When did last Wednesday after being told in the text message that they have my parts it would take 30 minutes that was not the case was told he had to order the parts and I needed to pay half ahead of time and that it would be ready to be fixed on Friday went in Friday was told that I needed to leave it with them overnight fix and it would be ready the following day had to put cancel my holiday plans then went in Saturday I was told to be ready in 20 to 30 minutes again that was not the case took an hour and when you put the phone back together my front facing camera no longer works so I do not recommend taking your phone to him and I will not be going back to them ever again read more

Per policy, there is an 180 day warranty saying there will repair the phone if they used there item. I tried to get my screen repaired, but they would not allow it. They have no customer service, when I walked in the guy was on the phone, having me wait instead of letting me know 'hey, I'll be with you'. Then, the guy explained I should get the screen replaced and pay again, however there warranty clearly stated that I could have the screen replaced on them again. Paid $260, 1/4th the value of the phone, to get my screen fixed at the Loganville location. My phone was never dropped but the next day my screen had a huge crack while inside the phone case. They claim to use "premium" screens provided by their vendor, however the poor color quality and fragile 3rd party screen obviously decreases the value of my phone. If you're going to charge a quarter the cost of my phone at least use OEM parts!! I contacted customer service but it goes straight to voicemail, didn't respond on the website, and they never replied to my emails. I highly regret my purchase and will never be returning. read more

On July 23, 2020, I took my iPhone XR and my daughters iPhone XR to get it repaired. So far (knock on wood) mine has worked fine. However, the microphone on my daughters phone no longer works and the brand new back glass is already cracked around the camera. She took it back today and as he tried to remove the phone from its case, he pushed the camera, cracking the back glass. He denied any culpability with the microphone issue stating he never touched it. However, as it is located right next to the charging port (and the fact he pushed the phone out of the case by pushing the camera), it is clear he is not careful and did mess up the microphone. I had used another location of ifixscreens in the past and was determined not to go back for similar lack of concern issues. I let my daughter talk me into going to this one, because it was cheaper than other places. I guess you get what you pay for. I will NEVER!!!!! use ifixscreens - at any location - again. read more

I took them a IPad and a IPhone both needed screen replaced, first screen he installed on my IPad did not work, and he did tell me he didn't know if it was any good. Anthony ordered a new screen I dropped off a couple of days later my wife picked it up, and called me saying that Anthony said my home button was bad and he would order one and replace it. My IPhone he fixed the screen no freezes up and I have to restart my phone. After he replaced the home button on my IPad a week goes by and home button stops working I take back to him he takes apart and blames me said I pushed it to hard. Came in about a broken iPhone X screen. Was told $140 for an aftermarket screen or $240 for an oem one. I paid the $240 and got an aftermarket screen. I have since learned that if it's not installed by Apple it's not an oem part. The color is funny looking, my Face ID doesn't work right any more and there's a lag that causes blurriness when scrolling that causes me to feel a slight motion sickness. For $20 more I could have had the Apple store do it, but iFixScreens is 45 minutes closer to my house. Lesson learned. I'd rather have my cracked glass back. *Edit* After carrying this thing for a few days I no longer have an iPhoneX. First the screen is constantly trying to unlock in my pocket resulting in me being locked out for too many attempts. This never happened once with the original screen. Also, they fail to tell you that their $240 "OEM" screen makes your waterproof/water resisitant phone no longer waterproof. Brought in phone to repair screen. Thought it was repaired fine, the next morning when I saw my phone at an angle the new screen was cracked, but was not visible from straight on. Took back in, the associate at the Loganville store was absolutely awful. Asked me why I broke my screen after he just fixed it. Called in the online number and the man online was just as bad as the in store associate. Since then screen has cracked all over. Oh course will never go into one of these stores again and will encourage anyone I know to stay away. read more
