This is THE MAN right here! Tommy Turbo!!
    Felicia C.

Okay so I want to start this review off by saying.. HOLY COW! This was the most fun I've had in a while. Tommy Turbo was the most fun instructor ever! The morale of our group was amazing, he managed to keep us all engaged with one another so that we all felt comfortable. I have to say, the moment I got out into that wind, I wasn't sure if I could do it.. Tommy gave me a boost of confidence by saying "don't worry, I got you" I trusted him and because of that I was able to fully go out on a whim and launch into the air!! He's so funny and really just has a great personality! He's definitely meant to be around people and guide them with activities like this. You have to be strong to be able to handle people's emotions lol and he sure enough handled mine while I was semi freaking out I also wanted to shout out Jeremy! The moment I walked over to him with a few questions, he was so attentive and kind. He has such a welcoming and friendly demeanor. It truly was very appreciated! It's not every day that people do things like this and who you're met with along the way really determines the overall experience! Mine was 1000% AMAZING! I even bought the package to come back and fly with Tommy again! He's earned my trust so I know I'm in good hands with him! What an awesome crew you guys have over here in Paramus! Thank you again for making my day brighter guys!

One of the unique adventurous experience spots in Bergen county. The indoor skydiving encompasses 1 min each, zero gravity flying with instructor, for two runs, with wind passing around ~100 mph, making you float in the air. The process starts with buying #of flights online. We signed our waiver form online beforehand and arrived 20 mins prior to our scheduled time. We were taken temperature at the entrance, then sent straight to the main area where the flights take place. We were given instructions to put our suit right around our scheduled start time. We watched a short do and don'ts video to get prepared for the flight. Then we were lined for our actual flight. We got to do two runs of 1 min each. The instructor is with you throughout the flight, and also takes you 20 ft in the air if you buy the high flight, an add-on on top of regular flight ($19.99 each). When you are inside the wind tunnel, it takes few seconds to learn the positioning of your arms and legs. At the end of your flight iFly provides you a certificate for indoor skydiving session. Pics and videos are available on their website for purchase. The staff and instructors are really friendly and constantly helping everyone thought out the experience. Overall I felt it was a great 1.5 hours spent doing something totally new. But personally I didn't find the indoor skydiving as thrilling as I had imagined it to be.

Truly had fun time here. I did not know what to expect. the instructor Miguel def explained and prepared us well before entering the tube. If you have neck injury, DO NOT do it. It's pretty stressful on the neck. You can download videos and pictures later (extra charge but pretty cheap).

The instructors basically made the whole experience. I had previously gone to the Orlando location while on vacation, but wanted to try one close to home. Making a reservation was quick and easy. Although pricey it was a great experience my kids won't forget. The instructors were really nice, funny, enthusiastic & explained everything really well to my 5 & 10 year old. It's refreshing to meet people who love what they do and are enthusiastic about creating an experience for people. Great staff!!! Would recommend this location!!

My BF took me here as a surprise for our anniversary and it was definitely a nice (and interesting) surprise. We were booked for 7:30 pm on a Saturday for two flights, which includes a high flight. This means that on the second flight, your instructor will take you up to 14 feet. Don't worry, an instructor is with you at all times for both flights, and they show you exactly what you need to do before the flights. They provide the suits, helmets, and goggles. You just need to make sure you're not wearing any loose items that can come off (i.e. jewelry, watches, flip flops, etc.) Since our time slot was at 7:30, we thought we would be in and out by 8. However, we didn't finish until past 9. It was a lot of waiting around since we had to wait for other groups ahead of us to finish. Each group has about 12 people, and each flight lasts 30 seconds. We waited until 8:30 until it was finally our group's turn. That being said, just make sure you're not in a hurry to go anywhere afterwards since you'll be stuck there for a while. I don't know if I would come back. It was more of a one-time experience for me, but I definitely recommend everyone to try this at least once in their life. Tip - you can't bring anything into the vessel, meaning no phones, meaning no photos (unless you have someone with you who isn't flying - they can take all the photos they want from the outside). But you can purchase a digital copy for $4.

I had an amazing experience here with my boyfriend and totally recommend trying it! Let me walk you through it. Book beforehand online to get a time slot (they have limited spots to enhance social distancing). Check in once you get there and have a seat until your group has assembled. Afterwards they gear you up, are SO nice about helping you find the right size, and then send you in to watch a video before you're in the tunnel! All of the staff wears masks, they're strict about social distancing and sanitizing, which made me feel really safe. Once in the tunnel everyone in your group takes a turn trying to balance in the air. The instructor is in there with you the entire time and makes you feel safe! They teach you exactly what to do in the video (although fair warning: it's so much easier said than done!) I highly HIGHLY recommend getting the high flight add on! ITS THE BEST PART! They take you all the way up in the tunnel and it's a really cool experience. It's fun for all ages for the record I was 24 and he was 25 when we went for this date. There was another similar age couple with us and also a few younger people as well. Our instructor was also really nice and funny! I forget his name now but it seemed like everyone there was kind! Highly recommend if you want to try something new! It is expensive but I think it's a cool experience to have.

I bought the 3 minute flight for my husband's birthday (the high fly was free because of his bday). Our instructor was Andrew and he was the bomb! He was patient and fun, and totally skilled at what he does. I would absolutely recommend this experience - it's the perfect gift for any adventure seeker. And personally I thought the two 1.5 min sets with a 30 second high fly during the second set was perfect as the viewer. You can take video and photos of them, so bring a friend so they can take them of you.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. I was booked for the 2 flight + high flight. Originally booked for 10:30AM, we arrived at 10 and asked if they can take us earlier and they did! The experience was very, very cool. You watch a short video and the instructor teaches us hand signals to look out for. Before you know it, you're in the tube flying! just think it's extremely expensive to only be in the air for 2 minutes (each flight is by 1 minute). I'm sure that's a big misconception when coming here. I originally thought I'd be in the air for a good few minutes. I would definitely come back and do this again, though. They offered a really good discount if we booked another flight for a later date right after our flight, but we don't live near the area, so unfortunately, we could not take the offer. They offer a 10% military discount which is always greatly appreciated. We love supporting businesses that offer this!

The employees were very nice and knowledgeable. I didn't like the Nicole and dime routine. I paid to fly now it's 20$ a person to fly higher. You can fly for 1 minute . It is the fastest minute ever.and then it's 8 dollars for photos . I paid around 250$ for four minutes. The helmets they give you to wear smelled like funky feet/ corn chips. It was a nice experience I'd consider spending 250$ elsewhere.

Extremely fun. Tommy turbo was amazing.

Fun night out with the family. Got to experience what it's like skydiving for one minute. Once you get over your fear you want to do it over and over again. Shout out to Tommy turbo he was amazing. Thank you for the experience.

We booked my skydive, and the first time had to cancel due to rain and lightning in the area. Staff was very gracious and apologetic, and I felt good that they were safety conscious and not looking to get the dive in anyway. We returned few weeks later, and in the meantime my girlfriend decided she wanted to do it too! We were paired with Mike and Oleg, who were absolutely great. They explained everything, made sure we were safe, and were very concerned with making sure we had fun (which we obviously did). Tyler was our pilot, and he was great too! I would definitely come back and jump again with these guys.

I found this skydiving company through Groupon and they had a special for a first time jump at…read more$140. Its a little deceiving that they add on a other charges once you book the group on. So you will have to pay a $60 surcharge for 'equipment rental' which is listed in the deal up front. The scheduling is done online, trying to call anyone for assistance can take forever and the reps are helpful depending on your luck for the call. We had a party of 5, and they could only accommodate pairs for the hour time slot. Not a big deal. So we tried to book the 5th person, and they would only allow us to book him 2 hours later, even though the next hour was available. They only allowed the next hour for full paying customers and not groupon customers. This ridiculous booking policy wasted a lot of time for us, so I am deducting a star for that and the manipulative surcharge. They will also send you a disclaimer the day of your jump. Which essentially asks you to sign away from your life, regardless of the negligence of the sky diving company. Why not send that sooner? Maybe cause you'll have time to think about what you are signing away and try to challenge the booking and possibly cancel. When you show up they may even ask you to hand over cash to the instructor, who is a contractor, so they can avoid potential liability as a company. Absolute nonsense to go through the day of. You wait quite a bit of time to jump. So our jump was scheduled for 10am, we didnt finish the dive till around 11:30-11:45am. Even though we booked our 5th friend at the 12:00pm slot, before anyone else according to the agents weeks before, he went in the last bath for that hour schedule which we felt was unfair. They knew we were waiting for the 5th person and asked for an earlier time for him to jump. They said they were packed with reservations before, but when it came to his 12 reservation, why wasn't he the first pair to go? Im sure the instructor had enough to think about with managing the videos, the divers, diving, folding up the chutes, etc. We showed up at 9:45am and left around 2-2:30pm after our friend landed. Now lets get to the important stuff. The instructors were good. One was Hungarian and the other was from Ukraine. Both very friendly, good at their job and you can tell they work hard. They have to drum up energy if your group is a little lame and soft spoken. Frankly my friends were, so our videos are full of kitchy pointless comments from one of the instructors to fill the silence. I If you buy the video/photo package, release no one is else is diving to take the pictures. Its done with a camera on the wrist of the instructor. So no video is uniform, and you are at the mercy of whatever was caught on tape. My video was missing the landing, other video has mainly the instructor and not really the diver. Not ideal, but not a big deal either. I strongly suggest buying the video if you are planning to buy one of the packages. You cant take gopros up with you. There is outdoor parking for your car with no real coverage. So crack your window a bit, my car interior hit 134F in the sun. When you park your car its a little hard to find where the diving area is, but proceed right to the hull of the airplane. So walk towards the entrance to the little airport and walk up the wooden stairs and when you see the rest rooms bang a right. We enjoyed ourselves, and this company provided the experience we were expecting for the most part. If you love BBQ, they actually have a great place in the tiny airport itself which is a hidden gem.
