Horrible customer service nobody answers the phone and items that were purchased were not provided. Had to do a charge back with my bank.

I booked a session for my son and his friend and paid for the shirts, photos, and videos. I never received the photos or videos. I have called multiple times, left messages, sent emails, and spoken with the call center, and no one has returned my calls. When I finally reached someone, they said they would send the photos, but instead I received pictures of random people I do not know. This is a serious privacy concern, especially since these involve underage children, and I still have not received the photos and videos I paid for. I have called almost 30 times and no response. I live two hours away and should not have to drive there to resolve this. I am extremely frustrated and considering legal action. This situation is unacceptable. read more

Our whole experience at this location wasn't amazing but I know that the company as a whole usually does better as we've been to another location. For this particular location, it was really difficult to get someone to call back after a few emails, a few voicemails, and even talking to someone at the main call center. After paying for the experience (we booked online well in advance) it seemed like no one cared after they had payment. Once I finally got to talk to someone they were very dismissive and a little rude which I didn't care for. When we arrived, the guy who checked us in was friendly and explained the process to us. Then everyone got suited up and we waited our turn. There is a a bit of waiting so be prepared for that if you have kids who are restless. We went after a birthday party and we waited about half an hour from the time they finished suiting up to the actual flying. This location felt choppy, a little impersonal as you go from one employee to the next. I know it may not be a big deal to most but the one in Dallas felt more personal and like they were glad we were there. To me that is important because it's not cheap to go and the flying time is quite short so you really want the whole experience to be good. Just my opinion and it's also been several years since we went to the other one so maybe it's just the way things are done now. Either way, I felt we didn't really get a good value for the money. We paid for all videos, pictures, and high flight. They don't let you start doing any stunts until you've been there multiple times but for the average person you'll just be flying in a circle and up and down. My oldest said he felt like he was on display in a fish bowl because the employee guides you around the whole time moving toward family who might be taking pictures or toward the camera to get good shots if you added that to your flight package. The other kids enjoyed it and one asked about getting the 10 flight pass to come back so this experience may not be for everyone but I think it's worth going at least once if you have any interest at all. They do offer promo codes and other specials online. read more

We were all fitted with helmets, glasses, earplugs, and suits, then shuffled into a classroom to learn the basics of flying. Hand signals are really straightforward and the instructor was super friendly and helpful. I was quite terrified, but the instructor put my mind at ease. I've had indoor skydiving on my bucket list for a while now and it was so nostalgic to finally go and the wait was definitely worth it. Located in the Liberty Township plaza is a family friendly is a indoor attraction that will certainly satisfy all of your dare Devil dreams. On my recent visit me and my kiddos enjoyed the 2 flight super saver. Our reservation was on a Sunday afternoon and there were a decent amount of people but it wasn't heavily over crowded. Since it was our first time I had called ahead a few days prior to ask some questions about the prices, flights and what to expect on our visit. The young lady who answered my call was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. With the super saver offer we saved $20 off of two flights. There are options for add ons such as photos, videos and higher flights. IT's recommended to arrive 20 min early to complete the check in process which is confirming your reservation, getting weighed and signing your waiver (waivers are also emailed to you as an option for pre check). Each person flying is required to watch a video to go over safety and hand signals. You are then given your flight gear which is a suit, glasses, helmet and shoes are available too if needed. There is an enclosed seating area that you wait in with your group which has a monitor to allow you to watch the replay of your flight(s). On average you will spend between $70-$100 per person depending on if you're able to get a super saver deal and/or if you purchase add ons. The flights are about 1 minute long and you will initially fly waist level with your instructor or have the option to soar higher for $20 up charge. Your instructor will even give you the option to add on the soar higher option while you are waiting for your flight in case you change your mind after you suit up. There is a area you can take photos and two small vending machines also. With this location being inside Liberty Township Center is nearby shopping and restaurants to make it a fun day trip for the whole family. Our family traveled from Cleveland and we dined at Taste of Belguim before our iFly experience and the Rusty Bucket afterwards, both are located inside the Liberty Township plaza and have great food. Overall I had an amazing time. Yes it's a little pricey but in my opinion it's totally worth it and I look forward to coming back!!!! read more

You can't come here and not experience them taking you HIGH. Such a great time. THINGS TO KNOW: 1. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I booked a flight online and called over a course of three days to re book the time. No one ever returned my call. I finally drove an hour to see if I could get resolve and the manager Travis Moss refused to come out and speak with me. I was told the flight could not be changed yet a classmate of one of the workers walked in with his family and was given a space immediately. This is terrible business and ethic for what is supposed to be family fun. I sadly had to tell my buts they would not be able to fly. This business will never get a dollar or recommendation from me again. My nephew and I had a great time! I took him for a birthday present, we both were super excited to try 'skydiving' without the life threatening part.. to be sure this is a pretty pricey activity but it is an unforgettable one. The check in process was super quick and easy, we got there preempt early so plenty of time to get checked I in and watch a few groups before us. They really get you with the upgrade to 'high fly', it's totally worth it, even for $15. Our flight instructor was Chris, he was very nice, did a great job explaining the process and getting us ready. We each had two flights, 60 seconds each, with the high fly during the second flight. The sensation of being held up by wind only is so crazy, I was very glad to have opted to put the ear plugs in, the noise was pretty incredible, and my muscles felt tired after each flight. I didn't know what to expect but that was so weird. I've always wanted to go skydiving so this was a great little teaser of what it feels like! My nephew was ready to get a job there. To be sure though, the little show at the end of the group's turn they put on makes you want to come back and get more flyIng time. Who would want to be able to fly around a tube like Peter Pan?! We had Jes as our instructor and she was so nice. She made sure we were comfortable and when done flying she clapped for us. She said we did a really good job. We got certificates at the end. We did the high fly and it was so cool. When you are flying it feels so weird. While in there, there is a guy in this little glass room taking pictures that you can purchase at the end. We had Nathan as our instructor and he is the only reason why I'm taking the time to post a review. Let's be honest. Most people don't review places unless they are exceedingly bad or exceptionally good and I am no different. While the facility was quite nice and the staff friendly and helpful it did seem like ifly wanted to upsell just about everything... that being said... the upsells are pretty well worth it. The high fly experience is pretty fun and the pictures/videos are a nice way to share your fun times with friends and family. All of that isn't really worth posting a review. Nathan absolutely is. He is a great instructor with clear communication style and excellent balance between positive reinforcement and constructive criticism (when needed) and that is a very important, often unappreciated skill to have. Especially when coaching people on an activity that is completely new to them. I watched him coach the entire group tailoring his approach for each person (as best you can in a screaming wind tunnel) and an absolute rockstar when working with my 6 year old! I will definitely be back and have possibly found the next thing I'm going to get really into and it is 98% because of Nathan (the last 2% is because... come on... indoor sky diving is just so awesome)(An for those of you paying attention that makes Nathan 50 times cooler than indoor sky diving itself!) read more

Oh. My. Goodness. I 100% loved everything about this day! Loved it!!!! I tend to be a thrill seeker, roller coasters, hot air balloon, parasails, check. Did them and they were ok. THIS? This was thrilling! We arrived early to check in and had already completed everything online. If you do online waivers it only takes a minute to check in and get your wrist band. You then go into the room to wait your turn. They were running behind and let us know that but it's super entertaining watching everyone else. As it gets closer to your scheduled time you get get geared up. You will receive a jumpsuit, ear plugs, head sock, goggles and helmet. Those with long hair will need to put it in a low ponytail or braid. You will need to wear athletic shoes that lace up. Wear clothes that you can pull a jumpsuit over easily. I had jeans and a snug T-shirt and was fine. All loose items will be put into a locker that can be locked using a combination that you set. Since it was our first time we then went into the classroom to watch the safety video where they explain the hand signals which is how you communicate in the tube. Our instructor was AMAZING! I am so glad we got paired with him. I don't remember his name but "Butters" was on his helmet and uniform. I was exhausted just watching him before we got in the tube! He was 100 miles an hour cracking jokes and bring hilarious but once in the tube with us he was laser focused on each student. Once you see the instructors in action you realize quickly why they are all so thin! It was amazing to me how he was able to tweak the smallest things to completely change your flight. We learned basics like how to get in and out of the tube, how to our bodies left and right and I even got a little up and down action! Then the high flight! Definitely do the high flight. It was such an amazing experience that really cannot be described. When i initially learned that each flight is 60 seconds I was disappointed but it was plenty of time at once. I ended up purchasing the four flight package so, four minutes. It makes sense once you do it. You should expect to be here approximately 2 hours. After all of the students use their time the instructors show off their moves in an amazing show. I could watch all day. After the flight you get a certificate and an option to purchase additional flights at a discounted rate so guess who is going back?!?!?! read more

We truly had a blast!! What a fun experience!! I booked this for a Mother's Day gift for my momma. We were greeted by Ryan who took our temp. I was able to add on the high flight, so glad I did. Our package came with two flights a video and picture. Be sure to pay extra for high flight. Johnny was our instructor and he was absolutely incredible. He was sure to get us all geared up. Suits, head stocking, helmet and glove if you wear your wedding ring. You are provided a locker. You have to take all loos items off this does include necklaces and watches. You will lose them. We then joined a class for a video with safety instructions. We then went into the tunnel, you sit and wait while others fly. It is a lot of fun. We had 12 in our class. My mom and I went last. We were able to go two different times. The second time we did the high flight and it was such a thrill. If they offered a membership package I would buy it. Came in at 3:45, as requested, to get them checked in. It's 4:26. They've been sitting in these flight suits, apparently waiting for the 4:30 group, so they can go in one group? OH MA GOODNESS!!! This was SO much fun!!! I may still be on the fence about actual sky diving, but I was definitely able to handle this simulation and found it exhilarating. From the looks of the building on the outside, I had no idea what to expect on the inside. So, when I saw there was a singular tube in the center with people watching as others "Flew" in the tube of rushing wind, I was a little nervous of looking like I might end up being "that person" who's out of control and flailing. To my surprise...NO one looked like that, including myself. We had a little time before our "class" started so we were able to observe all the flyers in the group before us. I do think watching ahead of time was helpful in preparation to what we were about to experience. The class consisted of a short video, a quick review of what we watched and the important hand signals we would need to pay attention to while in the wind tunnel. Our instructor Kaili was the best! She definitely knows how to combat the nerves people have prior to flying and keeps things very lighthearted and fun. She provided great instruction and presented great patience with everyone. Super encouraging as we entered the tunnel, it made it easy to walk up and just enter with confidence. The wind "control master" and Kaili provided helpful hand signals to make sure our flying experience was a great one! We were originally going to do the "intro flights" which only takes you halfway up but decided to pitch in the extra moola to fly higher...and I am so glad we did!!! Because the first round that only took ya halfway up only entices you to want to fly higher! At the end of everyone's flights, Kaili showcased some of her sweet flying skills to give us a taste of what you could learn if you decide to come back for more. Highly recommend this experience especially if the idea of actual skydiving terrifies you. This is a great way to fly close to the ground! read more

Disappointed I showed up ready to fly(repeat flyer) and because we didn't show up with reservations, even though they were open with an hour to go....sad to say won't be back. Horrible compassion for anyone who is traveling far. After receiving feedback from the venue. Their rebuttal on my review is fatigue and length of class. I can speak first hand that length of "class" is a short video, (two fingers up, two fingers straight, hang loose(to chill), and bent fingers to bend legs). Please don't use your "regulations" to defend your employees decision to short my children's ability to have a forgettable experience. read more

FAQ- it does not feel like you're falling at all To remain transparent- the check in process was disorganized but in iFLY's defense, we had a decent size group and they hustled to fix it and made sure we got the appropriate amount of time. The rest of the experience was flawless so I really don't have any complaints. Our instructor was great, he really made us feel welcome and he made sure the nervous members in our group felt comfortable so we could all fully enjoy the experience. I was a little nervous myself when it got to be my turn but Jacob put my mind at ease and I had a great experience. I had such a great time I want to jump out of a real plane now! Be sure to wear comfy clothes (like workout attire) if you can- it fits easier under the jumpsuits they provide. Our group had a mix of converse and sneakers but they also have shoes available if you forget! Last thing, VERY hard to get pictures. We even bought a package and it wasn't the greatest quality so in my opinion you're really going for the experience so make sure you're with a good group ;) 10/10 will fly again. read more

One woman was behind a register doing something, not assisting anyone, never acknowledged that I was waiting and even walked away without saying anything. It was our daughters 16th birthday and she wanted to go skydiving. Well since you have to be 18 we decided to take her to ifly. She loved it! Everyone there was extremely nice and the place was clean and well lit. There are different packages you can get and all for a pretty reasonable price. My husband and i are going to try it real soon. Bad service and deceptive practice! I purchased an iFly voucher online during the holidays for my cousin and nephew when they were in town. When we went there, we were told that all the time slots were booked for the next few days. My cousin and nephew were only in town for 4 days. Disappointment aside, when I called to get a refund (the only reason I bought the voucher was for them to try this), I was told it was not refundable. However, when I made the purchase online, nowhere did it say it's non-refundable. Instead, on the website, it clearly says "payment is refundable ..." (see screenshot below). I booked a reservation for my daughters 8th birthday at 4pm. On the day of her birthday we went up To the place for them to inform me they moved my reservation to 3pm. Mind you that you have to be 20min early before your start time so it's about 340pm at this point. Whoever the man was at the front desk stated they attempted to call but went to VM. If I didn't answer the next step would be to email me. He said maybe the email was wrong which was incorrect because 24 hours before they emailed to get my waivers side which I did which means I was active which means now is a good time to tell me about the time change which they neglected to do. Obviously I missed the 3pm change but they didn't refund me. So did you think you were just going to count me as a no call No show and keep my money due to your system error? They told me the system was "adding people to classes that did not exist" thank goodness my kid wasn't all that thrilled to fly so we ended up doing something else but I needed to make sure you heard from me! Not only that you didn't offer the refund I asked for it . No discount no apology AND the man at the front desk told me the customer to take accountability for not answering the phone. Are you kidding me ?! Horrible. I'll never ever give you my business and I spreaded that news to a friend that ended up canceling their reservation as well for the lack of customer service! read more

I might be a bit biased, because I'm addicted. I have been four separate times now. For about 5 minutes each time. The instructors are all super friendly and the place is super clean. I will say you need to make sure you read carefully when purchasing flights for your first time. Like if you buy 10 minutes it's not 10 minutes to use whenever, you have to use them on one visit. So just keep that in mind. After your first flight and you start your addiction you find out the best value for your money is either coach sessions or league nights like belly basics, adult league, or kids flight school. Highly recommend. And to the people that say it's expensive an average lift ticket when skydiving is 25 dollars and free fall is only about 45 seconds. read more

The website said 10 visits but that actually means 10 minutes inside the air tunnel for all 4 of us. We each got 2 times inside the tunnel for 75 seconds. That cost 300$. Our instructor Jacob was awesome. Very professional and welcoming, he made sure we were safe and had fun. That is the only positive detail I can give from my experience at iFLY in Cincinnati. I spent $900 on three family and friend packages, and scheduled them for Saturday, February 20th, 2021. I was told that because of Covid I couldn't have them all at the 230 spot, which was fine, so I split my party letting my third group know that they were 330. When I walk into the establishment there was no welcoming presence, no smiling faces to greet my group. What we got instead was the general manager Kyle J Peavey, verbally assaulting my group, threatening that weren't going to participate if we didn't hurry up and do our releases. From the time I walked in, to the time when I left Kyle made snide comments and was completely unprofessional. Not only was he rude to my guest, he refused to let my 330 group participate, stating that all three packages were booked for 230. Even after I showed him my receipt with the 330 time confirmed on it, he would not let them participate. He would not refund my money for that group, he did not give me vouchers to come at a different time, he wouldn't even give me his manager's number, and I left with an email address. I was able to find the reginal managers number, Jessica Fultz, but she was no help at all. She told me that she would look into it and call me Monday, no call. The office doesn't even open on Monday.  So she had no intention of calling me back or looking into anything. I had to send a dispute in through my bank, for the 330 package. The whole experience was horrible. My daughter's birthday was ruined. I will never go back to any of the iFLY, if that's how they treat guest spending $900 for less than 2 minutes of flight per person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! read more
