I requested for a sink replacement and a reverse osmosis system installation. I put a yelp project…read morerequest and got some quotes from various handymen. Price was very reasonable! Summary: - Communication was very solid (will explain more below). - customer service was IMPECCABLE. - price very reasonable. - professional about his work and quality. More details: Scheduling was easy. Told him what days and time work best and he was readily available to make it happen in a timely matter. Cost of the project increased a bit due to some parts that were needed that he didn't think were needed- but he was very nice about it. Gave a heads up that the job would cost a bit more due to parts specifically. I asked how much more- he let me know- I still thought it was very reasonable so was not mad at all. He left to the store shortly after to get said parts- came back and finished the job! Afterwards he cleaned up the general area. Some metal shavings here and there that I had to clean up which I'm not upset about due to the difficulty of the job. Andrei was skilled enough to drill perfectly for holes for the dishwasher air gap (new sink didn't have a hole for this) and also he drilled a new hole for the reverse osmosis system installation. Was so impressed! Not easy so a little extra clean up afterwards to get straggling metal shavings around- not mad at all. Everything works greatly! Here's the kicker. My reverse osmosis system has a small leak on a part? Wasn't sure what the problem was. I texted Andrei about it and did research and asked customer support and they said they'd send me a new part to try and fix the leak... instead of waiting for the part- Andrei was adamant he could fix the leak no problem! He came over in the next couple hours. Loved the ownership of his work and willingness to finish out a project on a positive note at no extra charge! Feel like nowadays a lot of people would have asked for a fee to come out but that's some worksmanship to come and fix something that may or may not be due to his work! I have saved his business card and contact for future work that I may need that I am not comfortable or skilled enough to do. I cannot recommend him enough. Hire this man!!

Unable to provide a replacement due to supply side shortages, the dealer had given us a full refund, without requiring us to ship the damaged unit back.
