I was shaken and felt so violated convinced my laptop or data had been compromised. I called Roger's Technology Solutions and was welcomed by a polite, warm human being who advised I stop by. I stopped in the next day and Candido checked my laptop to see if anything was extracted or downloaded. He explained step by step. We found benign folders and deleted them. He advised how to keep potential scammers at bay. Candido was super knowledgeable, polite and provided amazing customer service.
