They made a new patient very comfortable and relaxed, which should be a consideration for all patients at any doctor's office. Eventually I was seen by Elizabeth Coll and I can't thank her enough for bringing to light the questionable motives of another doctor who had sent me for a procedure she immediately deemed unnecessary. Every patient needs advocates within their private healthcare journey and she definitely was one for me! Thank you to CCG for a fantastic visit!

The steps are vein mapping find the best viable veins to use then, schedule a surgery this wicked unprofessional doctor prefers improvisation just wing it. Better yet he prefers to just cut and check yes you heard cut your skin, scar you all over then say, "Oh that didn't work " and cut you multiple to ultimately fail. Then in post-op tell you he couldn't find any vein schedule an appointment as if he didn't just butcher your arm. Well he did that to me, no one cared no one reprimanded him for it. Just scar you and oops very unfair. If you can't get Clifford Sales find Dr. Neil only other professional there trust me. I have the SCARS TO PROVE IT, WICKEDNES!!!!

My credit card was compromised by mailing information to that address. How archaic is this? in addition, you should not be placing checks in the mail. Postal workers have been stealing checks and bank accounts have been hacked as a result. I am 72 years old but this business must modernize. There is no way to make online payments with this business. I make all payments online and will make no exceptions anymore. I am very disappointed in their treatment of payments and disregard for safeguarding people's finances. Bob E.

Many years ago, medical clinics would ask for our social security number in order to get treated…read more Insurance companies also used it as a patient's identifier. It became illegal for clinics and insurance companies to request a social security number because many were leaked, hacked or even sold by medical clinics, and put their patients at risk of identity theft. Now the less ethical clinics are now demanding to scan your driver's license to keep it in their files in order to treat a patient. Driver's license information can be used to commit identity theft, so that's the same problem as with the social security number. Decent clinics ask to view the driver's license to confirm patients' identity but do not demand a copy of it. This clinic REFUSES TREATMENT if you don't agree to let them scan your driver's license!!! They DO NOT CARE if it is putting you at great financial risk as it was the case with social security numbers. This clinic is rude, unethical, and very disrespectful. Many other places will not ask to scan your driver's license. Do not encourage clinics that are either very clueless about how easily data is stolen at clinics, or they don't care, or they sell your data for profit. Be aware that clinics have to comply with HIIPA regulation, but driver's license information is not protected health information under HIIPA, therefore clinics can do whatever they want with it, that's why it's a very bad practice to give them this information, and ethical clinics that respect their patients do not ask for it. I refuse to deal with such unethical clinics, and if many of you do the same, they'd have no choice but to change their practice.
