We left a voice message for him and he called right back. We told him what the TV was doing and he knew right away what the problem was. He came to our house, picked up the TV, repaired it and delivered it back to our home. His original estimate included what he thought he would have to order for a new part and we didn't even question it, but without even knowing it, he told us that our TV ended up not needing that particular part so he was honest up front and told us about it and didn't charge us for it. Our actual cost was about $100 less than our already low estimate. We are THRILLED! Our TV is working Great and like new again! Most of it was diagnostic stuff, and waiting for things to cycle through. I believe he was accurate with his recommendation and then making the repair he did. He wanted my business, and asked if I'd give him a chance if he could come on over late that afternoon since I had someone else lined up for the next day.
