They didn't not have my style screen in the store so I waited to have it repaired by the next evening. The owner and his son stated it would be ready around 4 or 5. When I arrived the next day, everything went well. I had to wait a little longer than promised, but my phone was intact and functioning. However, a almost a month later the screen shows a green line that gradually gets bigger each day. I took it back and they would not replace the screen. Don't waste your money!! I took my iPad mini to have the cracked screen replaced. Everything was great! It worked with no problems. However, after about 1.5 months of being barely being use - the home button stopped work. I took it back. He replaced the screen and told me this screen had a hairline crack which is the reason the home button didn't work. (You couldn't see a crack before he took it off) The Guy told me he would fix it for free but won't warranty it bc it was our fault. 2 days later the home button stopped working again. I made the mistake of not going to a certified iPhone repair to fix a cracked screen on my iPhone 8. After the glass was replaced I couldn't hear a caller unless it was on speaker. I took it back 3 times and he finally fixed that problem. The screen was replaced but I can only hear from one speaker and the white under the glass is chipping away. I refuse to have them open my phone again so I'll just wait for Black Friday to purchase a new one. My boyfriend took his iphone 11 pro there to get a cracked screen fixed and ever since then his phone cuts off whenever he puts it on the charger. It will go randomly shut off and then cut back on. He's been back AT LEAST 3 times to have them either fix or repair the problem but they aren't willing to do anything about it. I called CPR because we have had service there in the past but they were $40 more for screen replacement. If there is a next time I will pay the extra for the better quality and service that CPR can provide. For the first time my complete screen detached from my phone the next day after picking it up from this location. I could see directly into the phone with all parts exposed. I get it, they screwed up BUT, the owner's response was "I am not responsible for the glue" REALLY lost all respect for this business. I am a customer and you provided a service that in useless in less than 24 hours. This type of mistake could have cost me the entire phone. They repaired my phone for a second time but, it took a battle to get them to try and reach their commitment. The second time was sloppy with glue coming through the cracks. I will never recommend this location and advise anyone reading this to not seek repairs for them. read more

DO NOT GO HERE I only gave it one star because leaving 0 stars was not an option. Took my phone here in October 2015 to have my screen replaced. It had a small crack on the screen and so I was being preemptive in replacing it. I paid $149.99 for the new screen, and purchased a screen protector for $29.99. Everything seemed great at first until I realized a few days later that some light was shining through the side of the phone where the screen attaches to the phone. After looking closely, I realized that the new screen was not completely attached to the phone itself. I called a few times to inquire and they said that was normal. As time went on, it only got worse. I finally took it in to have them look at it, and a guy named Sam said they would charge me $129.99 to reattach it and "fix the LED" -which was now faulty from the screen not being fully attached. Needless to say, I did not take them up on the $129.99 offer, and instead filed a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website. Now I wish I would have just stuck with the tiny crack on my screen. Apple will not service the phone now that a "third party screen" is on it. I suggest everyone to pay the extra $20 and go to the Apple store. read more

Can I give this place less than one star? I would if I could! I was on my way to CPR Cell Phone Repair. My cell phone had a problem that I had researched online but it wasn't something I could fix myself. I passed by this store and I knew it was new in the space it was in. I figured I would give a new business a chance. When I walked in, the place reeked of smoke. There was a guy sitting on the couch in the middle of the store watching TV. I milled around for a minute before he asked if he could help me. Turns out, he worked there. I explained that my phone wasn't working but from my research, it was the power button. He said I was wrong before he even touched my phone. He said it just needed charged and plugged in the charger. When the phone didn't do anything, he said I needed a battery. He put a new battery and the phone still did not respond. To this he said that I must have downloaded a virus and that it was a software problem. I again explained that I thought it was the power button. Again, he said I was wrong. I left the store, went to CPR, and within an hour, my power button was repaired and my phone was back in my hands. Avoid I Fix Screens at all costs! read more

Never go to I fix screens snellville! Peter quoted me a price when i fiat came to inquire about service. When i came to get the service done owner Sam stated that thats not the right price but since i had wrote it down on their card. He would honor it. I came back today and spoke with peter again. Again peter asked the same question about what i was quoted. He stated ok and i left my phone. When i returned to pick up my phone. My phone was not ready stated something about if i want glue it was going to be a higher price. And if i didnt want glue it would be cheaper but still hugher then the price quoted. I told them i was never informed about any "glue". I could not find the card where i wrote the original quote down on (I left it in another purse). They refused to honor the price quoted and i couldnt do nothing about it bc they already had my phone. Dont trust them. They dont have their prices written down, yhey dont remember what they quote you and they change the prices depending on how they feel. In fact on the day I ordered my case with Peter, I watched him fix a lady's screen and then told her he wouldn't charge her! I guess I had to pay for her service and my service! To make matters worst they told me it would only take 15-20mins to finish and had to wait another 40mins more minutes just for it to be ready! Totaling over 2hrs and $30 more then the original quote! I shattered my iPhone 5S screen in October. I took it here because the Apple Store is not in a convenient location. TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THE APPLE STORE FOR REPLACEMENTS. Apple does not charge any more than this over-priced junk. My phone screen is LITERALLY DETACHING FROM THE PHONE!! Oh and there are other reviewers with the THE SAME EXACT ISSUE!
