had stopped charging, would take a week and cost over $100. On a whim, I went to the iFix kiosk which is just outside the Apple store. Kids were all business, no up sales or excuses. Told me it would take 20-30 minutes and cost $40. I came back, they showed me the phone now charges and works perfectly. Payed for the service, and went on my way. The only other words the tech even said to me was "I suggest you get a better case." Notice it wasn't, "and we have great cases for cheap!" It was a professional giving professional advice. Hopefully there isn't a need for me to go back, but if there is, I will be going straight here. read more

Worst place to have your iPhone fixed, they over quote what Apple will charge you, so you think they are cheaper, they only replace the glass, I stood against the wall and watch them as they used a heat gun those you use to peel paint off walls to melt the glue on the display to peel it apart. I found out later it voids ur Apple warranty so if something else goes wrong since they aren't certified by Apple to repair their products you would have to pay to have ur "in warranty" device replaced. The use cheap glass that is a lot less durable. AVOID these guys they learn how to do this by watching YouTube read more
