I read this complaint and felt obligated to share my experience on this company. I contacted them as well over the peak of the winter and also had some pretty bad leaks. I on the other hand have nothing but raving reviews about the. I explained my situation of the ergency and every other company i contacted either blew me off or promised me they would show up and never did. Tri Stae however came within an hour and when the job was done, they never had to return again. I recently called them to get an estimate on replacing my roof as well as two other comapnies. Because i used them to remove the snow and ice dams, they deducted that cost which i did not expect and ended up hiring to place a new roof on my home. They were very professional and curtious. The area around my house when they were done actually looked better than what it did before they started. I would definitly reccomend them to anybody looking to replace there roof. I too recently contacted many worcester area roofing companies in regards to having my roof repaired/replaced and received a call back within 20 minutes by john from Tri-State construction. He was very curtious and he came to look at the problem the same day. He and his crew temporarily repaired my 35 year old roof (stopped the leaks) and a week later, replaced it. My wife and I coudn't have been happier not only with the price he gave us but on how well he treated us. The workers were very curtious and respectfull and they did an outstanding job. What impressed me the most, was they called me back several days later to make sure i was satisfied with their work. I called Tri-State yesterday because my roof was leaking from the storm, thinking it would be a while before they came out. When I explained my situation to Rafal he stated he would be at my house the sameday. I was shocked when he and his crew showed up two hours later. They not only fixed my leak, but also went and got the same shingle I was missing so that my roof matched. As far as I'm concerned, they went over and beyond what we ever expected. We were so desperate we would have paid just about anything, however they were more than reasonable with the cost to repair. I lost few shingles from hurricane sandy .Tri state construction ,co was doing a roof in my neighborhood. I went to ask if there was anyway they could put a tarp on my roof until they could do the repair, John told me he would go and get shingles right away because there was rain expected that evening, I was worried that on such short notice it wouldn't match but to my surprise John came back with the same shingles. The guys finished my neighbors roof and came straight to mine, it was done before the rain and you couldn't even tell their was any shingles missing. Right when we were preparing our nursery room for our two little boys on the way ,we noticed some moisture inside the closet. This is not the ideal start for your dream baby nursery,right. ?? So we colled Tri state construction. Next morning John came and inspected the roof and found the source of the leakage. The price they gave us I thought was very reasonable and they even included some extra things we asked them for no extra charge.John and rest of the crew were very polite and clean Ed after the mess before they left the house. My house has a complicated/difficult roof because of several additions and as a result was leaking. Tri-State came to look at the roof, got the right people to the house to immediately fix the leak in the roof for the short-term (we had a Tropical Storm bearing down on us with tons of rain). We got through that storm with no leaks! Last week their team returned and replaced the roof, they did a great job (leaving the yard clean and spotless). They got the job done quickly, the roof looks great and again no leaks! John and Raf are great guys to work with, I certainly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their roof. After we contacted Tri state construction ,co using the form on their website,John the rep w/whom we 're working ,was quick to contact us and schedule a time to conduct an assessment and give us a free estimate.Soon after,we received a proposal . John was helpful in pricing out several different options so we could determine the best materials for our budget. They did rubber roofs on two of my commercial buildings. They offered a choice of materials, always showed up on time and performed a outstanding job at reasonable price. If I ever have a problem with any of my buildings my choice of contractors is Tri state construction, co After the job was done they called building inspector to sign off on the job permit. I used Tri-State to do my roof as well but had absolutely no issues. I was told when I originally called that I would receive a call back later that evening. I received a call a few hours later and after explaining my "emergency" situation they were at my house the following morning. Their cost was actually the lowest out of the other 3 contractors I had contacted!!! They had my roof done in 30 minutes, ice dams and all. They were so professional, prompt, and courteous that I called them again after the second storm and my roof was done within 2 days. I will not hesitate to use Tri-State in the future!!!! Excellent roofing contractors.I had 2 skylights installed, new roofing and solar powered attic fan . I bought my own skylight ,just so I could shop around and get exactly what I wanted. The quote for installation did not take into account the extra work involved in the large size skylights,but they did not charge me any extra. They installed the attic fan for free. I had gotten quotes from 4 different contractors,and theirs was right in the middle. Very efficient and fast workers. Very professional and personable experience in dealing with Ralph.
