Royal Motor Cars - The truck I bought

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE. Most reviews on other websites are fake I'm sure made up by them. This…read moreis a REAL REVIEW. My boyfriend bought a car from these people exactly one year ago. It is completely undriveable as of today. A complete scam. Have had nothing but problems and the car has been in the shop more than we have driven it. Was not notified about any wrecks or previous accidents at all. One day we were driving and a part literally fell out of the car. Luckily we were only going about 35mph or we would have been seriously hurt. Ever since that day we havent driven the car because even when it's fixed It won't go above 35 and check engine light won't stop flashing. We've replaced almost Everything and only had it one year. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!!

First, we are honest consumers and realize people make mistakes, so we are forgiving too. We had…read morered flags, but were desperate in getting our kid a car to help her out. As far as selling the car was right price, so if you are desperate then go ahead. They take otherwise total loss cars and rebuild them. They advertise on Craiglist and their own website. Their prices differ between these sites just be ware. When we asked about the price difference Omar (owner) stated that his sister may have done it wrong. When we visited the owner(Omar) and his brother(Ali) were nice, at some point had them at ease enough for them to even brag about how they had fought off law suites, which in hindsight, we were stupid to deal with them at this point. They use old parts from cars they have off their own lot and local lots. What you get is a rebuilt model that may or may not have original parts. None of the cars tires matched, which caused some vibrations at higher hwy speeds. The car lights went out within a week and so did the heater and AC blower. We bought a car, did about an additional $1K of work( we planned to need some work, all used cars usually need something) on it to be sure my kid was driving a car that won't break down in the middle of the road. found multiple issues that were not on the surface, but since we signed an " as is" sell, we felt we just go ahead and just fix it. The dealership never sent her the title, under Kentucky state law after 30 days it is a civil lawsuit for failure to transfer (it's well over 30 day)...the Owner never once apologized and was rude...his fix was to give another tag for another 30 days, which is actually illegal and will help with our now civil suit to prove they are a dishonest dealership. anyway, we read reviews, from people who obviously never really been to this dealership- this is an honest and fair review, just be cautious if you are desperate and expect the car to need a lot of additional work.

I bought my car thru the Glasgow branch and they told me in May 2026 I could trade my car in. Now…read morethat they shut down the Glasgow branch the prick in Bowling Green says no you can't trade your car in now. I've never missed a payment nor been late. This place is a rip off. You better beware. If I could give this place a negative star I would. Getting ready to take this overpriced car back to them and tell them to stick it. And lose 9000.00 but I can't stand liars.

They got me into a 2010 Ford Edge and made the deal vague. By the time I got the car home and…read morelooked over my contract again it turns out they wanted over $900.00 a month for the Ford Edge. I drove the Ford Edge back to them on the morning of the 4th day having it because I couldn't afford the payments after re-going over the contract. I parked the car on the lot I got it from, then went inside and gave the receptionist the keys. I was then told even though I brought the car back on the beginning of the 4th day of having it, that it would be considered a REPO. They took the car to auction and I ended up owing over $1,500 for the vehicle I did not even have for a week. After that it was a 2+ year HASSLE just to get them to remove the debt from my credit even though I had proof from the Judge stating it was paid in full. They gave me a run-around between their lawyers, and corporate which took over 2 years to finally get them to call each other because they refused. It even got to the point where they said my account was no longer in the system and that there was "Nothing they could do". It was paid off for 2 years and wrecked my credit the entire time. Now any loan I apply for the loan officers ask me about that repo because it is still on my credit. STAY FAR AWAY. I am not the only person these people are screwing over. You'll be next if you let them.
