Our friend recommended him so I hadn't seen his Yelp prior to working with him but certainly think the 5 star reviews are well deserved. He installed 400 ft of the Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Pro version and he was so thoughtful on how everything would look and they laid out the lights so they were symmetrical down the eaves which is something I wouldn't have thought of until too late had we tried to install ourselves. Can't recommend him enough for his Permanent light install and look forward to hiring him for other projects as well. read more

I reached out for an estimate to install two 100 foot Govee permanent lights, and Igor replied quickly with a very reasonable quote. I offered a bit extra if he could come the same day since I was hoping to get everything done before Thanksgiving, and he made it happen. Igor and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. He is incredibly meticulous and even suggested installing wood planks behind the lights to keep the light patterns consistent. I had spoken with five or six other installers before, and none of them mentioned this. By the way, not only did he install the wood planks but painted them to match the exterior. Igor was also very mindful about hiding all cables to keep the exterior looking clean, which I really appreciated. We feel very fortunate to have found Igor, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that he does much more than just lighting installations. Igor did a great job. I have a difficult house in that it's 115 years old so nothing is square or level. My doors wouldn't open easily and they had huge gaps which let in cold drafts. Igor did an outstanding job on my fence replacement. He put a gate on where there was none. He explained the cost of everything and did not ask a cent above the price at the end of the job. He cleaned and dug up the entire area in front of the gate which was hard rocks in order to flatten the surface and allow us to place paver stones on even though his only job was to replace the fence and put a gate on. He even helped us place those heavy pavers in front of the gate.
