The front desk was very accommodating and helped me in the office with the chair lift outside. Dr. Krell was very knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. I appreciated the time he and Dr. Shaw took with me each time I was in their office. I did not ever feel rushed, and they listened to me and my concerns regarding getting back to playing hoops in the men's league. Dr. Krell and Dr, Shaw are experts in orthopedics, and I will continue to use them in the future when the need arises. I cannot thank you all enough.

The thumb has healed fine, and I have had full motion and use of it for six months, which has allowed me to go back to my business of making furniture. Part of the thumb still lacks feeling, but the good news is that it is starting to come back. I am fortunate that you were the surgeon on call that fateful evening and I want to thank you again for the excellent surgery and follow-up you did on my thumb. I had surgery here a few days ago and had an overall great experience…read more The check in process was quick and the lobby is clean, modern, and has plenty of seating. Once I was checked in, they let my husband come sit with me while I waited to go into surgery. I really appreciated this, since the last time I had a procedure at a different surgical center they didn't allow anyone that wasn't a patient beyond the waiting room. My surgery ended up being about an hour behind schedule (which of course feels like an eternity when you're fasting!) but the nurses kept giving me updates which I appreciated! Everyone I interacted with couldn't have been nicer, from my surgeon to the anesthesiologist to the nurses. They made a nerve wracking day less stressful and put me at ease. After my surgery, they let my husband come back to the recovery area and also had him pull the car up to the side entrance so I didn't have to walk too far. We felt like the surgeon and nurses did a great job explaining how everything went (and I received a check in call the next morning). Definitely a well-ran surgical center!
